Abstract

The integrity of the global academic record is under unprecedented threat due to the industrialization of scientific misconduct, driven by paper mills, citation cartels, and identity theft, prompting major bibliographic databases to replace manual curation with algorithmic systems. This study examines the operational mechanics of the Scopus Radar tool, an unsupervised anomaly detection system designed to identify and eliminate articles exhibiting anomalous behavior. We reconstruct the bibliometric indicators that lead to discontinuation by triangulating data from the November 2025 Scopus Discontinued Titles list, public Elsevier policy papers, and independent bibliometric research. Our study of 62 cancelled journals shows that Publication Concerns (59.7%) and Outlier conduct (14.5%) are the top grounds for removal. There are definite tendencies when it comes to hyper-concentrated authorship, quick volume velocity spikes, and citation stacking that does not make sense. We also see a "contagion effect," where certain publications have far greater rates of quitting than others. Based on these findings, we propose the Scopus Radar Readiness Model (SRRM). The model is based on the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and has four stages of growth. This roadmap gives editorial boards the tools they need to go from reactive compliance to proactive integrity assurance. They can do this by using internal bibliometric audits to find and fix problems before they lead to external algorithmic enforcement. The results show that journals need to use Level 4 Optimized integrity practices to stay alive in a time when automated gatekeeping is common.

Abstract

Abstract: The school counselor is in charge of carrying out guidance and counseling services in schools. When providing guidance and counseling services, guidance and counseling teachers can provide social influence. This article aims to describe the understanding of professional guidance and counseling teachers about social influence, sources of social influence, and ways of expressing social influence. The results of qualitative research using this phenomenological method indicate that professional guidance and counseling teachers can identify the sources and ways of expressing their social influence. The sources and ways of expressing social influence are divided into three dimensions, namely: attractiveness, trustworthiness, and competence. Abstrak: Guru bimbingan dan konseling atau Konselor sekolah atau merupakan sosok yang bertugas melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah. Ketika melaksanakan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, guru bimbingan konseling dapat memberikan pengaruh sosial. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan deskripsi pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling profesional tentang pengaruh sosial, sumber pengaruh sosial, dan cara mengekspresikan pengaruh sosial. Hasil penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode fenomenologi ini menunjukkan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling profesional mampu mengenali sumber dan cara mengekspresikan pengaruh sosial mereka. Sumber dan cara mengekspresikan pengaruh sosial tersebut terbagi menjadi tiga dimensi, yaitu: ketermenarikan, keterpercayaan, dan kecakapan.

Abstract

Abstract: Spiritual leadership is an important new concept that should be owned by school principals for good school management. This study systematically describes the development of spiritual leadership as a principal's leadership management based on empirical evidence. The research method used is the literature review, the criteria for the selected articles, including educational settings, and the year of publication 2016-2021. The number of articles reviewed was nine scientific journal articles covering the topic of spiritual leadership. The results of the study show that the form of leadership management carried out by the principal in implementing the spiritual leadership model is developing expectations of all school staff, having a vision for the future, being able to understand and foster differences, having good communication with all school staff, being motivated, willing to accept feedback in leadership, able to manage conflict, efficient in work and exemplary professional commitment. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan spiritual adalah konsep baru yang penting dan perlu dimiliki kepala sekolah untuk melakukan manajemen sekolah yang baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan secara sistematis tentang pengembangan spiritual leadership sebagai manajemen kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berdasarkan bukti empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kajian pustaka, kriteria artikel yang dipilih, diantaranya pada setting pendidikan dan tahun terbit 2016-2021. Jumlah artikel yang dikaji sebanyak 9 artikel jurnal ilmiah yang memuat topik kepemimpinan spiritual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk manajemen kepemimpinan yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan model kepemimpinan spiritual yaitu mengembangkan harapan seluruh staf sekolah, memiliki visi di masa depan, mampu memahami dan membina perbedaan, memiliki komunikasi yang baik dengan seluruh staf sekolah, memotivasi, bersedia menerima umpan balik dalam kepemimpinan, mampu mengelola konflik, efisien dalam bekerja dan komitmen profesional yang baik.
