Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya tingkat Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) pada Pembangunan Gedung Tinggi di Kota Pontianak berdasarkan hasil observasi yang peneliti yang lakukan, para pekerja cenderung melupakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) pada saat melakukan pekerjaan konstruksi. Peneliti memfokuskan masalah penelitian ini pada tingkat keselamatan kerja pada pembangunan gedung tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah The Hazard and Operability Study (HAZOP) melalui perangkingan OHS Risk Assessment and Control  dan Peraturan Mentri Pekerjaan Umum (PERMENPU) NOMOR:05/PRT/M/2014. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah Tim Manajemen Safety. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penilian ini ditemukan 26 temuan potensi bahaya, dengan 1 resiko ekstrim, 1 resiko tinggi, 2 resiko sedang dan 3 resiko rendah dengan metode HAZOP. Sedangkan dengan metode PERMENPU terdapat 3 tingkatan resiko dengan resiko tinggi dan sedang (orang) sedangkan resiko rendah (orang, harta benda, lingkungan dan keselamatan umum). Kata kunci: Hazard and Operability, manajemen keselamatan, kesehatan dan kecelakaan kerja.

Abstract

Pembangunan Double Terowongan pada pembangunan jalan tol CISUMDAWU (Cileunyi – Sumedang – Dawuan) yang dimulai pada Juli 2017 dan ditargetkan selesai pada Deesember 2018 ini memiliki panjang 472 meter dengan diameter 14 meter. Lokasi pembangunan terowongan ini berada di kecamatan Pamulihan, Kabupaten Sumedang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Penggalian pada terowongan ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu Cut and cover (untuk bagian kiri) dan NATM (untuk bagian kanan). Penggalian terowongan menggunakan alat bantu seperti excavator dan dozer dikarenakan kondisi batuan lapuk. Dari hasil Pemantauan dilapangan dengan bantuan alat Total Station dan convergen didapat deformasi akibat pengaruh massa batuan sebesar 5mm. Dari hasil perhitungan secara analitik didapatkan besarnya deformasi terkecil pada pembuatan terowongan untuk dengan penyanggaan steel rib sebesar 2.1826 mm dan shotcrete 2.1219 mm sedangkan nilai deformasi terbesar untuk steel rib sebesar 2.1219 mm dan shotcrete 159.3114 mm. Sedangkan untuk nilai zona plastis terkecil dari terowongan dengan penyangga steel rib 4.5051 mm dan shotcrete 4.4729 mm, untuk nilai zona plastis terbesar dari penyangga steel rib 113.5986 mm dan shotcrete 111.9032 mm. Kata kunci: Deformasi, weak rock, CISUMDAWU

Abstract

In order to increase public awareness of the significance of gender equality in regional development, gender roles were socialized during the implementation of Regional Regulation (Perda) No. 3 of 2023 about Regional Taxes and Retributions in Ketapang Regency. 50 individuals from a range of educational and gender backgrounds participated in this activity, which was held in Sukaharja Village, Delta Pawan District, Ketapang Regency. Lectures, interactive discussions, and simulations were among the techniques employed to inform participants about the regulation's contents and the idea of gender roles. The findings showed that there is still a lack of public awareness of gender equality and regulations, especially with regard to tax and retribution obligations, which are frequently thought of as men's responsibilities. Factors such as limited socialization, low education levels, and patriarchal culture were identified as main barriers. The main conclusion of this activity is the need for more intensive and continuous socialization, the development of easily understandable materials, and improved public services to encourage active community participation in regional development. Recommendations include collaboration with relevant stakeholders, gender-disaggregated data collection, and strengthening the government's role in mainstreaming gender in all stages of development.

Abstract

The geoelectric method is an effective geophysical method in subsurface mapping by utilizing the electrical properties of rocks. The basic principle of the geoelectric method is to measure resistivity by flowing an electric current into the earth through electrodes. Geoelectrical (resistivity) surveys generally aim to determine the condition or structure of subsurface geology based on variations in rock type resistance. The results of the training showed significant variations in the resistivity of Andesite and Granite rocks, which were indicated as potential resource zones worthy of further exploration. The results of resource potential calculations show that the volume of Andesite is 909,364,491 m³ and the volume of granite is 55,436,878 m³. This training also provides recommendations for residents in Salatiga District, Sambas Regency, to use this as literature to attract investors so they can invest in the area as much as the relevant volume.

Abstract

Surface water quality is crucial for assessing the sustainability and environmental conditions of aquatic ecosystems. Ketapang City, located downstream of the Pawan River, faces pollution pressure due to various activities, including domestic, industrial, agricultural, livestock, aquaculture, hospitality, healthcare, and other business sectors. This study aims to identify the primary pollution sources affecting the surface water quality of Ketapang City and assess their impact on public health and the environment. The research methods employed include primary and secondary data collection and pollutant source mapping. The findings indicate that the largest pollution source originates from the domestic sector, with a Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) load of 7,200.86 kg/day (7.2 tons/day), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) of 6,266.25 kg/day (6.26 tons/day), Total Phosphorus (P) of 249.66 kg/day, Total Nitrogen (N) of 259.41 kg/day, Total Suspended Solids (TSS) of 4,272.64 kg/day (4.27 tons/day), and pesticide contamination of 0.45 kg/day. This study highlights the need for more efficient waste management and improved water pollution policies in Ketapang City. The recommendations include enhancing domestic and industrial waste treatment systems, implementing sustainable agricultural strategies, and conducting regular water quality monitoring to ensure a healthy and sustainable aquatic ecosystem.

Abstract

Kalimantan Barat memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang besar, terutama di sektor pertambangan dan energi. Namun, eksplorasi dan pemanfaatan sumber daya ini sering terkendala oleh kurangnya informasi yang akurat mengenai kondisi bawah permukaan. Hal ini menyebabkan pengambilan keputusan yang kurang optimal dalam pemanfaatan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode eksplorasi yang dapat memberikan gambaran mendalam mengenai struktur bawah permukaan, salah satunya adalah metode geolistrik. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian bertujuan untuk mengestimasi sumber daya batu Andesit dan Granit di PT Alden Mitra Usaha dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik (resistivitas). Metode ini memungkinkan pemetaan kondisi geologi bawah permukaan berdasarkan variasi tahanan jenis batuan, yang berguna untuk mendeteksi keberadaan batuan yang berpotensi untuk dieksploitasi. Survey geolistrik menggunakan konfigurasi Schlumberger dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi anomali lateral dan vertikal pada kedalaman tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya variasi signifikan dalam resistivitas batu Andesit dan Granit, yang diindikasikan sebagai zona potensi sumber daya yang layak untuk eksplorasi lebih lanjut. Berdasarkan analisis resistivitas, kedua jenis batuan ini diperkirakan memiliki potensi cadangan yang cukup besar dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan industri konstruksi. Hasil perhitungan sumber daya terukur menunjukkan volume batu Andesit sebesar 909.364,491 m ³ dan volume batu Granit sebesar 55.436,878 m ³. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi terkait teknik eksplorasi lanjutan yang dapat memperjelas estimasi sumber daya dan mendukung praktik pertambangan yang berkelanjutan.Key Words: Batu Andesit, Eksplorasi Sumber Daya, Metode Geolistrik, Pertambangan Berkelanjutan, Resistivitas

Abstract

The problem of teenagers' involvement in online gambling practices is a crucial issue that requires educative and preventive handling. This fact has caused concern among teachers and principals of private high schools in Kapuas Pontianak. Private SMAs in Pontianak City have never received education on online gambling practices so they need it as an effort to prevent their students from participating in online gambling practices. This Community Service activity aims to provide preventive legal education and digital literacy to students of SMA Swasta Kapuas Pontianak City as an initial step to prevent online gambling practices. The methods used included interactive lectures and dissemination of educational materials. The evaluation of the activity was attended by 35 participants by providing descriptive impressions and messages and the results of the evaluation indicated an increased awareness of the risks and legal impacts of online gambling. This finding proves that an integrative approach between legal aspects and digital literacy is effective in building students' understanding and critical attitude towards digital threats. This activity is important as an educational intervention model that can be replicated in other schools, as well as developed in the form of a long-term school-based education programme on the dangers of online gambling practices.Edukasi Hukum Preventif dan Literasi Digital Tentang Bahaya Judi Online Bagi Siswa SMA Swasta Kapuas PontianakABSTRAKPermasalahan maraknya keterlibatan remaja dalam praktik judi online menjadi isu krusial yang memerlukan penanganan edukatif dan preventif. Fakta yang terjadi ini membuat kekhawatiran para guru dan kepala sekolah SMA Swasta Kapuas Pontianak. SMA Swasta Kota Pontianak belum pernah mendapatkan edukasi terhadap praktek judi online sehingga mereka memerlukan hal tersebut sebagai upaya untuk mencegah siswa dan siswi mereka ikut dalam praktek judi online. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi hukum preventif dan literasi digital kepada siswa SMA Swasta Kapuas Kota Pontianak sebagai langkah awal pencegahan terhadap praktik judi online. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif serta penyebaran materi edukatif. Evaluasi egiatan diikuti oleh 35 peserta dengan meberikan kesan dan pesan secara deskriptif dan hasil dari evaluasi tersebutpeserta mengindikasikan peningkatan kesadaran terhadap risiko dan dampak hukum dari judi online. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan integratif antara aspek hukum dan literasi digital efektif dalam membangun pemahaman dan sikap kritis siswa terhadap ancaman digital. Kegiatan ini penting sebagai model intervensi edukatif yang dapat direplikasi di sekolah lain, serta dikembangkan dalam bentuk program edukasi jangka panjang berbasis sekolah tentang bahaya praktek judi online.Kata Kunci :Judi online; Edukasi hukum; Literasi digital

Abstract

The stability of underground openings in weak rocks presents a major challenge in geotechnical engineering due to the time-dependent deformation and low mechanical strength of such materials. This study analyzes total displacement in tunnel structures with and without support systems, focusing on the Cileunyi "“ Sumedang - Dawuan toll road tunnel in West Java. Using a 3D finite element modeling approach (Phase2 software), comparisons were made between two tunnel spacing configurations (3R and 5R). The results show that the installation of support systems such as steel ribs, wire mesh, and shotcrete significantly reduces displacement, especially on critical zones like the tunnel"™s left wall. The 3R model recorded a maximum displacement difference of 46.3 mm, while the 5R model showed 44.9 mm. This study confirms that proper support configuration not only minimizes deformation but also promotes more uniform stress redistribution. The findings highlight the importance of integrating empirical data with numerical simulations for effective tunnel support design in weak rock environments.

Abstract

Seawater intrusion is a major threat to freshwater availability in coastal areas, particularly during dry seasons and spring tides. This study aims to analyze the distribution pattern of salinity and determine the maximum distance of seawater intrusion in the Jenu River, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan, to support the planning of raw water intake locations for the regional water utility (PDAM). Field data were collected over two days during the full moon phase (highest tidal range) at eight observation points along the Jenu Besar and Jenu Kecil Rivers. Salinity was measured at three vertical depths (0.2d, 0.6d, and 0.8d). The results show that the highest salinity values were observed near the river mouth at the bottom layer, while the lowest concentrations were found upstream at the surface layer. Polynomial regression analysis revealed a strong correlation between distance from the estuary and salinity concentration, with determination coefficients (R ²) of 0.9092 for Jenu Kecil and 0.9774 for Jenu Besar. The maximum intrusion distance was estimated to be ±17 km and ±17.5 km, respectively. The resulting polynomial equations can be used to predict salinity zones based on horizontal distance. The study recommends that PDAM raw water intake points be located beyond the intrusion zones (>18 km from the river mouth) to ensure compliance with water quality standards. Identified limitations include the short observation period and absence of real-time discharge and seasonal variation data. Further research is suggested to include hydrodynamic modeling and spatial salinity mapping to enhance the robustness of the findings.
