Abstract

The imbalance of user reviews in the Roblox game creates accuracy challenges in sentiment classification, where the number of positive reviews significantly exceeds negative ones, causing the model to struggle particularly in identifying negative sentiment. This study aims to compare the performance of the Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine algorithms in classifying sentiment on imbalanced data. The research was conducted through several stages, including web scraping, pre-processing, automatic labeling using CNN, data splitting, model training, and performance evaluation using a Confusion Matrix. The findings reveal that Naïve Bayes tends to classify most samples as positive, resulting in very high recall for the positive class, reaching 0.995–0.997, but poor performance on the negative class, leading to consistent imbalance across all test ratios. In contrast, SVM achieves higher accuracy and more stable performance, with a Macro-F1 score of 0.740–0.769 and an AUC-PR of 0.936–0.942. The performance differences between the two models are statistically significant, with p-values of 0.001 and 0.0004, indicating that SVM is more effective in identifying both majority and minority classes. However, in terms of computational efficiency, Naïve Bayes is superior, requiring only 0.003–0.016 seconds of training time. Therefore, SVM is considered more reliable and robust for sentiment analysis on imbalanced data such as Roblox game reviews, whereas Naïve Bayes is more suitable when processing speed is the priority.

Abstract

Fieldwork Internship is a strategic curricular instrument that bridges the gap between academic theory and the empirical reality of the workplace. This activity aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of Field Work Internship at the Bengkulu City DPRD Secretariat in improving student competency in public administration and legislative mechanisms. Using descriptive qualitative methods with participatory observation and in-depth interviews, this study evaluates student involvement in the management of official documents and government bureaucratic procedures. The outcomes of this activity indicate that student integration into the legislative work environment significantly improves administrative skills, understanding of sectoral regulations, and internalization of professional ethics. These findings confirm that practical experience in state institutions plays a crucial role in shaping students' career readiness, particularly in facing the complex dynamics of the public sector.

Abstract

kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang serta mengimplementasikan suatu sistem pencatatan kehadiran guru yang berbasis website dengan memanfaatkan layanan hosting gratis InfinityFree pada SMP Muhammadiyah Terpadu Kota Bengkulu. Proses pengembangan sistem dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan model pengembangan perangkat lunak waterfall, yang mencakup serangkaian tahapan sistematis meliputi analisis kebutuhan sistem, perancangan arsitektur sistem, implementasi kode program, pengujian fungsionalitas, serta tahap pemeliharaan sistem. Adapun teknologi yang diimplementasikan dalam proses pengembangan sistem ini mencakup bahasa pemrograman PHP sebagai logika backend, sistem manajemen basis data MySQL untuk pengelolaan data, serta framework Bootstrap guna menghasilkan tampilan antarmuka pengguna yang responsif dan adaptif terhadap berbagai perangkat. Pemilihan InfinityFree sebagai platform hosting didasarkan pada pertimbangan bahwa layanan tersebut menyediakan fasilitas web hosting secara cuma-cuma dengan spesifikasi teknis yang memadai, sehingga sistem dapat dioperasikan secara daring tanpa menimbulkan beban biaya operasional bagi pihak institusi.

Abstract

Program digitalisasi pelayanan pemerintahan di tingkat desa dan kelurahan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat. Salah satu platform yang digunakan untuk mendukung proses tersebut adalah Sistem Informasi Desa (OpenSID). Namun dalam implementasinya masih terdapat aparatur kelurahan yang belum memahami secara optimal cara pengoperasian sistem tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung penerapan dan optimalisasi penggunaan sistem OpenSID di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur Kota Bengkulu. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan pelatihan, implementasi, serta pendampingan langsung kepada aparatur kelurahan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama dua hari yang diikuti oleh mahasiswa dan aparatur kelurahan, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pendampingan selama kurang lebih tiga minggu di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian aparatur kelurahan mulai memahami dan mampu mengoperasikan beberapa fitur dasar dalam sistem OpenSID seperti pengelolaan data administrasi, admin web, layanan mandiri, serta layanan surat menyurat. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa kendala dalam proses adaptasi teknologi, terutama bagi aparatur dengan usia yang lebih senior. Secara umum kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi positif dalam mendukung penerapan dan optimalisasi sistem informasi desa untuk meningkatkan digitalisasi pelayanan administrasi di Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

A system is an entity consisting of two or more components that interact with each other to achieve a goal. Information means the result of a process that is organized, meaningful and useful to the person who receives it. Graduation is an activity for the inauguration ceremony of graduation, handing over diplomas, release, and returning students to parents and as a sign that students have completed their studies. The graduation book system is closely related to internal control issues and as a tool to monitor and protect company assets. Students register to submit to the study program staff with complete files, then the staff verifies whether it is complete or not. Make a list of graduation registrants for student names then submit them to the head of study program, then the head of study program directs to BAAK. BAAK analyzes and retypes then creates a judicial decree. Then the next stage is BAU as the graduation equipment committee to make a graduation book by re-distributing the google form to request data by registering so complicated, the author hopes by proposing a graduation book information system by making it easier for students as well as BAAK and BAU of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. The research objectives that the author wants to achieve are: Produce a graduation book system or application, providing convenience to students in obtaining web-based information. Research through case studies conducted on the Graduation Book Information System of the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu by conducting interviews and providing questionnaires to parties and through literature studies. System development methods use analysis (system requirement analysis), design (design), coding (code generation), testing (testing), database design. From this research, a Graduation Book System application was produced consisting of the main page, graduation candidate page, operator page and admin page. With the Graduation Book Information System, it can make it easier to access the system that has often experienced obstacles in viewing graduation information, such as graduation schedules and graduation requirements.

Abstract

In cyberspace there is a lot of information that is needed, especially in the world of education, therefore in this Global network SMP Negeri 21 Bengkulu Tengah which is one of the educational institutions in Bengkulu Province, especially in Central Bengkulu, needs to make breakthroughs and innovations in promoting its existence by creating a web site. With the creation of a Web site SMP Negeri 21 Bengkulu Tengah is very helpful for students and teachers in getting the information they need, all information needs about activities in the teaching and learning process and extracurricular activities can be obtained and seen on this website. The information is presented in a series of systems in the form of attractive web pages and designs using Xampp, Mysql and Dreamweaver Cs4 programs.The process of running the program to enter the website page the first time a person will enter on the initial display there are several menu tobols. The profile page is information at a glance about the school and activities at the school while our Services page has several menus including menus of school facilities, study rooms, school buildings, and sports, then on the contact us page there is complete school address information. The next menu is the guest book, in this guest book there is a column that can be filled in by web site visitors in the form of suggestions and responses that are to advance the Website of SMP Negeri 21 Bengkulu Tengah. The next menu is an information menu containing a location plan and road direction, this aims to provide information to website visitors in order to find out the location plan of SMP Negeri 21 Bengkulu. From the information above, it can be concluded that website programming using Dreamweaver CS4 macromedia can produce a website that looks attractive, and helps provide information and as a means of promotion increases competitiveness in accepting new students, and this website can be updated.

The design of a COVID-19 patient information system using PHP Muko-muko Hospital has been successfully created which includes patient identity data confirmed for COVID-19, clinical information for COVID-19 patients, monitoring information for confirmed COVID-19 patients, and reports on COVID-19 patient data. -19. This system has been neatly designed to make it easier for officers to find data on COVID-19 patients who have been monitored or have not been monitored when applied to the real system.

Abstract

In this era of modern development, there is a lot of competition throughout the industrial world, including inside and outside the industry. This also happens because changes in the field of technology are increasingly rapid and precise. In conditions of rapid technological development, this is possible for business actors, especially companies, this situation is no longer surprising when operating in the field of commodity operations, in this case company management will compete with each other through various media to improve the sales process to current marketing consumers. This example is Yakusa Laundry. The author's aim in conducting research on the Yakusa laundry business aims to identify and analyze SWOT, namely strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, such as competitive strategies to increase competitiveness. on the Yakusa Laundry business. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, data collection techniques using narrative data methods, namely oral and written interviews, observation and documentation. Investigation of informants is based on relevance and adequacy. The results of research regarding marketing strategies in increasing competitiveness at Yakusa Laundry show an increase in competitiveness, this is proven by the company's control of market share.

Abstract

The caringin shop is a shop that sells daily household and kitchen needs. Caringin shop sales tend to stagnate because in the last few months there has been no significant increase in turnover and tight business competition where the large number of similar shops has become a problem. This requires a precise and careful marketing strategy. This research implements an a priori algorithm as a marketing strategy. The data used was 146 transactions for 1 week. The analysis was carried out manually using Microsoft Excel and libraries in the Python programming language that supports apriori algorithms packaged in a simple web-based application. The analysis resulted in a conclusion that if a consumer buys sugar, then the tendency is to buy coffee with a confidence level of 65% supported by a support value of 10% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 3.9, if buying coffee, then the tendency is to buy sugar with a confidence level of 62% supported by a support value of 10% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 3.9, and if buying eggs, then the tendency is to buy instant noodles with a confidence level of 61% supported by a support value of 11% of all transactions with a lift ratio of 2.8.
