Abstract

In recent years, Indonesia has experienced a decline in morals, akhlakul madzmumah (despicable morals), a decline in the quality of good behavior due to lack of parental supervision and the influence of gadgets, online media that can be accessed, with any livelihood in the palm of your hand. The rise in cases of delinquency and crime such as cases of drug abuse, and sexual deviations among lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transgender people, where sexually transmitted diseases are transmitted. According to data from the National Narcotics Agency, as many as 2.2 million Indonesian teenagers are drug abusers, according to Imelda to Radio Republik Indonesia on Wednesday, June 26 2024. . Indonesia has a population of 3% LGBT. In other words, of the 250 million Indonesian population, around 7.5 million of whom are LGBT due to parental negligence in educating their children, meaning that out of 100 people gathered, 3 of them are LGBT (CIA research reported by sixpackmagazinedotnet, research by Hasnah journal of the Nursing Study Program, FKIK UIN Alaudi Makasar). Family in Arabic is called ahlun from ahal which means marriage, apart from the word ahlun the words which mean family are, asyirah (family of descendants), and qurba (those related to kinship). Home and family are the main basis for religious education from an early age which is usually carried out by the mother (Al-Ummu Madrasatul “Ula). As Rasulullah SAW said, "Sun your homes with prayer and reading the Koran."Strengthening family resilience can be a way to produce the next generation who are strong, like religious injunctions, so they can survive in overcoming life's problems. As Allah SWT says in Surah An-nisa verse 9 "And fear Allah, those who leave behind them weak children, whose welfare they fear. Therefore, let them fear Allah, and let them speak the right words."Family resilience through optimizing the role of the Muslim congregation plays an important role in the nation's resilience. A quality family will give birth to a quality next generation of the nation (qurrata a'yun). In this research we used qualitative descriptive methods, journals and e-journals, scientific books and e-books, because they are systematic, in collecting data through data triangulation, validation, observation and interviews. It is hoped that the results of this research will give birth to the nation's next generation towards baldatun thayyibatun wa rabbun ghafur. Amen, Ya Rabbal'alamin.

Abstract

Background: Islamic scholars have historically played a vital role in shaping Jakarta’s Islamic landscape, actively contributing to the spread of Islam through education, da'wah, and the establishment of religious organizations. Extending their influence beyond religious matters, these scholars have fostered economic empowerment, cultural preservation, and unity among Muslims in the region. Purpose: This study delves into the contributions of KH. Muhajirin Amsari Ad-Dary, is a distinguished religious figure within the Betawi community, highlighting his pivotal role in advancing Islamic knowledge, da'wah, and social cohesion. Through his scholarly works, da'wah efforts, and community leadership, KH. Muhajirin Amsari Ad-Dary significantly impacted the religious practices, education, and spiritual development of the Betawinese. Method: This research examines his methods and influence, showcasing how he shaped the religious identity and unity of the Betawi community while preserving their Islamic and cultural heritage. Result: By focusing on his legacy in Islamic scholarship and community leadership, this study underscores the enduring influence of Betawi ulama in sustaining religious and cultural identity, positioning KH. Muhajirin Amsari Ad-Dary's contributions are emblematic of the broader impact of Betawi scholars on the development of Islam in Jakarta. Conclusion: KH. Muhajirin Amsari Ad-Dary's contributions exemplify the vital role of Betawi scholars in enriching Islamic education, promoting community unity, and preserving cultural heritage in Jakarta.

Abstract

Waqf is the legal action of the Wakif (the person who gives the Waqf) to separate and/or hand over part of his property to be used forever or for a certain period of time in accordance with his interests for the purposes of worship and/or general welfare according to sharia. Waqf is a sacred and noble legal act and as shodaqoh jariyah, as long as the items donated can be used by people who need them, the rewards will continue to flow even if the Wakif has died. The problems studied are: a) how to regulate Waqf according to Islamic law; b) how is the implementation of Waqf in Indonesia; c) how to resolve Waqf disputes in Indonesia. In this research, the author uses a normative juridical approach method. In normative legal research, secondary data will be examined which includes primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials, namely statutory regulations, Religious Court Decisions and Books and Journals. The research results illustrate that Waqf has been prescribed and has been implemented by Muslims since the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the order for Waqf is contained in the Koran (QS Al-Baqarah verses 261 and 267, QS Al Maidah verse 2, QS Ali Imron verse 92, QS. Al -Hajj verse 77). The implementation of Waqf in Indonesia is regulated in Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf, its Implementing Regulations and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The pillars of Waqf include: 1) Wakif (person who is waqf), 2) Mauquf bih (Wakf assets), 3) Mauquf 'alaih (purpose of Waqf), 4) Shighat (statement or Pledge of Waqif as a will to donate part of his property) , 5) Nadzir (waqf manager) and 6) Waqf term. Resolving waqf disputes is achieved through deliberation to reach consensus. If resolution through deliberation is not successful, the dispute can be resolved through mediation, arbitration or the Religious Courts. Several cases regarding waqf have been examined and decided by the Religious Courts in Indonesia.

Abstract

Human philosophy is a servant of Allah SWT who has the task of preaching to command goodness and avoid the prohibitions of Allah as stated in the At-Tahrim Letter verse 6 "Protect yourselves and your families from the fire of hell". Humans as believers or people who believe should ensure the improvement and enhancement of their personal lives. Islam is not a religion that only consists of dogma, worship and ceremonies. Islam is actually a complete way of life, which guides humans according to the guidance given by Allah to His Messenger, Muhammad. Islam is a system and rule of life.the spiritual and moral values ​​taught by sharia. Islamic legal system derived from the Qur'an and Sunnah. Sharia regulates various aspects of human life, from worship, muamalah (social interaction), to social sharia. The philosophy of a knowledgeable or knowledgeable person is an achievement that is in the process of seeking the ultimate truth. This article will discuss the relationship between humans and sharia, and how sharia guides humans towards a blessed life in social society. To answer this problem, the researcher uses a qualitative descriptive research method through library data such as online journals, e-books and scientific books, law of books, yuridis normatif in order to obtain systematic, good and correct results. The social benefits of religion are building solidarity and unity, increasing community welfare, maintaining harmony between religious communities.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan di dunia, ada kalanya mukmin mendapatkan fenomena lemahnya dalam menghadapi masalah, mudahnya berputus asa, sedih yang berkepanjangan bila hasil tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasinya. Mukmin sejati akan kuat (survive) dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang menimpa dirinya, bila prinsip dalam hidupnya senantiasa berpedoman pada Inna Shalati, Wa Nusuki Wa Mahyaya Wa Mamati Lillahi Robbil’alamin yang dibaca setiap shalat lima waktu sehari dalam bacaan Takbiratul Ichrom, dan tentunya penanaman falsafah hidup kembali kepada sumber hukum Agama Islam yakni Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits. Salah satu mukmin sejati adalah memiliki mental kuat, sebagaimana Rasulullah SAW bersabda “Orang Mukmin Yang Kuat lebih baik dan lebih disukai Allah daripada mukmin yang lemah,” (HR Muslim). Allah SWT berfirman “ Janganlah kamu bersikap lemah dan janganlah pula bersedih hati (Q.S Al-Imron ayat 139). Sesulit apapun hidup harus diisi dengan gairah semangat menebar kebaikan. Meski terkadang saat melayani dan memampukan ada arena yang kita sulit berjuang. Tetap bertahan hidup dalam kekuatan, karena hidup ini sejatinya tak pernah sempurna. Bertawakkallah dengan proses berjuang, karena Allah lebih menyukai proses berjuang sebagai amalan shalih meraih keimanan menggapai ketaqwaan. Ada tiga golongan mukmin sejati yakni: Pertama, bila dibacakan ayat Allah, maka bergetarlah hatinya, Kedua, bertambah keimanannya manakala ayat Al-Qur’an dibaca, Ketiga, Orang yang bertawakkal kepada Allah SWT.

Abstract

The Qur'an is both light and illumination for all humanity. It acts as a “hudan,” which becomes a lamp in the darkness of a world without knowledge. The Qur'an is the source of all knowledge, including education, as has been exemplified directly by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Therefore, Islamic Religious Education directly has a clear principle in its concept and practice, namely the Qur'an. Sahabat Qur'an Early Childhood Tahfidz School comes with a unique tahfidzil Qur'an program using the At Tibyan method, especially using Arabic language media in its delivery. This research seeks to explain how Islamic Religious Education is provided at TAUD SAQU Jember along with the learning model used. This study uses qualitative research methods. The results of this study show the ability of TAUD SAQU Jember to integrate Tahfidz learning with the core of Islamic Education while maintaining PAIKEM. The learning model used is contextual learning (Contextual Teaching and Learning / CTL), which is adapted to the needs and conditions of students in the Jember area. TAUD SAQU's focus on tahfidz with At Tibyan and Tahajji methods formulates the realization of Islamic Religious Education well. The implementation of At Tibyan is carried out in the form of formal and non-formal learning by integrating teaching methods tailored to the situation and conditions of TAUD SAQU and its main objectives.

Abstract

Mosques, as the center of worship for Muslims, play a strategic role in the formation of an empowered society. However, in the context of Jakarta as an urban city, the role of mosques in the economic empowerment of the people is still not optimal. This research aims to explore and analyze the role of mosques in revitalizing da'wah, which includes spiritual aspects and economic empowerment of the people. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, this study examines several mosques in Jakarta that have implemented various da'wah-based economic empowerment programs, such as mosque cooperatives, entrepreneurship training, and other social programs. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis. The study results show that although some mosques have successfully implemented economic empowerment programs, there are challenges in integrating da'wah aspects with economic empowerment. The main obstacles include limited resources, lack of coordination between institutions, and shifting da'wah focus. This study recommends a revitalization strategy to strengthen the role of mosques in the economic empowerment of the ummah through the synergy between da'wah, education, and community-based economic empowerment. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to optimizing the function of mosques as da'wah centers that are integrated with economic empowerment in urban communities

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan keluarga melalui optimalisasi peran jamaah Muslimah di Masjid Raya Al-Muhajirrin, Kabupaten Bekasi. Ketahanan keluarga menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmonis dan sejahtera, terutama di tengah tantangan sosial, ekonomi, dan budaya yang terus berkembang. Jamaah Muslimah sebagai bagian dari komunitas masjid memiliki potensi besar dalam membentuk keluarga yang kokoh melalui penguatan nilai-nilai keislaman, pemberdayaan ekonomi, dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan dalam keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini meliputi edukasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan yang berfokus pada penguatan peran Muslimah dalam aspek parenting Islami, manajemen keuangan keluarga, keterampilan kewirausahaan, serta peningkatan spiritualitas dalam rumah tangga. Kegiatan ini dirancang secara partisipatif agar jamaah Muslimah dapat lebih aktif dalam mendukung ketahanan keluarga dan membangun jaringan sosial yang kuat di komunitasnya. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola kehidupan keluarga secara lebih efektif, baik dari segi ekonomi, pendidikan, maupun spiritual. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan bahwa pemberdayaan jamaah Muslimah di lingkungan masjid dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat ketahanan keluarga. Terjadinya peningkatan minat sekitar 86% dari sebelumnya Program ini diharapkan dapat berkelanjutan dan direplikasi di masjid-masjid lain sebagai model penguatan keluarga berbasis komunitas.
