Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis cacat, penyebabnya dan juga memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk menekan angka kecacatan produksi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah menggunakan failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) untuk mengetahui jenis kegagalan, potensi efek kegagalan, penyebab kegagalan, mode deteksi, dan menentukan nilai RPN (Risk Priority Number). Langkah selanjutnya adalah menerapkan fault tree analysis (FTA) untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan produksi, dengan temuan tiga jenis cacat utama: penjamuran (RPN 224), gosong (RPN 180), dan tidak mengembang (RPN 100). Usulan perbaikan meliputi memberikan istirahat yang cukup dan pengawasan pada karyawan, menghitung ulang beban adonan sebelum pengadukan, dan meningkatkan sirkulasi udara di tempat penyimpanan. This research aims to determine the types of defects and their causes and provide appropriate solutions to reduce the number of production defects. The methodology used is failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to determine the type of failure, potential failure effects, causes of failure, detection mode, and the RPN (Risk Priority Number) value. The next step was to apply fault tree analysis (FTA) to identify the root causes of production problems, with the discovery of three main types of defects: moulding (RPN 224), burning (RPN 180), and not expanding (RPN 100). Proposed improvements include providing adequate rest and supervision to employees, recalculating dough loads before mixing, and increasing air circulation in storage areas

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) product innovation in order to support the concept of green products must be able to convince consumers. Product innovations which have been made that are not in accordance with the tastes of consumers, so the goods are less attractive to consumers. SMEs have difficulties in adjusting products that are environmentally friendly and acceptable to consumers. The high cost in innovating also results in SMEs who hesitate to modify the product. This study aimed to determine, describe, and analyze the effect of green products on the performance of SMEs in Sidoarjo. The first stage was to map green product criterias that affect the performance of environmentally-based SMEs, then analyse the effect of green products on the performance of environmentally-based SMEs. The method used in determining this effect was Partial Least Square (PLS). From the results of data processing, there were factors that influence the performance of environmentally friendly SMEs, namely the green product factor. Then a critical success factor analysis was carried out on the green product factor to determine the strategies that must be taken by environmentally friendly SMEs. The results of the analysis obtained strategy recommendations in improving the performance of SMEs were the strategy of selecting raw materials, choosing energy sources, using the amount of raw materials, and choosing product packaging materials. The strategy was in the context of developing environmentally friendly SMEs so they can improve SME competitiveness.

Abstract

University does not only provide graduates in quantity but also concern about the quality and high discipline,capable of being dinamisator, innovator, motivator and agent of change and to thread high quality of human resources for the various types and levels of expertise. University should care to students’ service quality. University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo is a new university in Sidoarjo. This University insists to improve the service quality. Service improvement is expected to affect the students’ satisfaction and trust. So it will be impected on students’ loyalty. The purpose of this study is to identifythe impact of satisfaction level of service quality and trust which are expected to affect the students’ loyalty. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS), SmartPLS 2.0. The analysis results of existing models shows that service quality has an important role in keeping the students’ loyalty. For students, excellent service will give satisfaction and trust so the loyalty can be risen. Keywords: Service quality, Customer loyalty, Partial Least Square (PLS).

Abstract

Home industry kerajinan bordir di Tanggulangin Kabupaten Sidoarjo mulai bangkit, dan kondisi inilah yang harus ditangkap oleh perajin. Perlu adanya usaha yang lebih keras untuk membangkitkan citra Tanggulangin agar para pelanggan dan konsumen baru datang ke industry kerajinan Tanggulangin. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya bantuan dan stimulus dari Akademisi untuk menjawab permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh perajin home industry kerajinan bordir di Tanggulangin dengan memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sehingga tujuan dari program ini adalah memberikan transfer knowledge bagi perajin bordir di Tanggulangin dengan cara : meningkatkan pemahaman perajin bordir tentang konsep pemasaran modern, menciptakan inovasi produk kerajinan bordir dan menciptakan packaging yang sesuai dengan produk yang dihasilkan. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam program ini adalah memberikan pelatihan strategi pemasaran modern, pelatihan inovasi produk kerajinan bordir dan pelatihan pembuatan packaging serta pendampingan untuk setiap program yang diberikan. Hasil dari program ini adalah perajin bordir mampu memasarkan produknya secara modern dan inovatif

Abstract

Organic waste can be reprocessed into compost. Compost can be made using several methods. One composting method is the Takakura method. This method has advantages compared to other methods, namely 1) it is practical, does not require a large location, the basket can be placed anywhere as needed, 2) it is easy because the waste is only put and buried in the composter, 3) it does not smell, because the process is through fermentation, not rotting. The aim of holding this training is to increase students' knowledge and skills in managing organic waste into compost so that they can reduce the amount of waste and create a cleaner andhealthier environment. The activities carried out include socializing waste sorting and making compost, handing over trash bins, making compost, maintaining compost, applying compost to planting media and monitoring the results of compost applicationto planting media.

Abstract

Sepande Village is one of the villages located in Sidoarjo Regency Candi District which has more potential in the field of MSME making tempeh. The lack of variations of products and marketing that is still simple is an obstacle for MSMEs to improve the economy. Developing product variations and digital marketing management for MSME actors is needed. Therefore, through the program of increasing the capacity of Ormawa, the villagers of Sepande can utilize the potential of products and digital marketing to create businesses that benefit the residents of Sepande Village. The activities carried out with partners are developing production innovations by making production tools (mixing), developing products to create new product variants, and making digital marketing applications to increase the marketing potential of MSMEs in Sepande Village

Abstract

Perusahaan pembiayaan / leasing merupakan perusahaan yang memiliki resiko tinggi timbulnya kredit macet yang mengakibatkan piutang tak tertagih. Untuk meminimalisir resiko tersebut, perusahaan melakukan upaya pengendalian internal guna memperkecil kerugian adanya kredit macet. Salah satu pengendalian internal adalah meningkatkan kualitas pengendalian piutang. Data keuangan dilakukan analisis rasio untuk mengetahui seberapa baik manajemen melakukan pengelolaan piutang. Hasil dari analisis dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan rasio perputaran piutang, rata-rata umur piutang, tunggakan, dan rasio tagihan. Berdasarkan keempat analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen melakukan pengelolaan secara efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Persaingan antar perusahaan yang sangat ketat ditandai dengan banyaknya pelaku bisnis yang berlomba-lomba untuk memulai usahanya. Banyak variabel yang mempengaruhi minat masyarakat dalam melakukan pembelian terutama bagi generasi milenial dan generasi Z. Analisis bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan promosi terhadap minat pembelian di supermarket syariah Sidoarjo. Analisis dilakukan terhadap pengaruh religiusitas yang memoderasi hubungan antara harga dan promosi terhadap niat pembelian. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Pengolahan data menggunakan analisis data PLS-SEM dengan bantuan software SmartPLS. Hasil pengolahan data ini menunjukkan bahwa harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap niat pembelian, sedangkan promosi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat pembelian. Selain itu, peran religiusitas tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara harga terhadap minat pembelian, tetapi dapat memoderasi hubungan antara promosi dengan minat pembelian.

Abstract

Branding dermaga depo pemasaran ikan kabupaten sidoarjo dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan pariwisata religi makam Putri Ayu Dewi Sekardadu. Upaya branding yang dilakukan yaitu dengan revitalisasi dermaga. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah metode kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui dua teknik utama. Observasi langsung di lapangan, dilakukan untuk mengamati secara detail kondisi fisik dermaga serta kegiatan yang berlangsung di sekitarnya. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan yang telah dipaparkan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan branding dermaga berupa revitalisasi dermaga ini sangat penting guna meningkatkan pariwisata religi, meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keselamatan bagi pengunjung yang menggunakan dermaga sebagai gerbang pariwisata religi ke makam Putri Ayu Dewi Sekar Dadu. The branding of the Sidoarjo Regency fish marketing depot pier was carried out with the aim of increasing religious tourism to the tomb of Putri Ayu Dewi Sekardadu. The branding effort carried out was through revitalizing the pier. The method used in this community service activity was qualitative, implemented through two main techniques. Direct observation in the field was carried out to observe in detail the physical condition of the pier and the activities taking place around it. Based on the results and discussions that have been presented, it can be concluded that the pier branding activity in the form of revitalizing the pier is very important for increasing religious tourism, improving comfort and safety for visitors who use the pier as a gateway for religious tourism to the tomb of Putri Ayu Dewi Sekar Dadu.

Abstract

In carrying out the goals of PDAM Surabaya, there are several efforts that have been made by the Company, starting from processing river water into clean water that is ready for use to setting up the distribution network. Determining the distribution location has an important role in the network distribution management system. This research aims to determine the location of the Pump House which is a place for distributing reservoir water. By using the P-Center method in the hope of finding an effective and efficient Pump House location. Data collection used in this research used an observation and interview process. The research sample was carried out in a Zone 5 area in the zone division of PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya City. To determine the location, the P-Center mathematical model is used. The results of this research show that the optimal location for placing a water distribution pump house is in subzone 526 pump house location serving 5,732 customers and 513 serving 5,610 customers. So with the 2 locations found we can serve as many as 11,324 customers.
