Abstract

With the advancement of digital technology, the internet has become the primary source of health information, especially for teenager. However, difficulty in evaluating this information can lead to cyberhondria. This study aims to examine the relationship between digital health literacy and cyberchondria towards students at SMAN 1 Cirebon City. This study employs a quantitative correlational cross-sectional approach. The study involved students from SMAN 1 Cirebon City with a sample size of 145 participants using quota sampling. The instruments used were the Electronic Health Literacy Scale Indonesian Version (I-eHEALS) to measure digital health literacy, while the Cyberchondria Severity Scale-12 (CSS-12) was used to measure cyberchondria via a 1–5 Likert scale questionnaire. The was used to analyze the data to determine the relationship between the two variables. Regarding digital health literacy, the highest percentages were found among female students (90.0%) and 10th-grade students (90.0%). Regarding cyberchondria, the highest percentages were found among female students (69.2%) and 10th-grade students (85.7%). According to Spearman’s correlation test, a correlation coefficient of 0.375 falls into the weak category and indicates a significant association between digital health literacy and cyberchondria among students at SMAN 1 Cirebon (p = 0.000 < 0.05). This study serves as a foundation for the development of digital health literacy education that emphasizes information evaluation skills to minimize the risk of cyberchondria.

Abstract

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are implemented to improve work effectiveness in hospitals. However, several obstacles are still found in their implementation, such as limited infrastructure, non-integrated systems, and differences in user capability. This study aims to analyze the relationship between EMR implementation and the work effectiveness of EMR users at RSUD Arjawinangun, Cirebon Regency. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational analytic design and a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of hospital staff using EMR selected by Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling based on inclusion criteria. The study instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis included univariate and bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that most respondents assessed EMR implementation as good (71.6%), while 28.4% assessed it as poor. Work effectiveness was mostly categorized as good (77.3%) and 22.7% as poor. The Chi-Square test result showed a p-value of 0.007 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant relationship between EMR implementation and work effectiveness. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between EMR implementation and work effectiveness. Good EMR implementation supports the improvement of work effectiveness, accuracy, and more structured patient data management.

Abstract

Public Health Centers (Puskesmas) as primary healthcare facilities play an important role in providing quality health services to the community. One of the initial service points that influences patient satisfaction is the registration service. Patient satisfaction is an indicator of healthcare service success and is influenced by service quality, which includes the dimensions of tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This study aims to describe the level of patient satisfaction based on service quality dimensions toward the services provided by registration staff at Jagapura Public Health Center, Cirebon Regency, in 2026. This study employed a descriptive quantitative method with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with an accidental sampling method. The research instrument was a questionnaire using a 1–4 Likert scale. The research variables included respondent characteristics (name, gender, age, and occupation) and the five dimensions of service quality (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy). Data were analyzed using univariate analysis to obtain frequency distributions and percentages for each satisfaction indicator.
