Abstract

This study aims to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with the renewal of learning media based on the kinovea application, especially in biomechanics courses which not only learn theoretically but have elements of measurement and analysis of motion in humans, this study uses research and development methods using bolt and galt designs. 8 stages. The subjects of this study were physical education students in semester 5, the results showed that the level of validation of learning media from material experts and media experts was 4.13 eligible categories and 3.3 eligible categories. The results of the small scale trial show an average value of 4.1 with the Eligible category. The results of large scale trials show an average value of 3.45 in the appropriate category. Based on the results at the validation stage and small-scale and large-scale trials, this study resulted in a kinovea application-based learning media in the biomechanics course of the Bengkulu University physical education study program.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research population consisted of phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results, material experts obtained a score of 92% and media experts obtained 88%, both categorized as "very feasible." The small group trial involving 10 students resulted in an average percentage of 79%, categorized as "feasible," while the large group trial involving 40 students achieved an average percentage of 91%, categorized as "very feasible." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games is feasible to be used as a learning model for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan Hurdle Jump terhadap kemampuan blocking dalam permainan bola voli ekstrakurikuler putra di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-eksperimen dengan desain One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra di SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu sebanyak 25 orang, yang sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian dengan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan blocking sebanyak 10 kali percobaan. Latihan Hurdle Jump dilakukan selama 16 kali pertemuan dalam empat minggu (empat kali per minggu). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil blocking dari nilai pretest rata-rata 23,6 menjadi 35,2 pada posttest dengan selisih 11,64 dan peningkatan sebesar 49,3%. Hasil uji t diperoleh t hitung = 2,07 > t tabel = 1,711, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan latihan Hurdle Jump terhadap kemampuan blockingsiswa. Dengan demikian, latihan Hurdle Jump efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan blocking pada siswa ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra SMKN 1 Kota Bengkulu. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the Hurdle Jump training method on blocking ability in extracurricular male volleyball games at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City. This study used a pre-experimental method with a One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. The study population was all 25 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City, who also became the research sample with a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a blocking ability test with 10 trials. Hurdle Jump training was carried out for 16 meetings in four weeks (four times per week). The results showed an increase in blocking results from an average pretest score of 23.6 to 35.2 in the posttest with a difference of 11.64 and an increase of 49.3%. The t-test results obtained t count = 2.07 > t table = 1.711, which means there is a significant effect of Hurdle Jump training on students' blocking ability. Thus, Hurdle Jump training is effective in improving blocking ability in extracurricular male volleyball students at SMKN 1 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan kelincahan dribbling atlet bola basket KU-18 Putra Club TunasBM Rejang Lebong yang berdampak pada prestasi tim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode latihan modifikasi Illinois Agility Run terhadap peningkatan kelincahan dribbling. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest, melibatkan 22 atlet yang mengikuti 16 kali pertemuan latihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes AAHPERD Basketball Control Dribble dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan setelah perlakuan (Mean = 2,83364; SD = 1,32323; t = 10,044; df = 21; p = 0,001 < 0,05) Abstract This study was motivated by the low dribbling agility of male U-18 basketball athletes at TunasBM Club, Rejang Lebong, which affected team performance. The study aimed to determine the effect of the modified Illinois Agility Run training method on improving dribbling agility. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a One Group Pretest-Posttest approach, involving 22 athletes who participated in 16 training sessions. Data were collected using the AAHPERD Basketball Control Dribble Test and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed a significant improvement after the treatment (Mean = 2.83364; SD = 1.32323; t = 10.044; df = 21; p = 0.001 < 0.05).
