Abstract

Human resources from time to time have always been interesting for researchers because they provide several benefits for companies, employees, and society. This indicates that the existence of human resources in a company has an important role in achieving goals. This research aims to analyze effect of burnout on performance of marketing employees. This research uses a causal research type with a quantitative approach. The population in the study were employees in the marketing field. Samples were taken randomly to answer the hypothesis of 30 respondents. The method of data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results show that burnout has a positive and significant effect on performance of marketing employees.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the development of companies in the capital market, especially in the accounting aspect. The companies in this study consist of a large number of subsidiaries, associated companies, and multi-group companies. This is an applied study that uses developments in accounting doctrine, particularly those that influence balance sheet analysis, comparison of financial statements over time, and ratios. The analysis results indicate an increase in stock prices, followed by a general decline the following year, likely due to changes in the economic cycle. Regarding the debt situation, there has been a significant increase. Despite this, increases continued, reaching figures that would be difficult to maintain in the future. The following year, the figure decreased due to the crisis and the disinvestment process mentioned earlier. From this analysis, it appears that the construction group experienced significant challenges in managing their debt and assets over the period, which is reflected in their share price movements, turnover, and results. The composition and variations of the group's balance sheet showed major changes during the period, mainly due to the expansion of lines of activity that required large investments in permanent structures. This situation is unsustainable and requires significant disinvestment. This shows that the capital and financial management of these groups play a very important role in maintaining the stability and growth of their companies. Additionally, we must carefully make investment decisions and manage debt to avoid creating unwanted risks in the future.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Botubarani, Gorontalo, dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan ekowisata berkelanjutan sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif bagi masyarakat pesisir. Meskipun desa ini memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor ekowisata, pemanfaatannya masih terbatas dan belum memberikan manfaat ekonomi yang maksimal bagi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan kapasitas masyarakat dalam mengelola ekowisata yang ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Kami menggunakan berbagai metode, seperti penyuluhan edukatif, pelatihan keterampilan praktis, diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD), dan pendampingan dalam pengembangan produk lokal berbasis potensi alam. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama dalam mengelola wisata, mempromosikan produk lokal, serta memanfaatkan media sosial untuk tujuan promosi. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat menjadi kunci keberhasilan, dan kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif tidak hanya dari segi ekonomi, tetapi juga dalam pelestarian alam. Ke depan, dengan dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah daerah, kegiatan ini berpotensi berkembang lebih luas dan memberi manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat pesisir

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of work stress and career development on job satisfaction at CV SAI Semarang. A quantitative research approach was employed for this study. The population consists of 39 employees at CV SAI Semarang. A non-probability sampling method was applied, utilizing a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, coefficient of determination tests, and hypothesis testing, all processed with IBM SPSS software version 26. Research instruments included a questionnaire and an interview guide. The results revealed that work stress had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction at CV SAI Semarang, while career development positively and significantly influenced job satisfaction. Furthermore, both work stress and career development, when considered together, had a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction at CV SAI Semarang.

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze how the Accounting System for Providing Home Collateral Credit at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Gorontalo Branch Office. The method used in the research is a qualitative descriptive review. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk Gorontalo Branch Office has implemented an accounting system for granting home mortgage credit  well and meets the internal control elements and is in accordance with established standards, and is supported by an E-Loan system which can provide convenience in the credit granting process and more effective and efficient credit decision making from the credit granting system.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap strategi pemasaran khususnya pada pelaku usaha pemula. Penguatan kemampuan dalam mendesain konten branding menjadi kebutuhan utama untuk meningkatkan daya saing, terutama melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pelaku usaha pemula dalam merancang konten branding yang menarik dan profesional dengan menggunakan platform Canva. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi melalui sesi pelatihan, pendampingan praktik langsung, serta evaluasi terhadap hasil desain peserta. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di lingkungan pelaku usaha pemula yang tergabung dalam komunitas UMKM lokal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu memahami konsep dasar branding, menerapkan prinsip desain grafis, serta menghasilkan konten promosi yang lebih kreatif dan relevan dengan identitas usaha masing-masing. Evaluasi akhir memperlihatkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola desain konten digital untuk mendukung promosi usaha. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan media digital sebagai sarana pemasaran yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.
