Abstract

Studi ini memiliki tujuan mengetahui pengaruh dari harga atas keputusan melakukan pembelian ulang aksesoris pakaian dengan menggunakan 3 dimensi Harga yaitu terjangkau atau tidak nya harga, diskon atau potongan harga, cara pembayaran. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pembeli yang pernah membeli di toko mingka bandung pada tahun 2020, dimana populasi nya berjumlah 5,334 pelanggan, sampel dengan menerapkan rumus Slovin yakni 98,15 responden pengisian kuesioner. Lalu dibantu uji statistik dengan SPSS V26. Hasil analisis data, didapatkan 41,99 > ttabel 1,660 sehingga, uji hipotesis variabel X, harga mempunyai pengaruh positif bagi levelminat beli ulang. Atas output SPSS, R square 0,881. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Minat Beli Ulang aksesoris di Toko Mingka Bandung mampu dipengaruhi oleh harga yang diberikan 85.0% serta 12% sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain dari penelitian.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar keterkaitan harga terhadap keputusan konsumen memberi ulang roti dengan menggunakan 4 dimensi harga, yakni kesesuaian harga dan kualitas, kompetisi harga, keterjangkauan harga, serta kesesuaian harga dan kuantitas. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pembeli yang pernah membeli roti di PT. Stanli Trijaya Mandiri Bandung pada tahun 2020, jumlah populasi yakni 250 ribu pembeli dan sampel yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan rumus slovin yakni 100 responden untuk diberikan kuesioner. Kemudian akan dilakukan uji secara statistik dengan SPSS v25 meliputi uji validitas, uji koefisien determinasi, uji koefisien korelasi, serta uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data, didapatkan thitung 21,047 > ttabel 1.984, maka dari itu uji hipotesis variabel X didapatkan R square 0.830 atau 83% yang berarti bahwa minat beli ulang produk roti PT. Stanli Trijaya Mandiri Bandung kemungkinan dipengaruhi harga sebesar 83% dan 12% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.

Abstract

Dapat kita ketahui bisnis kosmetik sangat menjamur di Indonesia salah satunya dikabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini di lakukan di salah satu klinik kecantikan di kabupaten Bandung. Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek dan keputusan pembelian ulang di klinik tersebut, metode analisis yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah anaisis linear sederhana dan data tersebut kemudian di olah menggunakan program SPSS V.20. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 responden, merupakan pelanggan yang melakukan pembelian ulang . Adapun hasil penelitian ini menjukan bahwa citra merek sangatlah berpengaruh untuk melakukan pembelian ulang di saat kondisi seperti ini dimana banyaknya pesaing yang sangat mengedepankan merek.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of Market Segmentation on Sales Micro Small Enterprises fashion Product Level Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung, background of this research is based on the Enterprises’s have not been maximal in selling their product even though there are big market opportunities in Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung. This study using a quantitative approach with the type of descriptive research. The analitycal methodology used simple linear regression, the analitycal test used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, correlation coefficient analysis, and hypothesis test. The tool used for testing this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) V. 20. The results,researchers suggest that products marketed to reach all market segments can be done by adjusting prices, product innovation and maximizing instant purchases by consumers so as to increaset sales Fashion product of Micro Small Enterprises’s Bumi Orange Cinunuk Bandung.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Marketing Mix Strategy on Product Competitiveness. In this research, the results show that the Product Strategy, Price Strategy, Distribution Strategy and Promotion Strategy if implemented well, the Product Competitiveness will experience a significant increase. The resulting product model must be in accordance with market desires, the product brand must be easily read and remembered by consumers, the size of the product is made standard by including on the Production Brand, Providing raw materials that are always available at competitive prices and quality and Choosing the right media in product promotion so the strategy used can be more effective in increasing product competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how big the impact of Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality to Member Participation Level As a cooperative user, the sample in this research is 97 members of cooperative work of prosperous PT.Polyfin Canggih as respondents who answered the statement of the questionnaire distributed then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Data from equation test is known F-count value is 114,782 while with -table value 3,94. This means that F-stat> F-table (114,782> 3,94) means that at 95% confidence level, Marketing Strategy and Service Quality variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable Member participation rate as a Cooperative User. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.709. Member Participation Rate of 70.9% is influenced by the Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality and the balance of 29.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how online pre order sales and profit earning on PT Aventama, also how big is the effect of pre order online sales towards the profit on PT Aventama, and to get to know about what are the efforts that could be able to do for increase the company profits through online pre order sales. Theory that supports in this research was revealed by Oki Pamungkas, 2018 who said that online sales is conducting sales activities from looking for potential buyers to offering products or goods by utilizing the internet network that is supported by a set of electronic devices as a link to the internet network, while Toto Prihadi 2012 said that profit is a measure of company's performance obtained from the results of reduction results of sales minus production costs. From conducted research, it can be obtained of the results of online pre order sales and company profits on PT Aventama, it's obtained results of 77.2% for online pre order sales and 35.7% for the profits and are categorized well. Then the correlation test is used for find out about the effect of online pre order sales with the results obtained at 84%, this value can be interpreted that the effect of online pre order sales to profits is very strong, while the other 16% is effected by other factors that it’s not examined by the author. Based on a simple linear regression analysis obtained Y '= 3.307 + 0.420X it means every online pre order sale is improved, it will be followed by an improve in company profit of 0.420 at a constant 3.037. With this research, it's expected that there will be a change in the company's profit through increasing online pre-order sales by creating advertisements, providing more complete ready stock products, and adding new suppliers so that the ordering process of products is faster to consumers

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how much influence the marketing mix strategy has on SMEs development. To find out the obstacles that exist in the marketing mix strategy, and to find out the efforts that can be made by the SMEs development in cooperative anad SMEs in Bandung regency. The research method used in descriptiive quantitative method, the analysis technique used in person product moment analiysis technique with data processing using SPSS V22. The data obtained to explain the results of the study is to distribute questionnaires to 20 question to respondents of 51 respondents from the study sample.The results obtained by the correlation of 0,756 means that it has a strong relationship between the marketing mix strategy variabel the SMEs development variabel with an effect of 57.2 and the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors not examined by the aiuthors. The author concludes that the members of SMEs are already good in carrying out markeing mix strategy to develop their business. There are obstacles in efforts to improve the development of SMEs, Such as product quality standards and market access for SMEs products, this is based on the increasinglyWidespread competition of external product with lower prices and quality and market access that is still not broad. The auther’s suggestion in expected that SMEs member can improve product quality and broad market access by building nemerous distribution channel relationships so that the scope of their business is able to develop.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT Kreativa Surya Pratama Bandung. The type of research that was tried was listed as the type of research quantitatively. In collecting information, it was tried by distributing questionnaires with a sample of 70 respondents taken from a total population of 237 people using the Slovin equation. The calculation process used in this research uses SPSS v26. The method of analyzing information uses multiple linear regression. The results of this research prove partially or t-test and simultaneously or F-test motivation and work discipline affect employee performance by proving a significant value. As well as the results of the coefficient of determination obtained at the adjusted R square value of 0.920. Abstract

National development, specifically economic development, is an important thing. So important that the progress of technology the government has also set 2020 as the year in which Indonesia is projected to be the country with the largest digital economy in Southeast Asia Supported by a large population and with high levels of internet users, cooperatives must improve seriously. Cooperatives must be able to become cooperatives today by utilizing information technology in managing their business. With the technology-based application system, it is expected that service to members will be faster, safer, and more comfortable. When young entrepreneurs can see broader benefits with the present-day Cooperative, it is hoped that they will join this digital-based cooperative. To improve the stretching of cooperatives in the homeland, to implement good cooperative governance requires a real-time accounting system that can be quickly identified by financial indicators at any time. Financial statements must be made easy and systematic, accountable, accurate. The application must be user-friendly, feature, and complete web-based modules. It takes the cooperation of all parties. Not only the government, but also the business world, academics, and the wider community to create a more conducive business climate. embangunan nasional, dan khususnya pembangunan perekonomian, menjadi suatu hal yang penting. Sedemikian pentingnya kemajuan teknologi sehingga pemerintah juga telah menetapkan tahun 2020 sebagai tahun dimana Indonesia diproyeksi menjadi negara dengan ekonomi digital terbesar di Asia Tenggara, didukung oleh besarnya jumlah penduduk serta dengan tingginya tingkat pengguna internet koperasi harus berbenah secara serius. Koperasi harus mampu menjadi koperasi zaman now dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi di dalam pengelolaan bisnisnya. Dengan sistem aplikasi yang berbasis teknologi tersebut diharapkan pelayanan terhadap anggota menjadi lebih cepat, aman, dan nyaman. Bilamana para pelaku usaha muda dapat melihat manfaat yang lebih luas dengan adanya koperasi zaman now, maka diharapkan mereka akan bergabung dalam koperasi berbasis digital ini untuk meningkatkan geliat koperasi di tanah air. Untuk menerapkan tata kelola koperasi yang baik dibutuhkan sistem akuntansi yang real-time yang setiap saat dapat diketahui indikator keuangan secara cepat. Laporan keuangan yang dibuat harus mudah dan sistematis, akuntabel, serta akurat. Aplikasi harus user-friendly, fitur, dan modul lengkap berbasis web dibutuhkan kerja sama semua pihak. Tidak hanya pemerintah, tapi juga dunia usaha, akademisi, dan masyarakat luas untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif.
