Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan penguasaan materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke menggunakan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi.Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan Pre-eksperimental Designs, One-Group Pretest-posttest dengan sampel kelas XI IPA SMA PGRI Dobo dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui instrument tes dan non tes, instrument tes berupa tes awal dan tes akhir sedangkan instrument non tes berupa lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pada tes awal, 100% peserta didik berada pada kualifikasi gagal dengan rata-rata skor pencapaian adalah 30,57. Hasil analisis data selama proses pembelajaran menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor pencapaian kemampuan kognitif peserta didik pada pertemuan pertama adalah 83,52; pertemuan kedua adalah 85,71 dan pertemuan ketiga adalah 88,87. Rata-rata skor pencapaian kemampuan kognitif peserta didik selama tiga kali pertemuan adalah 81,96 dengan kualifikasi baik. Rata-rata skor pencapaian tes akhir peserta didik mencapai dengan kualifikasi baik. Untuk hasil uji N-Gain diperoleh rata-rata skor peserta didik adalah 0,6 dengan kualifikasi sedang. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan strategi pembelajaran diferensiasi dapat meningkatkan penguasaan materi elastisitas dan hukum Hooke pada peserta didik kelas XI IPA SMA PGRI Dobo

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran Matematika dan IPA kelas kecil pada sekolah dasar, proses pembelajaran sebaiknya lebih konkret dan kontekstual yaitu dengan menghubungkan konsep yang abstrak dengan yang riil, begitu pula sebaliknya. Implementasi media tangga matematika materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan yang dihubungkan dengan pengelompokkan tumbuhan dan hewan merupakan perwujudan dari proses pembelajaran dimaksud. Riset ini dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas 2 SD Inpres 25 Ambon, menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang diawali identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tahap Pra Siklus hasil belajar peserta didik tuntas 71,43% dan tidak tuntas 28,57%, terdapat 6 siswa kesulitan dalam memahami materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan menerapkan media tangga matematika pada siklus 1, pengalaman belajar menjadi lebih konkret dan menarik. Proses belajar penjumlahan dan pengurangan tidak hanya menggunakan operator tambah kurang yang abstrak tetapi dihubungkan dengan pengelompokkan tumbuhan dan hewan yang lebih riil. Hasil belajar terjadi peningkatan, peserta didik tuntas menjadi 90,48% dan tidak tuntas 9,52%. Siklus 2, ketuntasan hasil belajar mencapai 100% yang menunjukkan telah ada perbaikan-perbaikan dan penyesuaian hasil refleksi siklus 1. Pada siklus 2 ini pengalaman belajar siswa meningkat, variasi penggunaan angka-angka dalam pengelompokkan tumbuhan dan hewan menjadi terbiasa, sehingga peserta didik tidak kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal penjumlahan dan pengurangan

Abstract

Bencana gempa bumi yang terjadi sekitar lima tahun lalu di Selat Haruku memberikan pelajaran pentingnya mempersiapkan diri untuk menghadapi bencana. Salah satu hambatan utama adalah kurangnya pengetahuan. Edukasi yang komprehensif tentang kebencanaan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan masyarakat untuk merespon jika terjadi lagi di masa mendatang terutama generasi muda. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada siswa SMP Sekolah Laboratorium Unpatti sebanyak 79 siswa, kegiatan diawali tes awal, penyampaian materi, dan tes akhir. Hasilnya terjadi peningkatan untuk tiap kategorinya. Untuk opsi jawaban tepat dengan bobot maksimal: kategori (C1) Pengetahuan meningkat dari 91% menjadi 96%, (C2) Pemahaman dari 45% menjadi 60%, (C3) Penerapan dari 52% menjadi 61%, (C4) Analisis dari 46% menjadi 63%, (C5) Sintesis dari 54% menjadi 58%, dan (C5) Evaluasi dari 41% menjadi 53%. Berdasarkan data untuk kategori C4, C5, dan C6 kemampuan siswa masih terfragmentasi yang mengindikasikan kemampuan siswa hanya terfokus pada salah satu aspek, belum menyeluruh dengan mempertimbangkan aspek lainnya

Abstract

One of the innovations of learning media in the digital era is web-based learning media. Web-based learning media is a learning process that has a significant influence on the transformation of changes in the learning process in the current era. The method in this research is adjusted to the level of understanding of students, making it easier for students to learn more actively. Data were obtained through direct observation to determine student abilities. The results of the study showed that using the web-based learning method in the learning model can improve student learning motivation results with the results of 84.7% of students achieving the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). This study shows that it has a positive impact on student abilities and encourages student motivation and interest in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a big impact on creating interactive media in learning. Today's learning media is more varied, especially media-based learning microsites. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of a media-based learning microsite in PPKn learning on the topic of Pancasila in my life, class V at SD Negeri 64 Ambon. This research also aims to make teachers more motivated in creating and using interesting, creative and interactive learning media. This type of research is qualitative with observation, interview and documentation methods. The sources for this research are students in class V of SD Negeri 64 Ambon. The existing data is in the form of behavior in implementing media-based learning microsites in Civics subjects with the topic Pancasila in my life. The analytical method used in this case is interactive analysis. The presentation of the results of data analysis in this article uses informal methods. Results of implementing media-based learning microsite The Civics class V subject at SD Negeri 64 Ambon went well, was conducive and interactive. There are several weaknesses that arise when learning takes place. However, the advantages of this implementation have more impact than the disadvantages. Monotonous learning that makes students bored can be overcome by implementing a media-based learning microsite as an interactive learning medium.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, prioritizing four basic skills such as critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, is needed to prepare students to live in the future. This community service activity aims to optimize these skills through the application of ocean-island-based physics multirepresentation learning, which is relevant to the living environment of students in Central Maluku. The multirepresentation approach helps students understand abstract physics concepts through various forms of representation, such as visual, mathematical, and verbal, which encourages deeper understanding. The context of the sea-island environment, such as currents, waves, and hydrostatic pressure, is used as physics teaching material to increase the relevance and motivation of student learning, as students can see how physics concepts are integrated in their daily lives. The service method used includes observation, teacher training, and implementation of contextual learning based on sea-islands. The results showed that teachers who participated in the training were able to design and implement contextualized multirepresentation physics learning, which is relevant to the local sea-island environment. Students also responded positively and showed improvement in 4C skills through the island sea-based learning process and this learning is expected to continue to evolve and be applied in various learning contexts to advance 21st century skills among students

Abstract

An Arduino Uno-based static friction coefficient (µs) determination tool equipped with an IR sensor module FC-51 has been created. This µs determination tool is made to reduce the possibility of observation errors when doing physics labs. The µs determination tool consists of an FC-51 IR sensor component to detect precisely when an object is moving. The potentiometer measures the angle of the base surface, and an Arduino Uno device transmits data from the hardware to the computer in real time. The work test of the µs determination tool starts with the base surface with a slope of 0o, and then the object is placed on the base surface and precisely above the surface of the FC-51 IR sensor. When the base surface is tilted slowly, the potentiometer also rotates, showing the plane angle's size. As long as the object is not moving, the IR FC-51 sensor is in low condition. When the object moves, the IR FC-51 sensor is in high condition. The change in signal from low to high indicates that the object is moving when the plane reaches the slope angle, and the slope angle shows the value of µs. The µs are measured on a wooden base with wooden blocks and a glass base with glass blocks. The results obtained for a wooden base with wooden blocks µs = 0.73 with an average slope angle = 36.16o and a glass base with glass blocks µs = 0.4 with an average slope angle = 22.1o. The results show that the µs level of the wood surface with wood is greater than the µs level of the glass surface with glass.

Abstract

The Central Sulawesi region is prone to earthquakes, as evidenced by its complex geological structure. Several plates and active fault movements in the vicinity cause this situation. One of the active faults that often causes earthquakes is the Palu-Koro active fault. The city of Palu is one of the areas passing through the Palu-Koro fault. The danger of this earthquake occurrence can be ascertained and assessed using a suitable earthquake location. Within the scope of our investigation, we used a non-linear approach to predict the hypocenter site in the vicinity of the Palu-Koro fault that is active. This Method use oct-tree importance sampling algorithm to generate spatial hypocenter locations. Using the AK135 minimal seismic velocity model, we manually re-picked the arrival times of wave P-waves and S-waves arrival timings of 3,852 and 3,690, respectively, collected by 24 BMKG observation sites from January 2011 to December 2015, utilizing the minimal 1D seismic velocity model from AK135. We employed criteria to ascertain the event's location, including a minimum of four stations exhibiting a distinct beginning of P and S wave arrivals, with a magnitude of at least 3Mw and an average depth ranging from 10 to 20 km. The outcomes of seismic event location identification exhibit improved clustering with inversion, revealing a zero-centered Gaussian distribution, where more time discrepancies, both positive and negative, correspond to increased estimating mistakes. According to this research, the Palu-Koro active fault line's primary shallow seismic zone is the most prominent feature in the area and confirms the existence of active land faults that cause earthquake events by conducting a process of determining a locally updated 1D velocity model that will be used to determine a more precise relocation of the hypocenter used to interpret the subsurface model of the research area.
