Abstract

In order to fight the spread of the coronavirus (Covid 19) in Indonesia, the Ministry of Communication and Information, in partnership with other relevant ministries and organizations, is developing the PeduliLindungi application, which serves as an information tool and tracks the movement of Indonesians who may be infected with the virus. The purpose of this study was to examine the community's level of knowledge and difficulty in utilizing the PeduliLindungi application. This study evaluates the usability of the PeduliLindungi application in five categories: learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction are all important factors to consider. This research is quantitative descriptive. In this study, data was collected using an online questionnaire administered to Indonesians using Google Forms, with the variable measurement scale referring to the likert scale. The results showed that the usability level was said to be good with an average score of around 72.85 and a satisfaction percentage of 79.3% so that it can be said that the PeduliLindungi application is user-friendly, with an indication that the application features are easy to use, understand and use, efficient in operation, coloring is comfortable to see, but the error rate is below the average value, this is because the network is unstable and users are not familiar with this application. The limitation of this study is only to calculate the usability level of the PeduliLindungi application to determine the comfort in using the application.

Abstract

Supply chain risk management is the process of detecting, analyzing, and managing risks associated with a company’s supply chain. Risk reduction is implemented throughout the supply chain of SME that manufacture character pillows, doormats, floor mattresses, and scouring pads. This company's supply chain has various issues, including variations in client demand, volatility in the number of products produced, and the company's failure to effectively oversee the supply chain, which results in decreased quality and decreased customer satisfaction. The goal of this study is to use the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) approach to mitigate supply chain risk and develop solutions to minimize or eliminate supply chain risk with the highest RPN and risk score. The risk mitigation approach was employed in this study, with three stages: risk identification, evaluation, and risk analysis, as well as establishing a risk mitigation strategy. The FMEA approach of risk mitigation yielded the three highest RPN (Risk Priority Number) values of the 31 supply chain concerns. These three dangers are inaccuracies in the number of products produced, consumer complaints against companies, and rapid changes in production orders. Our findings theoretically highlight the risks that arise in SME supply chain operations, such as planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery, and return. Meanwhile, organizations can use the research findings to coordinate their supply chain plans.

Abstract

Transportation is a crucial factor that significantly impacts the supply chain. Because there aren't enough roads and other ways to get around, it's hard for one of the companies in OKU Regency that makes crude palm oil to get its products to customers, especially when it rains. The company that produces cooking oil received a delivery of crude palm oil, accounting for 90% of total production, from PT.X. The delivery of crude palm oil to PT.Y was received later than the original schedule. Number formulas that are meant to solve PT.X transportation problems can be written in terms of linear programming methods. From the stages of collecting, processing data and testing formulations using the LINDO application, it was discovered that under ideal conditions there are 9 alternative transportation routes from origin city B to destination city TJ with the shortest time of 9 hours. The delivery of transportation mode uses 12 tanks with 9.5 tons capacity and 17 tanks with 8 tons capacity and the lowest transportation expenses are Rp. 487.580. The results of the general mathematical formulation can then be used to solve transportation problems for other cases with similar conditions to PT.X. This mathematical formulation can be used for making decisions in selecting transportation routes, selecting modes and transportation costs. Changes in production factors such as capacity, number of orders, travel time, delivery distance, fuel prices, and toll rates can change the decisions made by entering their actual values in the general mathematical formula that has been produced.

Abstract

The entrepreneurship ratio is an indicator of a country's progress, currently Indonesia's entrepreneurship ratio is still low. Vocational education, especially at Vocational High Schools (SMK), has a crucial role in preparing the young generation to face the dynamics of industry 4.0 in Indonesia. This article aims to explain a community service approach that is focused on strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of vocational school students through socialization and training strategies, especially in the context of online marketing. By utilizing the potential of digital technology, this activity is designed to increase students' understanding of the essence of entrepreneurship in the digital era to identify business opportunities and adapt to a rapidly changing economic environment. This article also links this initiative to the Making Indonesia 4.0 vision, which highlights the importance of mastering technology and creativity in driving sustainable economic growth. The implementation of this strategy is expected to make a significant contribution in preparing Indonesia's young generation to become strong economic actors in the industrial era 4.0.  The method of this activity is counseling and training, starting from preparing Extension Materials, Identifying Participants, Implementing Counseling, Training Workshops, Mentoring and Mentoring, Evaluation and Feedback. The results of this activity show that students basically already know the basic meaning of websites and Google sites, but do not yet understand how to access them, how to use websites, what are the advantages of using websites, etc. in more detail. . After this training and counseling, students (activity participants) can understand clearly. As for suggestions from the writing team, considering the large enthusiasm of the participants for this activity, activities like this need to be implemented in vocational schools and similar areas in other areas in Jabodetabek

Abstract

Desa Lebakmuncang merupakan desa wisata dengan konsep pariwisata kreatif yang mengutamakan kekhasan lokal dan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat desa. Potensi unggulan desa terdiri dari sumber daya alam. Salah satu komoditas unggulan perkebunan dari desa ini adalah stroberi. Hasil panen stroberi menjadi sumber ekonomi masyarakat, namun pengelolaannya belum maksimal dilakukan. Diversifikasi stroberi sudah dilakukan dalam skala kecil dan pasar yang sangat terbatas. Kegiatan edukasi diversifikasi yang dilakukan memiliki tujuan yaitu mendapatkan gambaran permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha, mendapatkan gambaran pemahaman diversifikasi dan jenis diversifikasi stroberi yang telah dilakukan, mendapatkan kendala yang dihadapi pelaku usaha dan memberikan ide rencana diversifikasi yang dapat dilakukan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara struktur dan sistematis, dimulai dengan penetapan daerah sasaran, menggali permasalahan nyata, perizinan, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, monitoring evaluasi dan penyusunan laporan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan ini adalah permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku usaha stroberi desa Lebakmuncang, yaitu permasalahan harga jual, modal, teknologi dan kemampuan pelaku usaha. Permasalahan ini menjadi faktor utama penghambat keberlanjutan diversifikasi yang telah dilakukan. Kendala diversifikasi terbesar yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM stroberi adalah kendala pengetahuan dan ketrampilan. Pelaku usaha stroberi telah memahami dan melakukan diversifikasi menjadi stroberi frozen, selai, sirup, dodol dan krupuk atau manisan. Strategi pengembangan usaha perlu dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala diversifikasi produk hilir stroberi. Strategi pengembangan usaha dapat dilakukan dengan kolaborasi dari beberapa pihak, yaitu petani, pelaku UMKM, masyarakat desa, pemerintah dan lembaga lokal, akademisi dan peneliti serta mitra komersial atau industri berbahan baku stroberi.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menjadi tantangan sekaligus peluang besar bagi pelaku UMKM dalammeningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pasar. Namun, sebagian besar anggota UMKM DesaCipambuan, Kecamatan Babakan Madang, Kabupaten Bogor, masih menghadapi kendala dalammengakses dan mengimplementasikan strategi digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepadamasyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai strategi digitalmarketing yang dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari observasi,Forum Group Discussion , pelatihan penggunaan platform digital (marketplace), Bimbingan teknisdan Pendampingan. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 20 pelaku UMKM yang bergerak di bidang usahakuliner. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman pesertaterhadap konsep digital marketing, keterampilan dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosiproduk, serta motivasi untuk memperluas pasar melalui platform online. Peserta juga mulaimengembangkan konten promosi dan menggunakan WhatsApp Business. Kegiatan pengabdianini membuktikan bahwa dengan pendekatan yang tepat dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan,UMKM di desa Cipambuan dapat bertransformasi menuju model bisnis yang lebih modern,adaptif, dan berorientasi pada pertumbuhan berkelanjutan di era digital.Kata kunci : UMKM, Digital Marketing, Pemasaran Online, Desa Cipambuan

Abstract

Counseling on tilapia cultivation in floating cages was carried out in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency and was carried out on March 1-2 2024. Margaluyu Village has potential for fisheries because it has 2 large lakes in the village. This activity is to increase people's knowledge and skills in this field. This community service aims to exchange ideas with value fish farmers in floating cages and provide information on this and its impact on the development of tilapia cultivation and the welfare of local communities. The extension methods used include lectures, field observations, group discussions and practical extension. The results of this community service show the community's active participation in extension activities, with a significant level of knowledge and skills after participating in the program. The evaluation also showed positive changes in the community's understanding and knowledge regarding tilapia cultivation. Thus, it can be concluded that outreach activities on tilapia cultivation in floating cages have a positive impact on developing local fisheries potential and community welfare in Margaluyu Village, Pengalengan District, Bandung Regency.
