Abstract

Touch ‘n Go is a Malaysian digital wallet app that offers secure, convenient and cashless transactions for users. It allows people to make payments through their smartphones anywhere in the country, including retail stores, restaurants and transportation hubs. Thus, this paper aims to study the factors that affect the adoption of e-wallets in Malaysia. In our research, a survey will be conducted using Google Forms for data collection. We have sent a survey to our target respondents, people who are using Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet. Our research aims to find out whether perceived convenience, perceived security, consumer attitudes and social influence will affect the intention of consumers to use Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet. Our findings show that perceived convenience and customer attitudes have a significant positive impact on the adoption of e-wallets while perceived security and social influence play a minimal role only. These findings highlight the importance of usability, user experience and trust-building strategies. Thus, Touch ‘n Go Sdn Bhd may improve the adoption of e-wallets among Malaysians in the future by focusing on these aspects.

Abstract

In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has made a significant impact on education around the world. Nevertheless, the governments of these nations have discovered a way to try to alleviate the education crisis during the pandemic by offering online academic classes. Students can continue to study without interfering with their future courses, and they'll not underestimate their studies since they have been isolated at home for a long time. The purpose of this research is to look into the factors that influence online academic performance among university students. Furthermore, the aim of the research is to investigate the link between student willingness, motivation, academic staff responsibilities, course design and content, perceived usefulness, ease of use, and university guidance. A total of 155 university students had been picked to take part in this research via “Google Form”.

Abstract

This study examines the sustainability practices implemented by Danone, a leading company in the food and beverage sector, and compares these efforts with industry benchmarks to assess their effectiveness. The research aims to determine how corporate sustainability strategies influence environmental performance and brand reputation. A quantitative design was used, with a survey questionnaire distributed through purposive sampling to gather customer perceptions of Danone’s sustainability initiatives. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to evaluate the relationship between sustainability practices and organizational outcomes. The findings indicate that Danone shows strong commitment to carbon neutrality, responsible sourcing, and circular packaging, although challenges persist in maintaining supply chain transparency and enhancing customer engagement. The study concludes that effective sustainability integration strengthens both environmental responsibility and corporate competitiveness. It recommends adopting transparent communication, continuous innovation, and stakeholder collaboration to support long-term sustainable growth.
