Abstract

Artikel ini membahas bagaimana kecerdasan buatan (AI) telah mengubah cara bisnis membuat keputusan. Ini terjadi di banyak industri, seperti ritel, keuangan, kesehatan, dan manufaktur, di mana perusahaan dapat membuat keputusan dengan lebih efisien, akurat, dan cepat. AI membantu bisnis memprediksi kebutuhan dan membuat rekomendasi berdasarkan teknologi seperti pembelajaran mesin dan analisis data besar. Untuk menganalisis dampak AI pada pengambilan keputusan bisnis, artikel ini mengumpulkan, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis literatur yang relevan. Selain itu, penelitian ini membahas masalah seperti privasi, etika, dan ketergantungan pada teknologi. Serta menyarankan bagaimana bisnis dapat memanfaatkan AI dengan bijak untuk mendukung keberlanjutan dan daya saing di era digital.

Abstract

This article discusses the challenges and opportunities of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a supporting tool in business decision making in the digital era. In the context of growing digitalization, AI plays an important role in improving operational efficiency and accuracy of data analysis, which has a significant impact on various aspects of business, including audit, finance and accounting. This research uses a literature study method to identify the challenges and opportunities faced by companies in implementing AI. The research results show that AI can increase efficiency and productivity, as well as provide more accurate predictive analysis. However, the application of AI is also faced with challenges such as the need for sophisticated technological infrastructure and ethical risk management. By utilizing AI, companies can make real-time data-based decisions, understand market trends, and innovate products that suit consumer needs. This article emphasizes the importance of adapting to new technologies to achieve business goals in the digital era.

Abstract

This article discusses the impact of macroeconomic factors on the decision-making process at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero), one of the largest transportation companies in Indonesia. In the face of a constantly changing economy, the company must consider various important aspects, such as inflation, interest rates, exchange rates, government policies, and global economic conditions, as well as the mitigation measures taken by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This research aims to analyze how these macroeconomic factors influence the strategies and operational decisions made by the company's management. Using a comprehensive methodological approach, the study gathers both quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns and relationships between these factors and overall business performance. The findings indicate that changes in macroeconomic factors can significantly affect operational costs, investment planning, and the development of new services. These findings are expected to provide valuable insights for management in formulating more responsive and adaptive strategies to changes in economic conditions.

Abstract

This research entitled "Facing Global Challenges in Business Planning: Strategies for Overcoming Global Market Complexity" has the aim of investigating and developing effective strategies for overcoming global market complexity in business planning. With ever-growing challenges in the global market, such as economic fluctuations, regulatory changes, and intense competitive dynamics, it is important for companies to have adaptive and effective strategies. Using literature reviews to collect and analyze data from various books, journals, and reports related to the research subject is the core of this qualitative research strategy. The term "international marketing" describes any type of advertising that reaches more than one country. It is common practice for entrepreneurs to write detailed documents outlining the history, current state, and future projections of their company. This document is known as a business plan. The findings of this research indicate that effective corporate planning techniques have a significant impact in overcoming global difficulties

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran aspek keuangan dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan bisnis, serta mengevaluasi strategi pengelolaan risiko dan pemilihan sumber pendanaan yang tepat untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi literatur dan analisis data sekunder dari laporan keuangan perusahaan skala menengah. Analisis dilakukan terhadap komponen arus kas, proyeksi laba rugi, dan titik impas untuk menilai efisiensi operasional dan kestabilan keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan keuangan yang terstruktur secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam merespons dinamika pasar dan mengambil keputusan strategis. Pemilihan sumber pendanaan yang sesuai baik dari modal internal, pinjaman, maupun investasi terbukti mendukung inovasi dan pertumbuhan bisnis. Selain itu, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam manajemen keuangan mempercepat proses analisis dan meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan. Integrasi antara strategi keuangan dan bisnis terbukti memperkuat daya saing serta memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap keberlanjutan jangka panjang perusahaan

Abstract

Munculnya teknologi seperti smartphone telah mengubah kehidupan secara besar-besaran berkat kemajuan teknologi yang terus-menerus. Smartphone adalah komputer mini dengan fungsi telepon. Mereka tidak hanya dapat berfungsi untuk SMS dan telepon, tetapi juga memiliki aplikasi dan fitur yang dapat ditambahkan sesuai keinginan pengguna. Masyarakat memilih untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan smartphone yang memiliki sistem operasi untuk berkomunikasi dengan mudah. Untuk melakukan komunikasi diperlukan sebuah sinyal telekomunikasi.Jaringan Sinyal telekomunikasi sendiri adalah Tujuan utama jaringan telekomunikasi adalah untuk mengirimkan informasi dalam bentuk apa pun dari seorang pengguna ke pengguna lain dalam jaringan.Jaringan sinyal telekomunikasi yang paling sering digunakan dan menjadi pengguna sejuta umat adalah telkomsel. Telkomsel Adalah perusahaan, Sejak 1995, jaringan telekomunikasi telah membantu orang Indonesia dari Sabang hingga Merauke berkomunikasi.Saat ini, Telkomsel adalah operator seluler terbesar di Indonesia dengan lebih dari 170 juta pelanggan.Dalam dunia digital dan pemasaran, AI membantu bisnis membuat keputusan yang tepat dan relevan sambil mengirimkan nilai melalui berbagai saluran hubungan pelanggan. Telkomsel telah mendirikan lebih dari 209.000 menara BTS untuk memberikan layanan prima hingga ke pelosok daerah. Karena pentingnya peningkatan daya komputasi dan big data AI telah berkembang dan penting untuk dimasukkan ke dalam praktik bisnis, terutama dalam pemasaran digital. Ini memungkinkan organisasi untuk lebih memahami dan memahami pelanggan mereka dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Focusing on user-based design strategies to improve business performance is an innovative approach in today's digital era. Through comprehensive analysis, this research explores how design centered on user needs and preferences can improve operational efficiency, strengthen brands, and increase customer satisfaction. The method used includes narrative literature study using a qualitative approach through previous research. The research results show that user-based design strategies have great potential to improve business performance, with a clear impact on increasing customer retention, increasing operational efficiency and increasing customer satisfaction. This article provides practical advice for companies looking to implement user-based design strategies in their operations and highlights the importance of this approach in facing competitive challenges in the digital era.

Abstract

Pendekatan inovatif telah menjadi strategi penting bagi perkembangan bisnis di era digital yang dinamis. Artikel ini menjelaskan bagaimana inovasi dan kreativitas berperan penting dalam meningkatkan perkembangan bisnis di era digital. Kami mengkaji dampak pendekatan inovatif dalam perencanaan pengembangan bisnis, serta bagaimana kreativitas dan inovasi memengaruhi perkembangan bisnis digital. Selain itu, kami akan mengidentifikasi dampak positif dan negatif era digital terhadap bisnis, serta strategi komunikasi yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan tersebut. Dengan fokus pada peningkatan kreativitas dan inovasi, kami membahas berbagai strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan bisnis di era digital. Meskipun era digital membawa manfaat seperti akses cepat terhadap informasi dan peningkatan inovasi, kami juga melihat risiko seperti pelanggaran hak cipta dan risiko teknis. Dengan memahami secara cermat dampak-dampak tersebut dan menerapkan pendekatan inovatif, perusahaan dapat memanfaatkan potensi era digital untuk tetap kompetitif di pasar yang terus berubah.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and digital, innovation is one thing that is discussed a lot by humans in order to try to create a form or thing or object that can make an activity more effective and efficient. The challenge to continue to innovate does not only come to individual people but also extends to the organizational scope. This research aims to look at the dynamics that occur in the innovation process carried out by BPJS Health by taking a case study on the SDM performance management system. Data was obtained through interviews and observations, research sources used a qualitative approach. With the aim of knowing the influence of the level of efficiency and productivity of human resources in carrying out operations in order to improve the quality of national health insurance services (JKN) . The innovation of the performance management system at BPJS Health is a concrete form that the organization sees employees as talents and as the main competitive asset and key factor for the organization's success in the future.

Abstract

The important process known as business planning and development allows an organization to establish the strategies, goals, and tactics necessary to grow and succeed in the long term. Businesses are faced with many complex challenges in the current era of globalization, ranging from intense competition to rapid market changes. Therefore, careful business planning is essential to anticipate changes and take advantage of emerging opportunities. In this abstract, business planning and development is very important in today's dynamic business environment. Internal and external environmental analysis, goal setting, strategy development, resource allocation, and implementation are the main steps in the business planning process, which will be discussed thoroughly. In addition, this abstract will show how leadership, innovation, and information technology help business planning and development well. Organizations can optimize performance, increase competitiveness, and better face challenges by emphasizing holistic and sustainable business planning and development. Understanding market, consumer and industry trends is important amidst global uncertainty. Therefore, this abstract emphasizes how important it is to monitor the business environment and be flexible when changing business planning strategies to adapt to changes.
