Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan investasi, kebijakan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan pada IDX BUMN 20 tahun 2016-2020. Populasi data adalah sebanyak 20 perusahaan. Lalu sampel ditarik dengan menggunakan purposive sampling didati 10 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria. Pengujian yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil uji hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa kebijakan investasi dan kebijakan dividen mampu memberikan dampak kepada nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan kebijakan pendanaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan yang pertumbuhannya tinggi mempunyai kesempatan yang memungkinkan untuk membayar dividen yang lebih rendah karena mereka mempunyai kesempatan yang menguntungkan dalam mendanai investasinya secara internal, sehingga tidak terdorong untuk membayar bagian laba yang lebih besar kepada para investor. Sebaliknya perusahaan yang pertumbuhannya rendah berusaha manarik dana dari luar untuk mendanai investasinya dengan mengorbankan sebagian besar labanya dalam bentuk dividen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bond rating, firm size, capital structure and maturity on the yield to maturity of corporate bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The type of data in this study uses secondary data. The research population is companies that issue bonds on the IDX. The research sample was selected using the purposive sampling technique. The study results show that: (1) bond rating has a significant effect on bond yield to maturity. (2) firm size has a significant effect on bond yield to maturity. (3) capital structure has a significant effect on bond yield to maturity. (4) maturity has no significant effect on the yield to maturity of bonds. The company is expected to choose the best alternative as a source of funding for the company and on the other hand be able to maintain the balance composition between debt and equity. Investors are expected to be able to choose the best bonds and be able to provide benefits in the future by taking into account the yield to maturity level of bonds.

Abstract

The Regional Civil Service Agency of West Sumatra Province is a government institution that has the main task to assist the governor in the implementation of regional civil service. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of HR Planning, Work Placement and Career Development on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample size of this study was 74 respondents and used SEM analysis tools with SmartPLS 3. In the data collection technique in this study by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The results showed that directly the most dominant variable, namely Career Development, had a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Therefore, evidenced by the increasing career development promised by the company, employee motivation will also increase. Furthermore, HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, it shows that there is careful planning for HR, so employee performance will increase. While indirect testing for the most dominant variables states that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, that the existence of good career development opportunities will strengthen employee performance and increase employee motivation. Conversely, if career development is not good for its performance, work motivation will lower the level of employee concern regarding the progress of the company. Employees who care about the progress of the company will be more motivated to work so as to form stronger performance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Class II B State Detention Center in Padang. Documentation methods and types of primary data.. Research results obtained based on partial tests (T tests) obtained: There is a significant positive influence of motivation on job satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. There is a significant positive influence of Work Discipline on Job Satisfaction at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is an insignificant positive effect of motivation on employee performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899. There is an insignificant positive influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906. There is a significant positive influence of Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.859. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Motivation on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.899 and the smallest value is 0.822. Job Satisfaction is able to mediate Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Kles II B Padang State Detention Center. The largest or dominant value is 0.906.

Abstract

Kampung Tematik merupakan salah satu inovasi Pemerintah Kota Padang untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dasar utamanya pada peningkatan kualitas lingkungan, prasarana, dan dasar pemukiman.Kami memilih Kampung Tematik karena ingin memberikan inovasi baru untuk mengembangkan objek wisata agar lebih maju dan banyak diminati oleh masyarakat. Nelayan melakukan aktivitas "Elo Pukek" atau menarik pukat (jaring) secara bersama-sama di Pantai Padang. Abstract

Pelatihan dan pengembangan manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan langkah penting dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat perdesaan, terutama untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi mereka. Masyarakat perdesaan sering kali menghadapi keterbatasan dalam hal pengelolaan SDM yang efisien, yang berdampak pada produktivitas dan daya saing mereka. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan manajerial kepada masyarakat perdesaan dengan fokus pada pengembangan keterampilan manajemen SDM yang praktis dan relevan dengan kebutuhan lokal. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung, diskusi kelompok, dan studi kasus yang dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang manajemen SDM dalam konteks ekonomi perdesaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan manajerial, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Para peserta pelatihan juga menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kapasitas organisasi dan kolaborasi di antara anggota kelompok. Pemberdayaan melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat perdesaan melalui peningkatan produktivitas dan pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih baik. Pelatihan ini sangat penting dalam mendukung upaya pengembangan ekonomi berkelanjutan di daerah perdesaan.

Abstract

This research aims to find out big facts. Discussion of the influence of compensation, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance with organizational culture as an intervening variable for non-civil servants at the West Pasaman Dispora Regional Office. The data analysis method is in the form of questionnaire data with a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used is questionnaire data analysis. The research results obtained based on the partial test (T test) were obtained: There is no influence of Compensation on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is an influence of Work Discipline on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is no influence of Work Motivation on Organizational Culture for West Pasaman Dispora Consumers, There is no influence of Compensation on Employee Performance for Dispora Consumers West Pasaman., There is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance among West Pasaman Dispora Consumers. There is an influence of Work Motivation on Employee Performance among West Pasaman Dispora Consumers. This indicates that the better the work motivation felt by West Pasaman Dispora consumers, the higher their employee performance. There is no influence of organizational culture on employee performance among West Pasaman Dispora consumers. Organizational culture is unable to influence compensation variables on performance. Employees, Organizational Culture Not able to influence the Work Discipline variable on Employee Performance, Organizational Culture Not able to influence the Work Motivation variable on Employee Performance. Finally, the author suggests to companies the need for company management to pay special attention to improving employee performance through the variables that have been studied.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and attempt to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the West Sumatra Province Governor's Lead Administration Bureau. This research is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. The population and sample for this study were employees of the West Sumatra Province Governor's Leadership Administration Bureau. The research results found that there was a negative and insignificant influence between organizational culture on job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and job satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between job satisfaction and employee performance. Job satisfaction is not able to mediate organizational culture on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of profitability and company size on company value with capital structure as an intervening variable in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023 a total of 95 companies. The population of this study is all Food and Beverages companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. Until a sample of 30 samples from the criteria that have been determined. The method used in this study is a survey method of quantitative descriptive approach. The technique used is the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis by using the SPSS 25 test tool. The results of the study show that profitability and company size have a significant effect on the capital structure. Profitability and capital structure have a significant effect on the value of the company, while the size of the company has no effect on the value of the company. Capital structure is not able to mediate the influence of profitability and company size on company value in Food and Beverages sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period. The source of this data research is carried out from annual reports and financial statements obtained from www.idx.co.id

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes to various aspects of business, particularly in the field of financial management. With the development of technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, fintech, and digital payment systems, companies are required to adjust their financial management strategies to remain competitive. This research aims to analyze how digital transformation affects financial management processes, the challenges faced, and the opportunities that can be leveraged. The research method used is a literature review from various sources including scientific journals, books, and the latest industry reports. The results show that digitalization has a positive impact on operational efficiency, financial transparency, and faster and more accurate decision-making. However, challenges such as data security, lack of competent human resources, and regulations become major obstacles. It is recommended that organizations increase investment in digital infrastructure, human resources training, and adopt appropriate technology solutions.
