Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce has influenced changes in people's online shopping behaviour. Shopee and TikTok Shop are two popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, each offering unique features and shopping experiences. This research aims to analyse and compare user sentiment towards the two platforms by applying Naïve Bayes algorithm. User review data was obtained from Google Play Store through web scraping technique, then processed using Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) approach, which includes data collection, preprocessing, transformation, modelling, and evaluation stages. Naïve Bayes algorithm was used to classify the sentiment of the reviews into positive or negative categories. The results show that the majority of reviews for both platforms are positive, with Shopee having a higher proportion of positive sentiment than TikTok Shop. The model used shows good accuracy in classifying sentiment, although there is still a tendency to bias towards positive sentiment. The findings are expected to provide insights for e-commerce platform managers in improving service quality and better understanding user preferences.

Abstract

Platfom mendorong pertumbuhan sosial media sebagai sarana komunikasi utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Platfom seperti Instagram yang dapat menggunakan kata-kata, gambar, atau video untuk mengekspresikan diri dan berbagi informasi. Media sosial menawarkan banyak manfaat, tetapi juga bisa membuka peluang bagi munculnya berbagai perilaku negatif, Cyberbullying, yang sering dikenal sebagai perundungan di dunia maya, adalah salah satunya. Data untuk penelitian ini diambil melalui crawling igcomment.com, yang bisa menggambil komentar dengan mengklik linknya dan masukkan salin link video ke dalam tautan postingan. Teknik ini memungkinkan untuk mengekstrak data dari komentar pos di Instagram, yang akan digunakan sebagai sumber data. Informasi yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari komentar yang ditinggalkan pada postingan yang dibuat oleh akun @safnoviart.  Periode pengumpulan data adalah dari 28 April 2025 hingga 4 Mei 2025. Selanjutnya hasil dari pelabelan akan dialkukan Tokenizing, cleaning data, Removal, Stemming, stopword, casefoldin adalah semua contoh praproses yang akan dilakukan. TF-IDF kemudian akan digunakan untuk memberikan bobot pada setiap kata dalam dokumen. Evaluasi terhadap model dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil prediksi dengan membandingkan pelabelan awal pada data uji dengan hasil yang diharapkan. Dari total 203 data uji, model berhasil memcapai akurasi sebesar 93.10%, dengan precision 94.44%, recall 98.42%, dan F1-score 96.38%. ini menunjukkan bahwa model cukup efektif dalam mengenali komentar bullying secara tepat dan menyeluruh. Penggunaan algoritma Naïve Bayes terbukti bisa membantu mengelompokkan komentar secara otomatis  berdasarkan kata-kata yang sering muncul dalam komentar bullying. Pendekatan ini cukup menjanjikan dan bisa dikembangkan lebih lanjut sebagai alat bantu untuk mendeteksi cyberbullying.

Abstract

The Advancement of digital technology  has encouraged higher education institutions to provide mobile-based academic services to enhance efficiency and convenience of students. Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu developed the SIKAMU application as a platform to access academic information online. This study aims to analyze student satisfaction with the SIKAMU application using the mobile service quality (M-SERVQUAL) approach, which includes five dimensions: Efiiciency, reliability, security, interface design, and feature conformity. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 129 active student from the faculty of engineering. The analysis result show that students are generally very satisfied with the SIKAMU services, with an average Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) of 97% the feature conformity dimension received the highest satisfaction score (100%), while efficiency received the lowest (94%), though still with in the “very satisfied” category. The gap analysis between expectations, expectations, except for efficiency, which still requires improvement. This study concludes that the SIKAMU application has successfully met students academic service needs digitally; however, improvements in efficiency and security are recommended to maintain and enhance service quality.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business in the digital era demands business actors to optimize online platforms in building brand image and increasing competitiveness. One of the important elements in this digital ecosystem is customer ratings and reviews, which can influence prospective consumers’ perceptions and business sustainability. This study aims to analyze the impact of customer ratings and reviews on the development of Kedai Tempoe Doloe in Bengkulu City. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 customers and semi-structured interviews with the shop manager. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis and frequency distribution percentage calculations. The results showed that the majority of customers gave positive ratings in aspects of service (55% very satisfied), food taste (62.5% very satisfied), shop atmosphere (45% very satisfied), cleanliness (50% very satisfied), and facilities (42.5% very satisfied), with an overall satisfaction rate (Very Satisfied + Satisfied) of 84%. Customers’ favorite menus were Cuanki Doeloe (37.5%), Bakmi Ayam (25%), Ubi Brullee (17.5%), Teh Solo (12.5%), and Cireng (7.5%). These findings were supported by interview results indicating the need for improvements in complementary facilities and seating comfort during peak hours. In conclusion, customer ratings and reviews play a strategic role in the evaluation process, decision-making, and service development of culinary businesses at Kedai Tempoe Doloe.

Abstract

In the digital era, automatic transcription is a crucial solution for converting audio content into text, especially in the context of academic documentation. The main challenge in this process is transcription accuracy, which can be affected by the quality of the audio file, including its bitrate and file size. This study aims to analyze the impact of MP3 bitrate and file size on transcription accuracy using the Whisper large-v3 model. Five academic audio files were converted into five different bitrate levels, ranging from 64 kbps to 320 kbps, and then transcribed automatically using the Whisper model. Evaluation was conducted by calculating the Word Error Rate (WER) as an indicator of transcription accuracy. In addition, processing time and file size were recorded to analyze transcription efficiency. The results show that increasing bitrate does not always lead to higher accuracy. Bitrates of 128–192 kbps provided the best balance between transcription accuracy, processing efficiency, and file size. This study makes a significant contribution to the development of automatic transcription systems based on ASR models, particularly for audio documentation needs in educational institutions. These findings serve as a technical reference for developing efficient and accurate audio documentation systems in academic environments.

Abstract

Implementing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in Vocational High Schools (SMK) plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of learning, improving administrative efficiency, and preparing students for a technology-driven workforce. However, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, the readiness of educators, and uneven policy support. This study aims to identify the Critical Success Factors (CSFs) in ICT implementation in SMKs and analyze the challenges and opportunities for its development. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing interviews with teachers, school principals, and students from various vocational schools to obtain a comprehensive perspective on ICT adoption in vocational education. The findings reveal eight key factors contributing to the success of ICT implementation: infrastructure availability, teacher competence, the role of school principals, government policy support, student engagement, curriculum integration, digital ethics, and continuous evaluation and monitoring. The study concludes that the success of ICT implementation heavily depends on the synergy between schools, the government, and industry. Therefore, more effective strategies are needed to ensure equitable access to technology, enhance teacher competencies, and strengthen digital-based curricula to optimize ICT to produce competitive SMK graduates in the Industry 4.0 era

Abstract

With the rapid development of internet technology, the need for efficient and stable protocols is increasingly important. This study aims to compare the performance of static routing on IPv4 and IPv6 protocols at SMPN 9 Kaur, with a focus on quality of service (QoS) based on the TIPHON standard. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), including the stages of analysis, design, testing, implementation, monitoring, and management. The results show that IPv6 has better performance than IPv4. On an IPv6 network using WiFi, a packet loss of 0%, a delay of 0.43 ms, a jitter of 0.201 ms, and a throughput of 4840 kbps was obtained. Meanwhile, IPv4 based on WiFi had a packet loss of 0%, a delay of 22.1175 ms, a jitter of 7.8903 ms, and a throughput of 409 kbps. The conclusion of this study is that IPv6 is superior in terms of network stability and efficiency compared to IPv4

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat mendorong para pelaku usaha untuk memanfaatkan media digital demi meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem inforrmasi pemasaran produk tempe berbasis web pada usaha rumah tangga Ahmad Tempe, yang sebelumnya masih memasarkan produknya secara konvensional. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini proses pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan juga studi pustaka. Dalam pengembangannya, penulis menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD), melibatkan tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, dan implementasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem berbasis web yang mampu memperluas jangkauan pemasaran, memudahkan konsumen dalam melihat produk dan melakukan pemesanan, serta membantu pemilik usaha dalam mengelola data transaksi secara rapi, efektif, dan efisien. Abstract

Tujuan : Proses presensi merupakan suatu hal yang sering dilakukan setiap orang yang bekerja baik di pemerintahan maupun swasta. Pada dasarnya proses presensi menggunakan presensi manual ada juga yang telah menggunakan finger print sehingga memudahkan dalam melakukan presensi Metode/Design/Pendekatan: Di Fakultas Teknik UM Bengkulu juga sudah menggunakan system presensi dosen menggunkan finger print, akan tetapi di masa pandemic covid-19 ini seluruh kegiatan belajar mengajar banyak yang melaksanakan secara daring, sehingga dalam penelitian ini menerapkan sistem absen dengan Qr Code dan geolocation untuk mengetahui lokasi dari dosen yang melakukan absen. Qr Code yang berarti kode yang bisa menyampaikan informasi secara cepat yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dosen dalam kedisiplinan kerja Hasil/Temuan: Dari penelitian ini juga menghasilkan sistem aplikasi presensi dengan menerapan QR Code Geolocation Pada Presensi Dosen Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, Dapat memberikan informasi hasil evaluasi kinerja dosen dengan menerapan QR Code Geolocation Pada Presensi Dosen Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu, evaluasi tersebut berupa cetak riwayat yang ada pada system, serta Meningkatkan disiplin dosen dalam kegiatan belajar dan bertanggung jawab dalam bekerja dengan adanya sistem presensi geolocation ini. Abstract

Depresi merupakan kondisi umum yang sering kali tidak terdiagnosis di kalangan mahasiswa. Status WhatsApp di jejaring sosial di kalangan mahasiswa dapat menampilkan indikasi depresi yang mereka alami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengungkapan status WhatsApp mahasiswa yang memenuhi kriteria Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) untuk gejala depresi atau episode depresi mayor (EDM).  Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain studi observasional lintas-seksional untuk mengamati pengungkapan gejala depresi dan pola penggunaan WhatsApp pada mahasiswa di Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Data dikumpulkan dari pembaruan status WhatsApp yang tersedia publik dalam grup-grup mahasiswa antara 1 Mei 2023 dan 1 Mei 2024. Status WhatsApp yang dievaluasi adalah yang diunggah oleh mahasiswa tahun ketiga dan keempat studi mereka. Analisis regresi binomial negatif digunakan untuk memodelkan hubungan antara pengungkapan depresi dan demografi atau karakteristik penggunaan WhatsApp di kalangan mahasiswa. Sebanyak 150 status dievaluasi, dengan pemilik status terdiri dari 43,5% perempuan dan usia rata-rata 20 tahun. Secara keseluruhan, 31,3% status menampilkan gejala depresi dan 2,5% memenuhi kriteria untuk EDM. Mahasiswa umumnya menunjukkan gejala yang konsisten dengan depresi melalui status WhatsApp. Oleh karena itu, WhatsApp dapat menjadi salah satu jalur inovatif untuk melawan stigma seputar kondisi kesehatan mental, atau untuk mengidentifikasi mahasiswa yang berisiko mengalami depresi.
