Abstract

This study empirically examines the existence of the effect of reward variables and the work environment on boosting personnel work motivation at PT. Maar Motor, Pidie Jaya Regency, both partially and simultaneously. A quantitative approach with an exploratory and associative descriptive design was applied to dissect causality between variables. All elements of the population, totaling 36 employees, were fully absorbed using a saturated sampling technique (census). The primary data collection instrument relied on a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was processed through SPSS version 25.0 software, constructing tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination (), and inferential estimation via -tests and -tests. The results of partial calculations prove that rewards contribute positively and significantly to elevating work motivation (; ). In parallel, the work environment also demonstrates a positive and significant effect on escalating work motivation (; ). Simultaneously, the integration of rewards and work environment conditions is proven to exert a significant impact on employee work drive (; ). The coefficient of determination () reaches a value demonstrating that variations in work motivation dynamics are determined by the combination of the appreciation system and work atmosphere, while the remainder is elaborated by external determinants outside the estimation model. These findings emphasize the urgency of restructuring incentive patterns as well as revitalizing both physical and psychological work climates to optimize human resource performance.
