Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Communication on Employee Performance with Employee Engagement as an intervening variable at the PT XYZ Contact Center. The number of samples in this study was 103 people who were determined by the saturated sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods and statistical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling and Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) 3.3.9 software. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Communication has no significant effect on employee engagement and employee performance. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement. And communication has no significant effect on employee performance through employee engagement.

Abstract

This research aims to strengthen the results of previous research and conduct an analysis of the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through Organizational Commitment as an intervention for XYZ Agency Employees. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique of 187 respondents. The strategy applied in checking information is SmartPLS v.3.2.9. The research results show that Hierarchical Culture has an impact on OCB, Job Fulfillment influences OCB, Authoritative Culture basically influences Authoritative Responsibility, Job Fulfillment influences Hierarchical Responsibility, Authoritative Responsibility has a positive and large influence on OCB, Hierarchical Culture influences OCB through the mediation of Authoritative Responsibility , and Job Fulfillment fundamentally influence OCB through the mediation of Hierarchical Responsibilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance dan Self Efficacy terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dengan Employee Engagement sebagai variabel intervening pada Instansi Pemerintah XYZ. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan explanatory research. Sampel yang digunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 226 orang. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer seperti wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi pustaka melalui jurnal, dokumentasi, buku dan lainnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) work Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement Instansi Pemerintah XYZ 2) Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Employee Engagement Instansi Pemerintah XYZ, 3) Work Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Instansi Pemerintah XYZ, 4) Self Efficacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Instansi Pemerintah XYZ, 5) Employee Engagement berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Instansi Pemerintah XYZ, 6) Work Life Balance berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Instansi Pemerintah XYZ melalui Employee Engagement, 7) Self Efficacy berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Instansi Pemerintah XYZ melalui Employee Engagement

Abstract

Artikel ini dibuat untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di DPB1 PT. XYZ dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Seluruh populasi penelitian, yang terdiri dari 131 karyawan, diambil melalui metode sampling non-probability. Teknik analisis dan pengujian menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui pelatihan sebagai variabel mediasi. Pelatihan dapat memediasi secara penuh variabel kepemimpinan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational culture and motivation and employee performance at PT. Inti Prima Rasa using compensation as an intervening variable. a quantitative descriptive research design was used by the authors in 200 participants made up the sample of 133 respondents for survey. The Partial Least Squares approach is an analysis technique (PLS), Research results prove that (1) motivation influences compensation positively and significantly, (2) Compensation is positively impacted by organizational culture.(3) motivation influences performance positive and significant. (4) Organizational culture has a positively and significantly influence on performance. (5) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by compensation. (6) Employee performance is significantly impacted and improved by motivation through compensation. (7) Organizational culture has a favorable and considerable impact on employee performance through compensation as an intervening factor. Motivation and organizational culture must be improved in order to improve the performance of employees of PT. Inti Prima Rasa in order to carry out its duties and obligations properly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and training on the performance of employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia with career path as an intervening variable. In this study, the population taken were employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia. The sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling method. This study used as many as 50 samples. The researcher applies the SmartPLS data analysis technique. After the research results are obtained, it can be seen that competence affects performance, training affects performance, career path affects performance, competence affects career path, training affects career path, career path has a weak influence on performance.
