Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' physical fitness levels at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas in Kepahiang Regency relate to leading a healthy lifestyle. Correlation analysis employing a quantitative approach and survey methodologies using instruments in the form of measurement tests, questionnaires for healthy lifestyles, and the TKJI test for physical fitness for individuals between the ages of 13 and 15 are the tools used in this sort of research. 336 students from the State 1 Ujan Mas Junior High School in Kepahiang Regency made up the study's population. In the meantime, 36 pupils were included in the sample process using a random sampling technique. The TKJI test and questionnaires were used to gather data. The precondition analysis test and correlation test were the methods of data analysis employed in this study. The study's findings indicate a connection between students' physical fitness levels at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas, Kepahiang Regency, and leading a healthy lifestyle. The decision to reject the null hypothesis (Ho) and accept the alternative hypothesis (Ha) was made because the value of rhitung 0.62 is greater than rtable in the product moment it was obtained 0.339. This means that there is a relationship between students at State Junior High School 1 Ujan Mas, Kepahiang district, and physical fitness.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a smash training model for extracurricular volleyball game participants at SMA Negeri 3 Seluma. This research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The study population consisted of volleyball extracurricular participants. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Research instruments include observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results from material experts, linguists, and media experts, the following percentages were obtained: Material experts 92%, linguists 90%, and media experts 90%. The results of the small group trial involving 10 students showed an average percentage of 84%, while the large group trial with 20 students resulted in an average percentage of 91%. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Smash Training Model for Volleyball Extracurricular Participants at SMA Negeri 3 Seluma is "Highly Suitable" to be used as the latest training model in volleyball extracurricular activities at SMA Negeri 3 Seluma.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini berjudul Pelatihan Shockwave Therapy Sebagai Inovasi Rehabilitasi Cedera Siswa Kelas Olahraga Kota Bengkulu Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pengajar di kelas olahraga di Kota Bengkulu tentang bagaimana meningkatkan prestasi melalui pendalaman rehabilitasi cedera saat pra pertandingan dan pasca pertandingan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan saat ini yaitu lebih mengedepankan teknologi yaitu Shockwave Therapy (SWT) sebagai media rehabilitasi cedera siswa kelas olahraga. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah metode pelatihan dengan cara ceramah dan tanya jawab serta mengadakan praktek langsung bagi para peserta pelatihan dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan sehingga ada tujuan bisa tercapai maksimal. Kegiatan Pelatihan  dan Pengampingan Shockwave Therapy (SWT) Sebagai Media Rehabilitasi Cedera Siswa kelas olahraga Pada Tenaga Pengajar Kelas Olahraga di SMAN Keberbakatan Olahraga Kota Bengkulu Bengkulu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tenaga pengajar dalam menjalankan program dan kurikulum sekolah tentang prestasi olahraga dan akan direncanakan pada Juni atau agustus 2024. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah Tenaga Pengajar Kelas Olahraga Kota Bengkulu Bengkulu berjumlah 20 orang. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan peningkatan 43% pengetahuan tenaga pengajar tentang tentang Rehabilitasi Cedera Siswa kelas olahraga Menggunakan Shockwave Therapy (SWT).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Untuk mengetahui pengaruh modifikasi permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi dribbling sepak bola pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 20 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasi eksperimen. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki kelas VII SMPN 20 Kota Bengkulu yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah  tes keterampilan bermain sepak bola yaitu tes menggiring bola (Dribbling) dengan validitas  0,979 dan reliabilitas 0,983 . Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi, observasi, tes awal (Pretest),  dan tes akhir (Posttest). Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan t-test diperoleh t hitung= 2,79391 dan t tabel = 2,04523 ( t hitung > t tabel) , dengan menggunakan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikansi modifikasi permainan tradisional untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar materi dribbling sepak bola pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 20 Kota Bengkulu. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of modifying traditional games to improve learning outcomes in soccer dribbling material for class VII students of SMP Negeri 20 Bengkulu City.. This type of research is quantitative with a quasi- experimental research design. The subjects in this study were 30 male students of grade VII of SMPN 20, Bengkulu City. The instrument in this study was a soccer playing skills test, namely a dribbling test (Dribbling) with a validity of 0.979 and a reliability of 0.983. The data collection methods used are documentation, observation, initial test (Pretest), and final test (Posttest). Based on the results of data analysis and discussion withhypothesis testing using t-test, t_count = 2.79391 and t_table = 2.04523 (t_count> t_table) were obtained, using asignificance level of α = 5%. This shows that there is a significant influence of modifying traditional games to improve learning outcomes of soccer dribbling material for class VII students at SMP Negeri 20, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with the renewal of learning media based on the kinovea application, especially in biomechanics courses which not only learn theoretically but have elements of measurement and analysis of motion in humans, this study uses research and development methods using bolt and galt designs. 8 stages. The subjects of this study were physical education students in semester 5, the results showed that the level of validation of learning media from material experts and media experts was 4.13 eligible categories and 3.3 eligible categories. The results of the small scale trial show an average value of 4.1 with the Eligible category. The results of large scale trials show an average value of 3.45 in the appropriate category. Based on the results at the validation stage and small-scale and large-scale trials, this study resulted in a kinovea application-based learning media in the biomechanics course of the Bengkulu University physical education study program.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara penggunaan gadget dan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa kelas X di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pengamatan awal yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa perempuan lebih sering menggunakan gadget daripada melakukan aktivitas fisik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Data diperoleh melalui angket penggunaan gadget dan tes kebugaran jasmani (lari 12 menit Cooper Test) terhadap 36 siswa perempuan kelas X. Analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas, dan korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara penggunaan gadget dengan kebugaran jasmani siswa (r = -0,637; p < 0,05). Artinya, semakin tinggi intensitas penggunaan gadget, semakin rendah tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar siswa mengurangi waktu penggunaan gadget yang berlebihan dan lebih aktif dalam aktivitas fisik untuk menjaga kebugaran jasmani.   ABSTRACT  This study aims to analyze the relationship between gadget use and the physical fitness level of tenth-grade students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. The research was motivated by initial observations indicating that female students tend to use gadgets more frequently than engaging in physical activity. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. Data were collected through a gadget usage questionnaire and a 12-minute run test (Cooper Test) involving 36 female students. Data analysis included normality, homogeneity, linearity, and Pearson correlation tests. The results revealed a significant negative correlation between gadget use and students' physical fitness (r = -0.637; p < 0.05), indicating that higher gadget usage is associated with lower physical fitness. Therefore, it is recommended that students reduce excessive gadget use and increase participation in physical activities to maintain optimal physical fitness.
