Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine whether the principal's leadership, work discipline, and teacher's work motivation can affect the performance given to the school. The method used in this research is quantitative research by measuring variables using a Likert scale and analyzing data using SPSS 21.0 for windows. This research involved 196 honorary teachers in public elementary schools throughout Mejobo District, Kudus Regency. The results showed that the correlation/relationship (R) was 0.913. It was explained that the large percentage of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable was by testing the coefficient of determination which was the result of strengthening R (R Square) of 0.833, which means that the principal's leadership, work discipline, and motivation teacher work has an effect of 83% on teacher performance while other variables influence the rest. Whereas based on the t-test shows that the sig (one-sided) value is <0.01 out of 0.05, so H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted according to the decision in taking the t-test that if Ha is born, then the principal's leadership, work discipline, and work motivation partially have a positive effect on teacher performance honorary elementary school in Mejobo sub-district, Kudus district. Suggestions recommended by researchers to continue to improve the performance of honorary teachers, regulations, work systems, and rewards can be paid more attention, especially to those who have served a long time as honorary teachers, and for honorary teachers themselves to further improve the quality of performance even though the status and rewards obtained are not equal to those of teachers ASN.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of understanding of the QRIS community, to analyze the use of QRIS, to analyze the community's response to the convenience of QRIS and to analyze the public response to the socialization of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) in Tarakan City. The analytical technique used in this study uses a qualitative research approach. The results showed that the level of public understanding of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) in Tarakan City was quite good. The use of the Indonesian Standard Quick Response Code (QRIS) in Tarakan City is quite good and many people have used QRIS. The community's response showed interest in using QRIS after knowing its function, felt interested in using it, was not interested in using it and had used QRIS. And the community response from the QRIS socialization was also quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the ethical dimensions of asset repossession practices in credit sales from the perspective of Islamic law. In the context of Islamic law, credit transactions must adhere to principles of justice, honesty, and transparency, where the repossession of goods by the seller when the buyer fails to fulfill their obligations requires a thorough ethical review. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method focusing on companies that implement credit systems in their sales. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business practitioners and consumers, as well as through the analysis of related documents. The results indicate that although asset repossession in credit sales is recognized as a seller’s right, this practice often conflicts with Sharia principles if it is not carried out with fair consideration for the interests of both parties. The study concludes that there is a need for a more just and transparent mechanism in the repossession process to ensure that the rights of all parties are protected in accordance with Islamic business ethics principles. As a recommendation, it is proposed to develop more detailed ethical guidelines regarding asset repossession in credit sales so that they can be applied consistently and fairly in Sharia business practices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pendapatan Transfer terhadap Belanja Daerah dan Kinerja Keuangan Daerah pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung. Populasi dalam dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang digunakan berjenis data kuantitatif berbentuk data panel yang diperoleh dari website Dirjen Perimbangan Keuangan berupa realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) mulai dari tahun 2014-2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis regresi data panel menggunakan aplikasi statistik EViews versi 13. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pendapatan Transfer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Daerah. Belanja Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Daerah. Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pendapatan Transfer tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Daerah. Namun, Pendapatan Asli Daerah dan Pendapatan Transfer berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Melalui Belanja Daerah.

Abstract

Rumah sakit memiliki peranan yang sentral dalam hal menjaga, memulihkan, dan secara meningkatkan kesehatan bagi masyarakat melalui berbagai lini pelayanan medis, pendidikan, penelitian, serta penguatan sistem kesehatan secara menyeluruh. Manajemen arsip untuk rumah sakit dapat dilakukan secara optimal dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi yang dirancang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. UI/UX merupakan elemen penting dalam desain sistem informasi rumah sakit. UI/UX berperan dalam menentukan bagaimana pengguna berinteraksi dan merasakan sebuah produk digital. UI/UX dapat memastikan sistem mudah digunakan, sesuai kebutuhan pengguna, serta meminimalkan kesalahan dan revisi di tahap akhir karena validasi kebutuhan pengguna sejak dini dapat dicapai. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah melakukan  desain UI/UX sistem informasi arsip bagi rumah sakit mitra PkM. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam PkM adalah metode observasi. Observasi, perancangan UI/UX, purwarupa, dan evaluasi merupakan empat tahapan dalam kegiatan PkM ini. Purwarupa yang dipresentasikan langsung kepada mitra PkM mendapatkan penilaian yang positif di mana desain yang dihasilkan mengindikasikan bahwa desain yang dihasilkan telah memberikan peningkatan potensi efisiensi dalam manajemen arsip dan mempermudah akses informasi. Mitra mengapresiasi tata letak yang bersih, navigasi yang intuitif, dan fungsionalitas pencarian yang responsif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the significance of the influence of the leadership, organizational culture and work environment to employee performance and job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research population is all employees in the District of the City of Tarakan, with a sample of 128 employees. Data analysis method used in this research is path analysis.The research findings show that leadership, organizational culture and work environment had positive and significant impact on employee performance. The second discovery revealed that the leadership, work environment and job satisfaction held significant positive effect on employee performance, whereas the organizational culture had significant negative effect on employee performance. Results of path analysis showed that:(1) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable between leadership a direct influence on employee performance is more dominant than the indirect effect. (2) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable indirect influence of organizational culture on employee performance is more dominant than the direct effect. (3) Job satisfaction is proven as an intervening variable indirect influence among the working environment is more dominant than the direct effect.Keywords: Leadership, organizational culture, working environment, job satisfaction, employee performanceTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pengaruh signifikansi kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antara. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kecamatan Kota Tarakan, dengan sampel 128 pegawai. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penemuan kedua diketahui bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja dan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan budaya organisasi dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara variabel kepemimpinan pengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih dominan daripada pengaruh tidak langsung. (2) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara pengaruh tidak langsung variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai lebih dominan daripada berpengaruh langsung. (3) Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel antara pengaruh tidak langsung variabel lingkungan kerja yang lebih dominan daripada berpengaruh efek langsung.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Beban kerja dan stres kerja merupakan faktor yang berasal dari dalam individu (internal) yang mampu membentuk dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Selain itu, faktor dari luar individu (eksternal) seperti lingkungan kerja atau iklim organisasi juga menjadi faktor penentu dari kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja melalui stres kerja terhadap kinerja Mitra Statistik BPS Kabupaten Bengkulu Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner menggunakan Skala Likert untuk setiap pernyataan yang dikembangkan dari indikator variabel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 119 responden yaitu Mitra Statistik Pendataan Sensus Pertanian 2023 (ST2023). Teknik analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS4 melalui Uji Measurement Model (Outer Model), Uji Structural Model (Inner Model), Uji Hipotesis dan Uji Mediasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) beban kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap stres kerja mitra statistik; 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap stres kerja mitra statistik; 3) beban kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja mitra statistik; 4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja mitra statistik; 5) stres kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja mitra statistik; 6) stres kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja mitra statistik; 7) stres kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja mitra statistik.

Abstract

Purpose : The purpose of this research is to analyze of The Influence Of Leadership Style And Organizational Culture On Work Motivation And Performance Of Employees At The BPBD Office Of Bulungan Regency. Design/methodology/approach : This research was conducted to analyze whether is an influence between independence and dependent variable. The study population was employees in the manufacturing industry in Bulungan Regency. The sampling method used the theory of to optimize their performance, civil servants must continuously enhance their competencies. Effective public service delivery and development demand government officials equipped with appropriate qualifications and specialized skills (Simanungkalit et al., 2022).
