Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the problem of decreasing sales volume that occurred at the Mikayla Shop Store in 2022 by making several efforts by carrying out effective and efficient marketing strategies and implementing even better utilization of the marketplace. A descriptive qualitative method with which to do observations and interviews with the owner of the Mikayla Shop Store, to find out in more detail what problems are being faced, and in the end researcher will provide and explain what efforts the owner should make. The results of the study stated that the use of the right marketing strategy and an application of effective utilization of the shopee marketplace carried out by the Mikayla Shop Store could increase sales volume in January 2023 with the percentage of sales increasing by 5.45% from December 2022. The results of the research conducted there are problems faced by the owner, namely a lack of understanding in carrying out marketing strategies to compete with others such as a lack of promotion on social media, and not making good use of marketplace features, therefore owners must be able to be consistent in promoting on social media and using marketplace features shop is even better.

Abstract

The focus of this research is service quality on customer satisfaction at J&T Bandung Kulon, Bandung City. This research is motivated by the existence of a relationship between the two variables based on several previous studies. As for service quality, there are 5 (five) variables in it, namely: Reliability Variable, Direct Evidence Variable, Responsiveness Variable, Assurance Variable, and Empathy Variable. For service quality, there are 3 (three) variables in it, namely: Service Indicator, Enterprise Satisfaction, and Product or Service Satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction at J&T Bandung Kulon, Bandung City. Respondents in this study amounted to 22 people and data were collected through interview techniques. The results of this study are that in terms of service quality, J&T Express Bandung Kulon still needs to make improvements in terms of the shuttle service. Then in terms of customer satisfaction it is still relatively low from the results of the interviews conducted

Abstract

Keputusan pembelian begitu penting demi perkembangan usaha karena keputusan pembelian bisa mendatangkan keuntungan dalam proses penjualan. Oleh karena itu, agar konsumen dapat mengambil keputusan pembelian, mereka harus didorong oleh strategi promosi campuran. Pencocokan iklan bisa dikerjakan secara online, contohnya yaitu memasang iklan di aplikasi Tiktok dengan konten yang kreatif dan menarik. Analisis dilakukan guna mengetahui pengaruh dari bauran promosi terhadap preferensi pembelian pelanggan di tiktok @anairaofficial. Jenis penelitian menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menyebarkan kuesioner online dari google form untuk selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Dari penelitian tersebut bauran promosi ternyata mempunyai pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dari hasil uji hipotesis bahwa nilai (R) adalah 0,714, maka dari output (R squared) adalah 0,505 yaitu pengaruh variabel (X) terhadap variabel (Y) sebesar 50,1%. Sementara itu nilai kuncinya adalah 0.000 <; 0,10 berarti H0 ditolak dan Hi diterima. Bisa  disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif bauran promosi dengan keputusan pembelian konsumen pada aplikasi tiktok @anairaofficial.

Abstract

Accounting information systems are very important to business activities. The amount of merchandise inventory owned by the company must be monitored for its availability because it is sold for profit. It is known that AtariaShop Plastic Houseware still uses a manual system to calculate its merchandise inventory. This causes the calculation of merchandise inventory to be slow, and the resulting information is often inaccurate. The qualitative approach method was used by the researchers in this study. Assisting in the calculation of computerized merchandise inventory requires the design of an accounting information system named SI ULET. This system as a whole displays the final report in the form of merchandise stock cards. SI ULET is proven to help business activities run effectively because this system can display the mobility of in-out merchandise due to purchases and sales so that the amount of merchandise inventory in stores can be quickly identified.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how online pre order sales and profit earning on PT Aventama, also how big is the effect of pre order online sales towards the profit on PT Aventama, and to get to know about what are the efforts that could be able to do for increase the company profits through online pre order sales. Theory that supports in this research was revealed by Oki Pamungkas, 2018 who said that online sales is conducting sales activities from looking for potential buyers to offering products or goods by utilizing the internet network that is supported by a set of electronic devices as a link to the internet network, while Toto Prihadi 2012 said that profit is a measure of company's performance obtained from the results of reduction results of sales minus production costs. From conducted research, it can be obtained of the results of online pre order sales and company profits on PT Aventama, it's obtained results of 77.2% for online pre order sales and 35.7% for the profits and are categorized well. Then the correlation test is used for find out about the effect of online pre order sales with the results obtained at 84%, this value can be interpreted that the effect of online pre order sales to profits is very strong, while the other 16% is effected by other factors that it’s not examined by the author. Based on a simple linear regression analysis obtained Y '= 3.307 + 0.420X it means every online pre order sale is improved, it will be followed by an improve in company profit of 0.420 at a constant 3.037. With this research, it's expected that there will be a change in the company's profit through increasing online pre-order sales by creating advertisements, providing more complete ready stock products, and adding new suppliers so that the ordering process of products is faster to consumers

Abstract

The research conducted at PT Harapan Kurnia Textile Indonesia aims to produce accurate attendance information, fast, effective and efficient payroll management, provide financial reports for companies and payslips for employees appropriately. To identify the problems faced, primary and secondary data collection as well as qualitative descriptive approaches were used in this study. The method for developing software that uses waterfall with HTML to create pages on websites and databases is MYSQL. The results of this study show that the payroll management process has run well but still uses Microsoft Excel manually which is prone to errors. So to overcome these problems, an application design was made in the form of Flowmap, ERD and DFD and designed a payroll accounting system with web-based PHP programming language code. The conclusion of this study is that the color becomes a problem solver that will help HRD and financial staff in managing payroll to be faster, more precise and efficient and produce accurate payslips and financial statements. The advice given by the author is to conduct computer training payroll applications, perform system maintenance to prevent damage / errors in the system and back up data so that data remains safe if the computer is damaged. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction in making new KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources related to empirical situations and conditions of community satisfaction in the service of making KTPs in the sub-districts. The results showed that the t test value showed t count > t table, namely 8.028 > 2.042. In conclusion, community satisfaction with the service for making KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency can be seen from the simplicity of the waiter procedure, Paseh District, Bandung Regency, the procedure for making KTPs is simple and straightforward. The time of service, Paseh District, Bandung Regency in completing the making of KTP was in accordance with SOP (standard operating procedure). Keywords: Community Satisfaction, KTP, Servant

Abstract

This study aims to find out how effective the use of this application is to support performance at the Class II Bandung Child Special Development Institute (LPKA), as well as to find out what efforts can improve the performance of using the Simono application to find solutions to these problems. The research method used is a qualitative method. In this study the authors conducted a field study, namely the authors conducted interviews and direct observations with the information and system development section at the Class II Child Special Development Institute (LPKA) Bandung. The results showed that there were problems that arose in the Simono application which often occurred in the system request for an online visit. Advice from the author based on observations, it is best if the Class II Bandung Child Special Development Institute (LPKA) needs to re-evaluate the system in the Simono application whether its use is effective or needs to be improved again, so that its use can function properly and accurately according to the purpose use.

Abstract

English Version Drug compounding must adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), which are written instructions for various activities or work processes within the company. The authors conducted several studies to assess the quality of generic drug products, and it is presumed that the decline in sales of generic drugs might be attributed to the poor quality of compounded drugs. The research method utilized in this study is qualitative, employing data collection techniques like observation, interviews, and documentation.. All data were directly obtained from relevant sections and serve as essential references in the study's discussion. The findings revealed challenges in improving the quality of generic drugs by implementing SOPs for appropriate drug compounding sites and selecting the best drugs. The author's efforts included creating a distance of about 70 cm between the drug compounding area and the administration area by utilizing a separate room. The authors recommend that future employees of Para Medical Clinic Rancaekek undergo 2 months of training on drug compounding to enhance their skills before starting work. Versi Indonesia Dalam proses peracikan obat, penting untuk mengikuti Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), yang merupakan serangkaian instruksi tertulis mengenai kegiatan atau proses kerja dalam perusahaan. Penulis menggunakan beberapa penelitian untuk menilai kualitas produk obat generik. Karena itu, diduga bahwa penurunan penjualan obat generik dapat disebabkan oleh kualitas peracikan obat yang kurang baik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Seluruh data diperoleh secara langsung melalui bagian yang relevan dan menjadi referensi penting dalam pembahasan penelitian ini.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tentang hambatan dalam meningkatkan kualitas obat generik dengan menerapkan SOP untuk tempat peracikan yang sesuai dan memilih obat yang terbaik. Upaya yang dilakukan oleh penulis adalah memindahkan jarak peracikan obat dengan tempat admnistrasi sekitar 70 cm karena memanfaatkan ruangan tersebut. Saran penulis diharapkan Sebelum menjadi karyawan Para Medical Clinic Rancaekek harus mendapatkan pelatihan selama 2 bulan tentang peracikan obat sehingga karyawan menjadi terampil.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja dari sebuah Lembaga menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Metode tersebut dipilih agar penulis dapat mendeskripsikan keadaan yang diamati secara tepat sesuai fakta yang ada dan relevan dengan permasalahan yang ada yaitu Manajemen Layanan Dan Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Kinerja. Pencapaian kinerja LLDIKTI 4 pada tahun 2022 dari 7 Indikator Kinerja Kegiatan yang ditetapkan sebanyak 57% atau 4 IKK telah mencapai bahkan melebihi target, sedangkan 43% atau sebanyak 3 IKK tidak dapat mencapai target. Sama seperti pada tahun 2021 yaitu sebanyak 57% target yang telah tercapai, namun secara spesifik ada peningkatan kualitas layanan yang sangat signifikan yang berarti mengindikasikan implementasi dari perencanaan program yang telah ditetapkan telah berjalan dengan baik adanya progres yang baik dari tahun ke tahun menandakan LLDIKTI Wilayah 4 sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Dan jika dilihat dari 5 dimensi kinerja yaitu produktivitas, responsivitas, responsibilitas, akuntanbilitas, dan kualitas layanan, dari ke 5 indikator tersebut sudah diterapkan dengan sangat baik sehingga layanan yang diberikan sudah optimal baik dari segi sarana maupun prasarana yang dapat menunjang aktivitas layanan.
