Educational quality assurance is an important part of the education system, its function is to ensure that the education process goes according to plan and is able to achieve the goals effectively and efficiently. The implementation of Digital Assurance in the English Literature Department of Surakarta IAIN is one of the innovative steps in the quality assurance process at Surakarta IAIN. This paper will describe the transformation process that occurs in the implementation of Digital Assurance. Data obtained from interviews and documentation studies. The analysis carried out concluded that the transformation process of quality assurance based on Digital Assurance in the Department of English Literature used a Top-Down pattern. Transformation is supported by leadership factors and strong commitment, adequate human resource support and a conducive organizational ecosystem.

ABSTRACTThis article focuses on mapping the problems that arise in the implementation of umrah worship in the city of Surakarta either on the side of the Ministry of Religious Affairs as regulators, Umrah pilgrim travel agencies as the Umrah Pilgrimage Pilgrim (PPIHU) and Umrah pilgrims as consumers. Using the descriptive qualitative method it is found that the problems that arise in each involved party are interrelated with one another. The most fundamental problem and trigger the emergence of other problems is the unclear regulation of the management of Umrah worship at the Ministry of Religious Affairs at District or city level.ABSTRAKArtikel ini fokus pada pemetaan masalah-masalah yang muncul dalam penyelenggaraan ibadah umrah di kota Surakarta baik pada sisi Kementerian Agama selaku regulator, biro perjalanan haji umrah sebagai Penyelenggara Perjalanan Ibadah Haji Umrah (PPIHU) dan jamaah umrah sebagai konsumen. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif ditemukan bahwa masalah yang muncul pada setiap pihak yang terlibat saling terkait antara satu dengan yang lain. Masalah yang paling mendasar dan memicu munculnya masalah yang lain adalah belum jelasnya regulasi pengelolaan ibadah umrah pada Kementerian Agama di tingkat Kabupaten / Kota.

Haji dan umrah berada pada tataran yang berbeda dalam ajaran Islam. Namun muslim Madura memiliki pandangan bahwa keduanya hampir setara hal ini terlihat dari kesamaan tradisi yang melingkupi penyelenggaraan keduanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap bagaimana tradisi yang melingkupi pelaksanaan umrah beserta makna yang muncul tentang umrah itu sendiri. Dengan menggunakan etnografi sebagai unit analisis ditemukan bahwa tradisi yang melingkupi penyelenggaraan umrah (sebelum, saat dan setelah keberangkatan) tidak jauh berbeda dengan ibadah haji. Muslim Madura menganggap umrah tidak jauh berbeda dengan haji, keduanya merupakan perjalanan spiritual untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah dengan beribadah di tanah suci Mekkah.

This study focuses on student preference for Islamic Subjects contained in the Compulsory Courses Institute at IAIN Surakarta. By using conjoint analysis maps the research institute of the compulsory subjects of the most favored by students and the dominant factor underlying these preferences. The study was conducted on 584 students were selected by stratified random sampling of 8377 active students IAIN Surakarta. Collecting data using the card preference which is based on combination approach full profile attributes of subjects and reasons for choosing subjects.The study concluded that students assume Subjects Sejarah Peradaban Islam as a compulsory subject institute the most preferred with the attribute values of 26.71% and Metodologi Studi Islam became the most disliked by the attribute value 19.18%. While the dominant factor influencing the preference of students to institute compulsory subjects are used instructional media lecturer and desirability level of 22.01%, the quality factor of teaching faculty is the second reason of 21.50%, the lecture method used lecturer at 20.69% , materials and teaching materials are delivered to 18.56%, while 17.24% of the lecture time.

It is an opportunity for Islam in order it’s doctrines concept were received by new civilization; modern civilization. This proposition will be answered by Muhammad Natsir with amarma’ruf nahi munkar concept, which it combined the matter of da’wah, subject of da’wah and object of da’wah as a concept inseparable between and other.

AbstrakInteraksi Islam dan budaya lokal menghasilkan akulturasi budaya yang lestari di tengah masyarakat. Produk akulturasi budaya tersebut membawa pesan-pesan dakwah baik yang tersirat maupun tersurat. Artikel ini mencoba mendeskripsikan pesan-pesan dakwah yang ada pada budaya Kirab Malam 1 Suro Kraton Kasunanan Surakarta. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif ditemukan bahwa unsur-unsur Islam yang terkandung dalam Kirab Pusaka di antaranya adalah symbol atau perlambang pada peralatan, sesaji dan doa yang digunakan dalam proses Kirab Pusaka. This article focuses on implementing curriculum integration in developing leadership and entrepreneurship in mosque manager education at STIDKI Ar-Rahmah. The type of research used is qualitative with a case study approach. The data were collected using a qualitative approach using interviews with the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Head of Study Programmes, secretary of study programs, lecturers, students, and alumni of STIDKI Ar-Rahmah as well as observations of various related activities. Data analysis used Milles Hubberman interactive data analysis model: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the analysis show that the development of leadership and entrepreneurship is carried out by instilling basic values through several related courses, developed with several student programs managed by BEM, involving students in the management of the foundation's business units, and providing direct experience of the mosque management process in courses held at the stakeholder mosque.

This study aims to determine the quality of services provided byPT. Hajar Aswad Mubaroq to the congregation; to find out theobstacles faced in the implementation of Umrah plus Turkish worship,and to evaluate the services provided by the bureau to thepilgrims. Using qualitative research methods with descriptive analysistechniques. The main data were obtained through interviews withemployees and the study of related documents. It was concluded thatPT. Hajar Aswad Mubaroq has done a good service to thecongregation from departure to return home. So that the results of theevaluation of the services of PT. Hajar Aswad Mubaroq was verysatisfying for the congregation. Obstacles faced when carrying outUmrah and tours in Turkey, sick pilgrims, lost pilgrims and late pilgrimsand elderly pilgrims.
