Abstract

The Kitabah lil mubtadi course is a special course in the Arabic language education study program. In the 2022 academic year, this odd semester course will undergo a transformation into Arabic Imla and Computer courses. This is the background of this research so that it needs to be studied in depth to describe the transformation or changes in this course. This research is a library research that uses inductive-deductive analysis techniques. This study aims to reveal Arabic Imla and Computer courses as a transformation of special Arabic science courses. The results of this study indicate that the change in this course is a form of responding to the demands of national qualifications at the undergraduate level. This course focuses on digitizing the ability to write Arabic in a sentence and paragraph that is contained in the software offline and online. Imla and Arabic Computers are also a manifestation of the integration of science, religion, technology.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang skema murur di Muzdalifah yang diterapkan pemerintah Indonesia pada pelaksanaan ibadah haji tahun 2024. Secara spesifik penelitian ini menganalisis Keputusan Pengurus Besar Harian Syuriah Tentang Hasil Bahtul Masail Al Diniyyah Al- Waqiiyah dengan menggunakan pendekatan moderasi beragama. Melalui studi literatur dan menerapkan metode analisis deskriptif-analitis, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa murur di Muzdalifah merupakan aktualisasi dari moderasi beragama dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji. Dari tiga pilar utama moderasi beragama; moderasi pemikiran, moderasi gerakan, dan moderasi perbuatan, murur di Muzdalifah termasuk dalam moderasi pemikiran. Murur di Muzdalifah sebagai bukti fleksibelitas pemahaman agama dalam memadukan konsep haji dengan kondisi jemaah haji tanpa menghilangkan substansi ibadah haji dan nilai-nilai spiritual yang mendasarinya dan dengan lahirnya keputusan Syuriah PBNU tentang murur di Muzdalifah memberi pandangan yang holistik dan inspiratif bagi umat muslim dalam menjalankan praktik ibadah yang lebih ramah dan inklusif di masa depan.

Abstract

This research aimed to understand the characteristics of the pesantren’s culture, which is based on transnational culture. This study utilized a mixed-methods approach, including interviews with pesantren leaders and students and participant observations within the pesantren community. The findings revealed that transnational culture within pesantren is influenced by global Islamic discourses and practices while maintaining traditional Indonesian cultural elements. Understanding these characteristics is crucial for policymakers and educators to address the evolving landscape of Islamic education in Indonesia. Further research is needed to explore the impact of transnational culture on the development of pesantren in the future. The Salafi’s Islamic Boarding School, Zād al-Maʿād, was chosen as the research site for that purpose. The approach employed in this research is cultural anthropology with data collection tools in documentation studies, observations, and interviews. The findings emphasize the adaptability of Salafi pesantren to local customs and traditions, showcasing a unique blend of global ideology and local practices that contribute to the movement's continued success in Indonesia. Based on qualitative analysis, the boarding school is also an agent of Islamic preaching in spreading Salafi’s understanding and a center for the cadre of Salafi’s preachers from a young age. The Salafi’s network can use its program to organize various international programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the interaction between intellectual and spiritual aspects in the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah order and its impact on the self-actualisation and morality of the congregation. This study uses a qualitative approach with an interpretivism paradigm, focusing on the spiritual and social experiences of followers of the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah Order. The study was conducted at the Naqsybandiyah Khalidiyah congregation foundation in Medan, North Sumatera, Indonesia. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was done by reduction, narrative presentation, and triangulation for validity testing. Self-actualisation through tariqah, especially in the Naqsyabandiyah Khalidiyah Order tradition, integrates intellectual and spiritual dimensions. Sheikh Kadirun Yahya developed an approach combining exact sciences with spirituality, emphasising the importance of intellectual development through an understanding of metaphysics, psychology, and deep sufism practices. This order teaches that self-actualisation depends on fulfilling physical needs and increasing spiritual awareness that connects individuals with God. Thus, Tarīqah's followers develop spiritual potential and enrich their intellect to achieve a more holistic balance in life. The implication for Islamic education is the importance of integrating intellectual and spiritual dimensions in learning. Further research suggests exploring the application of Sheikh Kadirun Yahya's teachings in Islamic education to develop students' potential holistically, both in spiritual and intellectual aspects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh Masih banyak guru yang belum menerapkan model pembelajaran yang efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan metode Case Based Learning di SMA IT Darul Ikhlas Pagaralam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Mixed Method dengan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode penelitian Mixed Method adalah metode penelitian yang pengaplikasiannya menyangkut kombinasi antara metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dalam satu penelitian. Hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa data yang diperoleh signifikan (0,000 < 0,05), sehingga hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) diterima. Selain itu, penerapan metode ini juga meningkatkan semangat siswa dalam belajar bahasa Arab, yang terlihat dari peningkatan proses pembelajaran setelah metode ini diterapkan.. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode Case Based Learning (CBL) dalam pembelajaran kalam di SMA IT Darul Ikhlas dapat meningkatkan semangat dan efektivitas belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a writing (kitabah) learning media based on a game using Smart Apps Creator (SAC) to enhance Arabic writing skills at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatus Sakinah, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model approach. The research subjects include 14 eighth-grade students and the Arabic language teacher at the pesantren. Data collection techniques involved questionnaires, tests, as well as interviews and observations. Quantitative data was gathered through pre-tests and post-tests to measure students' writing improvements after using the learning media, while qualitative data was obtained from interviews with teachers and observations during the media usage. Data analysis techniques included quantitative analysis using the Wilcoxon test to examine significant differences between pre-test and post-test scores, and qualitative analysis using the Miles and Huberman model to reduce, display, and draw conclusions from the collected data. The results show that the SAC-based learning media is valid according to assessments from content and media experts, and there is a significant improvement in students' writing skills after using the media, with the Wilcoxon test showing a significance value of less than 0.05. The implications of this research indicate that SAC-based game media can serve as an effective alternative to improve Arabic writing skills in pesantren, as well as provide prospects for further development of interactive learning media in other educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan buku ajar keterampilan membaca (maharah qiroah) berbasis fabel untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter di MTsN 1 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Borg and Gall yang disederhanakan melalui enam tahap: identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, desain, validasi, revisi, dan uji coba. Hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukkan buku pelajaran bahasa Arab yang ada kurang menarik, didominasi teks tanpa ilustrasi, serta belum mendukung pengembangan karakter atau motivasi membaca. Kuesioner siswa mengungkapkan 85,3% menganggap pelajaran qiroah membosankan, 77,3% kesulitan memahami teks, dan 93,3% ingin materi yang lebih menarik. Buku ajar yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan cerita fabel dengan nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab, serta dilengkapi fitur interaktif dan ilustrasi. Validasi oleh ahli materi dan media serta revisi memastikan buku ini efektif dan mudah digunakan. Uji coba di kelas VII menunjukkan peningkatan minat, pemahaman membaca, dan pembentukan karakter positif. Buku ini terbukti secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab dan pendidikan karakter siswa MTsN 1 Palembang.
