Abstract

The family is the closest unit to the patient, and is the main caregiver for the patient. Humans as social beings cannot live alone without the help of others. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of family therapy on adherence to taking medication in patients with mental disorders with low self-esteem in the Salobulo Health Center Working Area, Sajoanging District. Social support is very important for the treatment and recovery of low self-esteem patients. If there is no social support, the patient cannot play a role according to the expectations of his environment, so that if the patient is declared cured and returns to his environment, he will be treated again on the grounds that his behavior is not accepted by his family and environment. This type of research uses quantitative research with a Cross Sectional Study approach to determine the relationship between family therapy and the level of compliance with taking medication in patients with low self-esteem mental disorders. The results showed that there was a relationship between family therapy and adherence to taking medication in patients with low self-esteem mental disorders in the Salobulo Health Center Working Area, Sajoanging District. This is based on the results of the Chi-Square test obtained p Value = 0.016 (p < ?), which means that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, namely there is a relationship between Family Therapy and Adherence to Taking Medication for Low Self Esteem Mental Disorder Patients. Suggestions for families who have family members suffering from mental disorders in order to help family members to continue treatment, increase knowledge about mental health, and improve health status and quality of life. Abstrak Keluarga merupakan unit paling dekat dengan penderita,dan merupakan perawat utama bagi penderita. Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial tidak dapat hidup sendirian tanpa bantuan orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Terapi Keluarga Terhadap Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Gangguan Jiwa Harga Diri Rendah di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Salobulo Kecamatan Sajoanging. Dukungan sosial sangat penting terhadap pengobatan dan kesembuhan pasien harga diri rendah. Jika tidak ada dukungan sosial penderita tidak dapat berperan sesuai harapan lingkungannya, sehingga apabila pasien dinyatakan sembuh dan kembali ke lingkungannya akan kembali dirawat dengan alasan perilakunya tidak diterima keluarga dan lingkungannya. Jenis penelitian ini mengggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study untuk mengetahui hubungan terapi keluarga dengan tingkat kepatuhan minum obat pada pasien gangguan jiwa harga diri rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan Terapi Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pada Pasien Gangguan Jiwa Harga Diri Rendahdi Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Salobulo Kecamatan Sajoanging. Hal tersebut berdasarkan hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan p Value = 0.016 (p < ?),yang artinya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak yakni ada hubungan Terapi Keluarga dengan Kepatuhan Minum Obat Pasien Gangguan Jiwa Harga Diri Rendah bisa membantu anggota keluarga untuk melanjutkan pengobatan, meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kesehatan jiwa, serta meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kualitas hidup.

Abstract

Healthy food is food that is hygienic and nutritious. Intake of food that does not contain harmful substances or bacteria and does not contain toxic substances that can harm the human body. The food we consume daily must be hygienic and must also contain sufficient substances. School-age children are prone to consuming unhealthy foods even though their bodies need healthy foods for their daily activities.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about healthy food and snacking behavior among children at SDN 213 Lapongkoda, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. This type of research is a quantitative research approach correlational descriptive by using a plan cross sectional. Data was collected through a questionnaire sheet. The sample in this study were students enrolled at SDN 213 Lapongkoda with a total of 71 samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. Data were processed using univariate and bivariate methods with tests chi square.Based on the research results, it was obtained that the p value was 0.030, which means that the p value is <0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between healthy food and the behavior of children's snacks at SDN 213 Lapongkoda, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. Advice that can be given by schools and the role of parents to be more aware of the importance of nutritional intake for school-age children who have high activity and growth and development by increasing children's knowledge about healthy food and healthy eating behavior so that their bodies can receive healthy nutrition for their bodies. Abstrak Makanan sehat merupakan makanan yang higienis dan bergizi, tidak mengandung zat-zat bahaya atau bakteri dan tidak mengandung zat racun yang dapat membahayakan tubuh manusia. Anak usia sekolah rentan mengkonsumsi makanan yang tidak sehat padahal tubuh mereka membutuhkan makanan sehat untuk aktivitas sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang makanan sehat dengan perilaku jajan pada anak SDN 213 Lapongkoda Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar kuesioner. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu siswa yang terdaftar di SDN 213 Lapongkoda sebanyak 71 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitupurposive sampling. Data diolah menggunakan metode univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square.Hasil penelitian diperoleh p value sebesar 0,03 dimana p value < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan tentang makanan sehat dengan perilaku jajan anak SDN 213 Lapongkoda Kecamatan Tempe Kabupaten Wajo. Saran yang dapat diberikan pihak sekolah dan peran orang tua lebih menyadari pentingnya asupan nutrisi bagi anak usia sekolah yang mempunyai aktivitas tinggi dan tumbuh kembang dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan anak tentang makanan sehat dan perilaku makan yang sehat agar terpenuhi asupan nutrisi yang sehat bagi tubuhnya.

Abstract

Therapeutic communication is one way for a nurse to communicate with patients in providing services and providing nursing care where this process involves the skills of nurses in building good relationships with patients. By creating mutual trust with the patient, the patient's expectations for health services can be achieved and the patient feels satisfied with the services provided. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction in the operating room of RSUD Lamaddukelleng, Wajo Regency. This type of research is quantitative, with a cross-sectional research design where data is collected through a questionnaire. This research was carried out in the area of the RSUD Lamaddukelleng, Wajo Regency. This sampling technique is accidental sampling. With a sample of 44 respondents, in this case, inpatients in the operating room of RSUD Lamaddukelleng. The data that has been collected is processed using SPSS 22, namely the chi-square test.Statistical results with the chi-square test obtained a value of p = 0.000 where the value of p = <0.05 means ? <0.05 based on the results of the analysis between the independent Variabels and the dependent Variabel so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nurse therapeutic communication and patient satisfaction hospitalized in the operating room of the Lamaddukelleng Hospital, Wajo Regency. The researcher's suggestion is to increase the quality of service more optimally by always implementing therapeutic communication with patients. Abstrak Komunikasi terapeutik merupakan salah satu cara seorang perawat dalam berkomunikasi pada pasien dalam memberikan pelayanan dan pemberian asuhan keperawatan dimana proses ini melibatkan keterampilan perawat dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan pasien. Dengan terciptanya rasa saling percaya dengan pasien maka harapan pasien akan pelayanan kesehatan dapat tercapai dan pasien merasa puas akan pelayanan yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di ruang bedah RSUD Lamaddukelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan desain penelitian yaitu cross sectional dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah RSUD Lamaddukelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Teknik pengambilan sampel ini adalahh accidental sampling. Dengan sampel sebanyak 44 reponden dalam hal ini pasien rawat inap di ruang bedah RSUD Lamaddukelleng. Data yang telah dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SPSS 22 yaitu uji chi-square.Hasil statistik dengan uji chi-square diperoleh nilai p = 0,000 dimana nilai p = <0,05 berarti ? < 0,05 berdasarkan hasil analisis antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang bermakna antara komunikasi terapeutik perawat dengan kepuasan pasien rawat inap di ruang bedah RSUD Lamaddukelleng Kabupaten Wajo. Saran peneliti yaitu dengan adanya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan yang lebih optimal dengan selalu menerapkan komunikasi terapeutik dengan pasien.

Abstract

This study analyses the quality of health services for BPJS Kesehatan participants with a focus on the physical environment dimension at Puskesmas Tanasitolo, Wajo District, South Sulawesi. The quality of the physical environment has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, which is an important element in the effectiveness of health services. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this study. A total of 99 BPJS participants who met the criteria completed a questionnaire assessing various aspects of the physical environment, such as room conditions, design, and social factors. The analysis showed that the cleanliness and comfort of the facility, room arrangement, and adequacy of facilities and infrastructure significantly contributed to patient satisfaction. More than 80% of respondents were satisfied with the physical environment, especially in terms of room design and equipment condition. This finding is in line with previous studies showing that the physical environment plays an important role in the quality of healthcare services. Improving this aspect is crucial to increasing patient satisfaction. The physical environment has a significant influence on the satisfaction of BPJS participants at Puskesmas. Continuous improvement in this aspect is necessary to ensure optimal service.

Abstract

The level of satisfaction of patients in hospitals, especially inpatients, is measured by the quality of health services. There are five dimensions of assessing the quality of health services according to Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry according to the degree of relative importance, including, physical evidence (tangible) including physical facilities, equipment, employees and concise communication facilities (reliability), namely providing promising service capabilities that are immediate, accurate and satisfying. Responsiveness is the desire of nurses to help clients and provide services responsively. Guarantee (assurance) covers the competition, knowledge, courtesy and trustworthiness of the staff, free from danger, risk or doubt. Abstract

Modal psikologis merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi Work Engagement dan berdampak pada kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh modal psikologis terhadap Work Engagement dan Kinerja perawat di Instalasi Rawat Inap RSUD Lamaddukelleng Kab. Wajo. Desain penelitian adalah Cross Sectional Study dengan menggunakan uji analisis jalur (Path Analysis) regresi berganda dengan jumlah sampel 106 perawat di instalasi rawat inap RSUD Lamaddukelleng Kab. Wajo. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dengan uji Analisis Jalur menunjukkan bahwa Ada pengaruh secara langsung Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja,Tidak ada pengaruh secara langsung Harapan terhadap Kinerja,Tidak ada pengaruh secara langsung Optimismeterhadap Kinerja,Tidak ada pengaruh secara langsung Resiliensi Optimismeterhadap Kinerja,Ada pengaruh secara tidak langsung antara Efikasi Diri terhadap Kinerja melalui Work Engagement, Tidak ada pengaruh antara Harapan terhadap Kinerja melalui Work Engagement, Ada pengaruh antara Optimisme terhadap Kinerja melalui Work Engagement, Ada pengaruh antara Resiliensi terhadap Kinerja melalui Work Engagement, dan Ada pengaruh langsung Work Engagement terhadap Kinerja. Abstract

Timbang terima merupakan suatu teknik atau cara untuk menyampaikan dan menerima sesuatu (laporan) yang berkaitan dengan keadaan pasien sedangkan keselamatan pasien merupakan suatu usaha yang dilakukan dalam mencegah terjadinya kesalahan dan peristiwa yang tidak diinginkan. Sehingga pelaksanaan timbang terima dengan keselamatan pasien bagi perawat pelaksana dapat mewujudkan keselamatan pasien dalam pelayanan keperawatan dirumah sakit. Jika keselamatan pasien telah dilakukan dengan baik dan efektif maka mutu pelayanan keperawatan melalui aspek keselamatan pasien akan semakin meningkat dan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan pelaksanaan timbang terima dengan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap UPTD RSUD La Temmamala Soppeng. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode Cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh perawat yang ada di ruangan dengan total sampling sebanyak 26 responden. Teknik analisis data dengan cara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Chi Square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan pelaksanaan timbang terima baik sebanyak 57,7 % dan keselamatan pasien baik 57,7%. Dengan hasil uji statistik Chi Square yang dilakukan diperoleh nilai P value (0,001) dimana P < (0,05) dengan menggunakan alternative Fisher’s Exact Test sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan pelaksanaan timbang terima dengan keselamatan pasien di ruang rawat inap UPTD RSUD La Temmamala Soppeng.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan secara umum bisa dikatakan baik namun ternyata jumlah kunjungan pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia masih rendah. Ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah kunjungan puskesmas yang tersebar di Indonesia masih rendah. Dari data yang di dapat di Puskesmas Salobulo menunjukkan penurunan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh masyarakat. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan aksesibilitas dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat nelayan di Desa Barangmamase Kecamatan Sajoanging Kabupaten Wajo Tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan atau metode Deskriptif Analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 73 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah pengetahuan dan aksesibilitas, sedangkan variabel independen adalah pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan dengan menggunakan uji chi square test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat nelayan (p=0,000 berarti a<0,05) dan ada hubungan aksesibilitas dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan pada masyarakat nelayan (p=0,024 berarti a<0,05). Berdasarkan analisis tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dan aksesibilitas dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that poses a public health problem due to its contribution to high morbidity and mortality rates. In Indonesia, the prevalence of hypertension continues to rise, necessitating early detection efforts and effective management through programs such as Posbindu PTM. The performance of Posbindu PTM officers is considered an important factor that can influence the adherence of hypertension patients to routine check-ups. This study aims to determine the relationship between the performance of Posbindu PTM officers and the adherence to hypertension control among patients in Woronge Village. This research uses a cross-sectional approach with a purposive sample of 10 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Fisher's Exact Test. The results showed that 60% of the officers performed well, and 60% of the hypertension patients adhered to control. Bivariate analysis found a significant relationship between officer performance and control adherence, with a p-value of 0.048 (p < 0.05). Therefore, the performance of Posbindu PTM officers has a significant impact on the adherence of hypertension patients to health control. This highlights the importance of officers' roles in providing education and motivation to hypertension patients to ensure they follow health control routines. To achieve this, there is a need to improve the quality of officers' performance through training and strengthening monitoring systems at Posbindu PTM. Additionally, it is also important to engage the community more actively in this program, so they become more aware of the importance of sustainable hypertension management. Intensive training for officers and improvement of Posbindu PTM facilities can further support the success of this program.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major health issue contributing to cardiovascular complications in Indonesia, especially among the elderly. This study aims to evaluate health policies for hypertension prevention in the work area of Puskesmas Liu, specifically within the communities around Lake Tempe. The main focus of this research is to assess community understanding, the active role of Puskesmas, and the challenges faced in the implementation of hypertension prevention policies. The research method used is a qualitative phenomenological study with data analysis based on the Colaizzi approach. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven informants who are hypertension sufferers from the area during May-June 2025. The collected data were analyzed to identify key themes related to hypertension prevention policies. The results of the study show that the community’s understanding of hypertension and low-salt diets is still limited, with many people considering hypertension as an inherited condition. Puskesmas has conducted health education through Posbindu, but still faces challenges related to limited resources and educational media. The habit of consuming high-salt foods, particularly salted fish, poses a significant barrier to adopting a healthy diet. Family support also plays a crucial role in adherence to a healthy diet. This study emphasizes the importance of improving health education and involving families in hypertension prevention, as well as the need for more inclusive and community-based policies to effectively support hypertension prevention efforts.
