Abstract

This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach in analyzing things that happen to the scope of the research subject, and can also be used to describe how related research works. Data collection techniques carried out by researchers by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study are; first, the affiliate marketing business on tiktok is a new business model which is a digital business that is currently viral among millennials, with the convenience offered by tiktok it makes it easy for tiktok users to join affiliate marketing, but must still follow the terms and conditions imposed by tiktok. Apart from that, you should also do business with your heart and follow the example of sharia marketers in the style of the Prophet Muhammad, who is known as al Amin (trustworthy). As for suggestions and recommendations for affiliates in doing business, both on social media, TikTok and other media, so that they put heart and knowledge first in doing marketing, not to be tempted by instant results, as much is offered in content on social media. Marketing or reviewing a product, in addition to paying attention to the law of the goods being sold, also pays attention to ethics in marketing the product. As well as always studying the development of social media and digital business models so that they remain consistent and don't miss the latest information

Abstract

This study aimed to discover the meaning of Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini’s poetry by M. Aan Mansyur. The approach used in this research is semiotic Michael riffaterre. This research was conducted with several stages, namely; understand the non-existence of expression; conducting heuristic and hermeneutic readings; search for its matrix, model, and variant; as well as finding the hypogram of the text. The results of the discussion can reveal the meaning that contained in the poetry. The discussion also shows poetry Tidak Ada New York Hari Ini is a response from the preceding hypogram.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gambaran ideologi feminis di dalam novel Bumi Manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif yang menggunakan kata-kata sebagai sumber data. Sumber data penelitian ini berasal dari teks novel Bumi Manusia karya Penulis Ananta Toer. Instrument penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri  karena peneliti sebagai alat pengumpul data sekaligus menjadi penganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Bumi Manusia merupakan sebuah novel yang mengandung ideologi feminisme poskolonial dengan tujuan merekonstuksi posisi perempuan di dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students through creative short story writing workshops. The main challenges faced by students include low levels of critical thinking and creative writing skills, particularly in identifying problems, formulating conflicts, and structuring a logical plot. This community service employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which emphasizes leveraging the potential and assets possessed by students and the school. The implementation method included the Discovery, Dream, Design, Define, and Destiny phases, carried out through training, mentoring, discussions, and a structured short story writing activity. Evaluation was conducted using a pretest and posttest design involving 40 students. The pretest results indicated that students’ initial abilities fell into the moderate category, with scores predominantly ranging from 60 to 75. Following the training, the posttest results showed a significant improvement, with the majority of students achieving scores in the 80–90 range. These research results suggest that creative short story writing training is effective in enhancing students’ critical thinking skills, writing abilities, and self-confidence in communicating ideas in writing. Thus, creative short story writing training based on the ABCD approach can serve as a relevant alternative learning strategy for strengthening literacy and developing 21st-century competencies.
