Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah kami laksanakan di PLUT DINKOP Kab. Kuningan yang berjudul Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Administrasi usaha , dimana pada kegiatan abdimas ini peserta yang mengikuti adalah UMKM. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi serta membantu UMK untuk mengelola keuangan dan administrasi usaha sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman bagi UMK bagaimana cara mengelola keuangan dan adiminstrasi usahanya diantaranya pencatatan keuangan yang lebih rapih. Dimana masalah utama dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan admistrasinya adalah pencatatan yang dilakukan masih sederhana yang hanya pemasukan dan pengeluran saja, bahkan ada UMKM yang tidak melakukan pencatatan. Solusi yang dibutuhkan untuk permasalahan ini adalah pemberian pelatihan bagi pelaku UMKM dalam hal mengelola dkeuangan dan administrasi usahanya.

Abstract

Sharia Hotel Marketing is a strategic business that directs the process of creating, offering, and changing value from an initiator to its stakeholders, which in the whole process is in accordance with the contracts and principles of muamalah and its perspective in Islamic business ethics. This article is a type of descriptive qualitative study of case studies that aims to describe the implementation of sharia hotel marketing, while the data used in this study are secondary data, secondary data is data obtained not directly from the source, including from literacy sources, and data from processed primary data collection. The results of this study are that not all sharia hotels market lodging service products and along with other facilities attached to sharia hotels, truly sharia, this is evidenced based on data from rating values and from reviews of hotel guest services that have stayed at various sharia hotels in Bandung City from the Agoda application

Abstract

Socializing the concept of halal tourism is one of the most important things to do, one of which is to provide training on homestay and villa management in accordance with halal standards, namely MUI fatwa Number 108 / DSN-MUI / X / 2016 in Warnasari Village, Pangalengan District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province. The purpose of this activity is to provide training and counseling to lodging service entrepreneurs regarding halal management in the management of Homestays and Villas according to sharia principles. The event was attended by 12 Homestay and Villa entrepreneurs, 10 tourist attractions managers and 25 MSME entrepreneurs around the Situ Cileunca Tourism Area, Warnasari Village. The method of implementing this Community Service (PKM) uses lecture and discussion methods. The activity was carried out for 2 days, namely from June 13 and 14, 2025. As a result of these PKM activities, Homestay and Villa business actors understand and will follow up their business places to immediately apply halal principles to the Homestays and Villas they manage, for the sake of benefit and also as a form of consistency with the vision of halal tourism in West Java Province as a pilot in the application of Halal Tourism in Indonesia.

Abstract

This article examines the impact of fiscal policy adjustments based on Islamic economics on infrastructure development in Muslim-majority countries. Islamic economics emphasizes justice, equity, and the ethical management of resources, offering alternative solutions to conventional financing for infrastructure projects. The study focuses on the role of Islamic financial instruments, particularly sukuk (Islamic bonds) and zakat (almsgiving), in funding infrastructure development in a Sharia-compliant manner. Through case studies from Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Indonesia, the article shows how sukuk has been successfully utilized to finance large infrastructure projects, including transportation, energy, and urban development, while avoiding interest-based debt. Additionally, zakat is explored as a potential source for funding social infrastructure projects, though challenges in fund management and coordination are noted. The findings suggest that Islamic fiscal policies can offer effective solutions for promoting sustainable, equitable, and inclusive infrastructure development. By aligning fiscal policy with Islamic principles, Muslim-majority countries can address infrastructure gaps and foster long-term economic and social welfare.

Abstract

Borondong Sawargi merupakan UMKM Purwakarta yang telah menjangkau pasar oleh-oleh di Wanayasa dan Bojong. Meski hanya menawarkan satu varian rasa, penjualannya cukup tinggi. Harga produk lebih murah dibanding kompetitor, walau lokasi produksi kurang strategis. Distribusi tetap berjalan berkat kolaborasi dengan toko oleh-oleh. Promosi masih sederhana, mengandalkan spanduk dan komunikasi lisan. Fenomena ini menarik untuk diteliti guna memahami strategi bertahan dan tumbuh di tengah keterbatasan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pemasaran Toko Kue Borondong Sawargi Bojong Purwakarta, dan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Islami Toko Kue Borondong Sawargi Bojong Purwakarta. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik dan konsumen Toko Kue Borondong Sawargi sebanyak 20 informan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini Strategi pemasaran UMKM Toko Kue Borondong Sawargi Bojong Purwakarta menunjukkan korelasi antara pendekatan 4P (produk, harga, lokasi, promosi) dan nilai-nilai pemasaran Islami (Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, Tabligh). Kualitas produk dijaga dengan baik, dan harga ditentukan berdasarkan bahan baku. Lokasi produksi tidak strategis, namun distribusi tetap berjalan melalui mitra toko oleh-oleh. Promosi masih terbatas pada spanduk dan komunikasi lisan, belum memanfaatkan media digital. Secara keseluruhan, penerapan nilai-nilai pemasaran Islami belum maksimal, terlihat dari kurangnya transparansi informasi produk, minimnya inovasi, dan terbatasnya akses konsumen terhadap negosiasi dan variasi produk.

Abstract

This study aims to deeply analyze the concept and ideal principles of the wakalah contract in Islamic financial institutions. In essence, the wakalah contract is built upon the principles of trust, transparency, and responsibility, where the agent (wakil) acts in accordance with the authority and intent of the principal (muwakkil). However, in practice within Islamic financial institutions, deviations often occur in the implementation of wakalah, such as conflicts of interest and decision-making that does not align with the interests of the clients. This article is a qualitative study employing a normative approach and literature review, which comprehensively examines the legal foundations, sharia principles, and empirical practices of the wakalah contract. The findings indicate that while wakalah has a strong conceptual foundation in Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah), its implementation in Islamic financial institutions has not yet fully reflected the ideal values of sharia. Strengthening regulatory, ethical, and technical aspects is necessary to ensure that wakalah transactions are conducted fairly and transparently.
