Abstract

Periklanan di media sosial telah menjadi strategi pemasaran utama bagi banyak merek dalam menjangkau konsumen, terutama generasi milenial yang sangat terhubung dengan dunia digital. Generasi ini cenderung menghabiskan banyak waktu di platform seperti Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, dan YouTube, menjadikannya target yang sangat potensial bagi para pemasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh periklanan di media sosial terhadap perilaku konsumen milenial, dengan fokus pada keputusan pembelian, kesadaran merek, serta pengaruh influencer. Menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif terhadap 350 responden dan wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa periklanan di media sosial memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku konsumen milenial. Faktor-faktor seperti relevansi iklan, penggunaan influencer, penawaran khusus, dan desain visual yang menarik berperan penting dalam mendorong keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif di media sosial.

Abstract

Kinerja usaha yang diharapkan dapat dicapai dengan menerapkan strategi diferensiasi produk UMKM lokal “nasi liwet ayam sambel matah” dan kemampuan manajerial. Terdapat pengaruh langsung antara strategi diferensiasi produk dan kemampuan manajerial yang dimiliki oleh pimpinan/pemilik perusahaan terhadap peningkatan kinerja usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi diferensiasi produk dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM lokal. Penelitian ini ditunjukkan untuk menguji pengaruh strategi diferensiasi produk dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja usaha baik secara parsial pada UMKM lokal “nasi liwet ayam sambel matah”. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dengan pihak UMKM. .Hasil Wawancara menunjukkan bahwa strategi diferensiasi produk, kemampuan manajerial, dan kinerja usaha UMKM lokal “nasi liwet ayam sambel matah” dalam semua bidang dapat dikatakan cukup baik. Secara simultan, pengaruh strategi diferensiasi produk dan kemampuan manajerial terhadap kinerja usaha pada UMKM “nasi liwet ayam sambel matah” lokal Padalarang cukup baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the effect of brand image and brand awareness partially and simultaneously on purchasing decisions (y) of Pizza Hut consumers, Lippo Cikarang Branch. The sample in this study were 105 consumers who had purchased Pizza Hut products in Cikarang city at least in the last year. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test with the help of the SPSS 16.0 for windows programme. The results showed that simultaneously (F test) purchasing decisions can be influenced by all independent variables and partially showed that only the Brand Awarness variable (X2) had an effect on purchasing decisions (y) while the brand image variable (X1) had no effect. The Brand Awarness variable (X2) has a significance level of 0.000 while the brand image variable has no significant effect on purchasing decisions (y) because it is seen from the sig t level which is 0.090 greater than 0.05. With a coefficient of determination R Square (R2) of 30.9%, which means that the purchasing decision variable (y) can be influenced by the two independent variables while the remaining 69.1% is explained by other factors not explained in this study. Pizza Hut management is advised to continue to update the quality of the company's image and brand image in order to form a positive perception in the eyes of customers, so that it can help maintain the company's image and be able to increase sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the effect of each independent variable: online customer rating, online customer review and "free shipping" tagline on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were Shopee marketplace users in Cikarang City with a sample of 100 respondents determined using purposive sampling. The data analysed were primary data collected by questionnaire. Based on SPSS version 25.0 data processing, the results show that the research instrument test shows that all indicators are valid and all variables are reliable. Based on the F test simultaneously all independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the regression coefficient and t test, it shows that the online customer rating variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, the online customer review variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and the "free shipping" tagline variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In order to cope with the increasing consumer interest in skincare products, companies are required to be more innovative and creative in competing in the market. Advances in technology and social media allow the cosmetics industry to grow rapidly. Through social media, consumers can easily search and get products that suit their needs. Dabe Beaute creates innovative products and utilises social media as a promotional tool that provides information about the variety of products and their quality. This research method uses quantitative methods with ‘nonprobability sampling’ sampling techniques, namely purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through distributing online questionnaires to 100 respondents and processed with SPSS version 25. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis testing show that Social Media and Celebrity Endorser have a significant effect on Purchase Intention, while product quality has no significant effect on Purchase Intention of Dabe Beaute skincare in the city of Jakarta. Companies should expand research by adding other factors besides social media, celebrity endorsers and product quality that can influence buying interest.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) dalam mengembangkan strategi rekrutmen pegawai melalui pemanfaatan aplikasi digital, yaitu Jobstreet dan Glints. Perkembangan teknologi telah menghadirkan peluang besar bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme dan daya saing melalui perekrutan tenaga kerja yang lebih efektif, namun masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang menghadapi keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan platform digital tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, simulasi penggunaan aplikasi, serta pendampingan teknis secara intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai strategi rekrutmen modern, peningkatan keterampilan dalam menggunakan Jobstreet dan Glints, serta perubahan pola pikir pelaku UMKM dalam memandang rekrutmen bukan sekadar proses administratif, melainkan strategi penting untuk pertumbuhan usaha. Pembahasan mendalam mengungkap bahwa penggunaan aplikasi rekrutmen digital tidak hanya memperluas akses UMKM terhadap kandidat berkualitas, tetapi juga membantu membangun citra usaha yang lebih profesional di mata calon karyawan. Meskipun demikian, tantangan terkait literasi digital, keterbatasan waktu, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program pendampingan, kolaborasi dengan lembaga pendidikan, dan integrasi teknologi dalam manajemen UMKM sangat direkomendasikan untuk memperkuat keberhasilan implementasi strategi rekrutmen digital pada skala yang lebih luas

Abstract

Program pendampingan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan manajemen usaha bagi pelaku UMKM bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas pengelolaan usaha yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-test dan post-test untuk menilai efektivitas pendampingan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan literasi keuangan dan manajemen usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek literasi keuangan, seperti kemampuan memisahkan keuangan usaha dan pribadi, pencatatan transaksi harian, penyusunan laporan laba rugi, serta pemahaman arus kas. Peningkatan serupa juga terlihat pada aspek manajemen usaha, meliputi keterampilan menghitung harga pokok penjualan (HPP) dan margin laba, pemanfaatan media sosial untuk promosi, pencatatan persediaan, serta strategi pelayanan pelanggan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa program pendampingan berbasis praktik langsung dan pelatihan partisipatif dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap penguatan kapasitas UMKM dalam mengelola usaha secara profesional dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of authoritarian leadership style, workplace facilities, and job stress on employee performance at PT Nidec Instruments Bekasi. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 86 employees of the company and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results reveal that authoritarian leadership style, workplace facilities, and job stress significantly affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) test indicates that 67.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by the independent variables—authoritarian leadership style, workplace facilities, and job stress—while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. Furthermore, the F-test results show that these three variables, when examined simultaneously, have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with an F-calculated value of 57.740, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.71.
