Abstract

Program Kartu Indonesia Pintar (KIP) Kuliah merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam mendukung mahasiswa berprestasi dari keluarga kurang mampu untuk mendapatkan pendidikan tinggi. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa penerima KIP sering menghadapi kendala dalam pelaporan akademik dan non-akademik yang menjadi syarat keberlanjutan beasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengevaluasi pendampingan mahasiswa KIP tahun 2024/2025 dalam memenuhi kewajiban pelaporan akademik dan non-akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang sistematis dan berbasis teknologi dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan mahasiswa dalam pelaporan serta mengurangi risiko pencabutan beasiswa. Kesimpulannya, pendampingan yang efektif berkontribusi pada peningkatan keterampilan administrasi mahasiswa dan mendukung keberlanjutan studi mereka.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the application of the ACM Code of Ethics in the development of AI Gemini software by Google DeepMind. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, developers need to pay attention to ethical aspects in every stage of system development. This research uses a qualitative approach with a data triangulation method, which includes document analysis, interviews with AI experts, and a literature study. The results show that although Gemini AI has complied with some key ethical principles in the ACM Code of Ethics, such as data security and privacy (90%) and human well-being (85%), there are still challenges related to transparency (60%) and bias mitigation (70%). Lack of transparency in algorithms and training data as well as potential bias in results generated by AI are the main issues that need to be improved. Based on the results, overall the Gemini AI has shown fairly good ethical compliance with an average of 76.67% but still requires improvement in the aspects of transparency, bias mitigation, and usage regulation.

Abstract

Canva and Gamma are web-based graphic design platforms widely used by students to create brochure, presentations, and social media content in a simple and efficient way. The purpose of this study is to evaluate user satisfaction. with both applications using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The study involved 100 students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu who had used both platforms. The results indicate that Canva achieved a SUS score of 80.2, categorized as Excellent, while Gamma received an average score of 72.4, categorized as OK. These findings suggest that although both applications demonstrate good usability, Canva is perceived to be superior in terms of ease of use, feature integration, and learning curve. The outcomes of this study can serve as a reference for’s developers with educational institutions on selecting or developing design tools that are more responsive to user needs.

Abstract

Canva and slidego are graphic design platforms that are widely used by students. This study uses the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method to measure and understand how satisfied students are with the Canva and Slidego presentation design platforms. This is based on the fact that these platforms are the main choice for students to create attractive professional presentations. This study uses a quantitative, descriptive method by collecting data from students who use both applications through an online questionnaire. To measure overall user satisfaction, but there are also important attributes that affect user satisfaction. such as ease of use, completeness of features. The results of the calculations carried out using the (CSI) method show a value of the percentage of user satisfaction of 85.4115773 Based on the CSI scale, the results are categorized as "very satisfied" with the Canva application. While the Slidego application gets a value of 80.920309% categorized as "Satisfied", so in the results of this CSI calculation, the Canva application has a value greater than the Slidego application value, so the conclusion is that the Canva application is more and more often used by users.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 27 of 2022 (UU PDP) by comparing it to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as an international benchmark. Using a normative and comparative legal approach, this research identifies the strengths and weaknesses of Indonesia’s legal framework in safeguarding personal data. The findings reveal that while UU PDP marks a significant step forward in acknowledging data subject rights and introducing legal sanctions, it still lacks comprehensive regulatory mechanisms. Critical areas such as data portability rights, the principle of privacy by design, and clear cross-border data flow regulations remain underdeveloped. Moreover, the absence of an independent supervisory authority limits the enforcement and accountability of the law. Compared to the GDPR, Indonesia’s PDP law remains in its early stages of implementation and requires further harmonization with global standards. The study recommends the establishment of an independent data protection authority, issuance of detailed implementing regulations, incorporation of modern data protection principles, and institutional capacity building. With these improvements, Indonesia’s data protection regime can become more robust, effective, and aligned with international best practices.

Abstract

Deteksi citra secara otomatis pada produk pertanian, seperti daun sawi, menghadapi tantangan tersendiri akibat variasi warna, kondisi pencahayaan, serta kualitas citra yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat akurasi sistem. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem deteksi citra daun sawi dengan menerapkan metode Hue, Saturation, Value (HSV) dan Color Blob Detection, yang dipadukan dengan teknik preprocessing seperti Gaussian Blur, Histogram Equalization, dan Adaptive Thresholding guna meningkatkan kualitas citra sebelum proses deteksi. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dan dievaluasi menggunakan Confusion Matrix untuk mengukur performa model dalam mendeteksi citra daun sawi.Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mencapai tingkat akurasi 73%, precision 100%, serta F1 Score 84%. Meskipun metode yang diterapkan menghasilkan performa yang cukup baik dalam deteksi citra daun sawi, masih terdapat beberapa keterbatasan, khususnya terkait variasi jarak pengambilan gambar serta ketidakstabilan pencahayaan yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil deteksi. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode yang digunakan cukup efektif dalam mendeteksi citra daun sawi, meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan konsistensi hasil dalam berbagai kondisi lingkungan.

Abstract

Aplikasi berperan penting dalam mempermudah aktivitas sehari-hari, maupun memberikan aksesbilitas kepada penggunanya. Dalam sektor pendidikan manfaat dari aplikasi bukan hanya berpengaruh positif pada proses belajar dan mengajar saja, tetapi memudahkan dalam proses akademik serta pelayanan administrasi, dengan adanya bantuan aplikasi tentu memaksimalkan proses pelayanan akademik di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Aplikasi Surat Elektronik Fakultas Teknik (SISURAT) sudah digunakan dari tahun 2003, namun sampai saat ini belum melakukan evaluasi secara ilmiah terutama untuk ke efektfitas dan kepuasaan pengguna Aplikasi. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan evaluasi usability menggunakan digunakan System Usability Scale (SUS) berupa kuesioner dan bersifat subjektif yang diperkuat dengan metode Think Aloud yang berupa task scenario. Hasil Skor SUS dari penelitian ini sebesar 69,66 dan dapat diterima secara maginal. Walaupun telah masuk grade “C” dan tergolong kategori “OK”. Responden juga telah berhasil melakukan task skenario Think Aloud yang diberikan oleh peneliti baik itu pengguna sebagai atasan maupun staf, namun dalam melakukan task scenario ditemukan tigapermasalahan yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan agar dapat meningkat efektifitas dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap penggunaan Aplikasi SISURAT di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu

Abstract

Kemunculan aplikasi kecerdasan buatan seperti ChatGPT dan Gemini telah mengubah cara mahasiswa dalam mengakses informasi dan menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap kedua aplikasi tersebut di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), yang mengevaluasi enam aspek pengalaman pengguna, yaitu Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, dan Novelty. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner UEQ secara daring kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan rumus Lemeshow. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan perangkat analisis resmi dari situs UEQ untuk menghitung nilai rata-rata pada setiap aspek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ChatGPT memperoleh nilai lebih tinggi dibandingkan Gemini pada empat aspek utama, yakni Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, dan Stimulation, yang semuanya termasuk kategori “Above Average”. Sementara itu, aplikasi Gemini mendapatkan skor rendah pada hampir seluruh aspek, terutama pada Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency dan Dependability yang termasuk kategori “Bad”. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa ChatGPT lebih disukai mahasiswa dari segi pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran empiris untuk pengembangan antarmuka dan fitur AI yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan mahasiswa.Kata Kunci: Pengalaman Pengguna, ChatGPT, Gemini, Data Analisis UEQ

Abstract

The implementation of smart cities in Indonesia presents significant cybersecurity challenges, particularly amid bureaucratic complexity, low digital literacy, and limited institutional capacity. This study explores cybersecurity management strategies in the context of Jakarta Smart City (JSC), emphasizing sociotechnical dynamics and embedded cultural-institutional factors. Employing a qualitative approach and the Actor-Network Theory (ANT) framework, this research examines four key moments in the stabilization of cybersecurity networks: problematization, interessement, enrollment, and mobilization. Empirical findings reveal that challenges such as fragmented governance, security awareness gaps, and limitations in technological adaptation are addressed through context-specific strategies. These include regulatory reforms, multi-stakeholder collaboration, hybrid governance models, and the localization of international standards, particularly ISO/IEC 27001. The study also incorporates Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27/2022) as a foundational legal framework that supports the integration of regional cybersecurity policies. Rather than focusing solely on technical solutions, this research emphasizes the importance of aligning cybersecurity strategies with local norms, leadership structures, and user practices. The proposed strategic model contributes to the cybersecurity governance literature by integrating ANT perspectives with empirical insights from a developing country. It offers a locally adapted and scalable framework to guide policymakers and smart city administrators in building resilient and culturally sensitive cybersecurity systems.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving digital era, educational institutions increasingly rely on information technology to manage data. However, information security is a critical issue because institutional data is an asset that is vulnerable to threats. This research aims to analyse how the OUR Index Method works in evaluating and measuring the level of information security at UPTIK. The methods used in this research include literature study to understand the concept of information security, primary data collection through interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from policy documents and audit reports. Data analysis was conducted to compare the condition of information security at UPTIK with the standards set by OUR Index, which is based on SNI ISO/IEC 27001. The expected result of this research is a deeper understanding of the maturity level of information security at UPTIK, as well as the identification of weaknesses and potential risks. With this evaluation, it is expected that institutions can improve their information security posture, prepare for threats, and ensure that the security system implemented is in accordance with applicable standards. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the management of information security in the educational environment, as well as a reference for other institutions that want to conduct similar evaluations.
