Abstract

The aim of this study to know about Balogo game can help the counselor to understanding the children characteristics. This research is a qualitative study of literature study. In collecting the data, the writer used documentation. Data were analysis by Balogo game analysis from the theory psychology of childrent development by Nurihsan & Agustin (2011) and the theory children counseling by Geldard & Geldard (2012). The age of childrent in this research is 7-12 years old who get study in elementary school or Islamic elementary school. The children development characteristic can to know by the counselor through balogo game include the aspects of cognitive development, affective, physical-motor, moral, and religion. Counselors who understand the characteristics of children will support the achievement of child counseling success.

Abstract

This research is field research (field research) is qualitative, that is a research that produce descriptive data. The subjects of this study are students of KI-BKI Department of class of 2014. The object of this research is the readiness of work in the Islamic student's personality of KI-BKI force of 2014. Data collection techniques used include interviews, observation, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, the research findings show that the readiness of work on aspects of knowledge, skills, and work actions in the Islamic student's personality of KI-BKI force 2014 have good ability. From the results of the research there are some suggestions that are given to the department of KI-BKI to continue to improve efforts in facilitating the development of counselor competence. For KI-BKI students as BK teacher candidates to continue to develop themselves to achieve the expected counselor competence.

Abstract

The application of Islamic-based peer counseling to help students reduce anxiety in facing the challenges of modern society is based on the concept of cosmopolitan Islamic education which aims to achieve a balance between normative tendencies and freedom of thought. The method used is literature study with a qualitative approach to the relevance of the theory of counseling based on Q.S. Al-Insyirah verses 1-8. Peer counseling is designed through a halaqah approach. The findings of this study were peer counseling through the stages of the halaqah approach which functioned preventively preventive), curative (healing), preservative (maintenance) and development (development). The halaqah mechanism in increasing the ability to face problems through an internalization process which consists of three stages, namely ta'lim/ transformation, takwin/ transaction, and tanfidz/ transinternalization. The result of these three processes is the formation of the ability to cope with stress, namely thinking positively, acting positively, and expecting positively.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan konseling teman sebaya berbasis Islam untuk membantu mahasiswa mengurangi kekurangan dalam menghadapi tantangan masyarakat modern berdasar konsep pendidikan Islam kosmopolitan yang mencapai keseimbangan antara kecenderungan normatif dan kebebasan berfikir. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif terhadap relevansi teori konseling berdasar dari Q.S. Al-Insyirah  ayat 1-8. Temuan penelitian ini adalah konseling teman sebaya melalui tahapan pendekatan halaqah yang erfungsi secara preventif (pencegahan), kuratif (penyembuhan), reservatif (pemeliharaan) dan pengembangan (pengembangan). Sementara itu, halaqah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menghadapi masalah adalah melalui proses internalisasi yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni ta’lim/ tranformation, takwin/ transaction dan tanfidz/ transinternalisasi. Hasil dari ketiga proses tersebut adalah terbentuknya kemampuan dalam coping stres yaitu berpikir positif, bertindak positif dan harapan positif.

Abstract

Perkembangan psikologi merupakan telaah tentang proses perubahan ke arah kematangan pada aspek mental yang dialami oleh anak. Aspek perkembangan psikologis yang ditelaah meliputi aspek perkembangan kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik anak. Perkembangan kognitif meliputi perkembangan bahasa dan persepsi, perkembangan afektif mencakup perkembangan emosi dan penyesuaian diri. Perkembangan psikomotori meliputi proses psikologi yang mengiringi setiap aktivitas individu. Fokus penelitian ini pada perkembangan psikologi anak. Anak adalah individu yang berusia  antara 6 sampai dengan 12 tahun. Pada usia tersebut anak berada pada jenjang pendidikan formal sekolah dasar. Setiap anak memiliki perkembangan psikologi yang berbeda-beda. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran perkembangan psikologi anak yang mencakup kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari para informan yaitu siswa dan guru kelas SDN Kebun Bunga 6 Banjarmasin. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan  studi dokumentasi. Hasil temuan penelitian ini meliputi: (1) Anak megalami perkembangan kognitif yang sesuai dengan tahap perkembangannya. Anak dapat melakukan komunikasi tanya jawab yang baik. Memahami tentang diri dan keluarganya; (2) perkembangan afektif anak berkaitan dengan kondisi emosi dan penyesuaian diri anak dengan lingkungan. Secara umum anak dapat memahami tentang berbagai macam emosi seperti senang dan sedih. Anak dapat mengekspresikan emosinya dengan baik. Anak berusaha menyesuaikan diri dalam berkomunikasi baik dengan teman sebaya dan orang yang lebih tua; (3) perkembangan psikomotorik yang dialami anak sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan motorik. Anak memiliki ketertarikan pada kegiatan yang mengharuskan anak beraktivitas fisik secara aktif. Kata kunci: perkembangan, psikologi, anak

Abstract

The study aimed to discover the effectiveness of training for trainers of peer counselors to improve gender awareness at two Islamic Universities in Banjarmasin City. The study employed a qualitative approach with the true experimental design in the form of a Pre-test Post-test Control Group Design. The study object was gender awareness. Data were collected using the gender awareness scale. The study was conducted in Banjarmasin on students of the Counseling Department of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin and Islamic University of Kalimantan Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary. The data were analyzed using a T-test. The study discovered that training for trainers of peer counselors is effective to improve gender awareness observed from the significant test difference between the experiment and control groups.

Abstract

Awareness of gender equality is required to achieve a higher quality campus life because every individual gets the same rights and opportunities. The ideal gender equality will improve the quality of education and teaching, including the quality of human resources on campus. This study aims to determine the level of awareness of gender equality of students of the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The data collection instrument uses a gender equality awareness questionnaire, covering 2 aspects, first; the concept and role of gender and second; gender inequality awareness. In general, there are 3 categories; students who have a low awareness of gender equality by 8.06%, medium by 86.08%, and high by 5.06%. The level of student understanding of gender roles and concepts is lower than the analysis aspect of gender inequality problems. This is because the concept and role of gender have not been properly internalised, although the understanding of gender inequality can be better understood. Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to test the validity of the California Brief Multicultural Competency Scale (CBMCS) on teacher guidance and counseling in Indonesia. CBMCS is a self-report instrument that measures multicultural competence, including: cultural knowledge, cultural awareness and non-ethnic knowledge. Validation was carried out with a sample of 316 guidance and counseling teachers spread throughout Indonesia. The results showed that CBMCS had a reliability index with Cronbach's Alpha of 0.896 and validity with factor analysis showed KMO and Bartlett's Test 0.883 with a significance of 0.000 and an anti-image correlation value 0.5. Formed 3 factors that can explain 59.435% of the variability. The factor loading of each item is greater than 0.5. The results of this study indicate that CBMCS can be used as a valid and reliable instrument for measuring multicultural competence in Indonesian teacher guidance and counseling. Keywords: factor analysis, CBMCS, cronbach's alpha, multicultural competence, guidance and counseling AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan uji validitas terhadap California Brief Multicultural Competency Scale (CBMCS) pada guru bimbingan dan konseling di Indonesia. CBMCS adalah instrumen laporan diri yang mengukur kompetensi multikultural, meliputi: pengetahuan budaya, kesadaran budaya dan pengetahuan non-etnis. Validasi dilakukan dengan jumlah sampel 316 orang guru bimbingan dan konseling yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CBMCS memiliki indeks reliabilitas dengan Cronbach's Alpha adalah 0,896 dan validitas dengan analisis faktor menunjukan KMO and Bartlett's Test 0,883 dengan signifikansi 0,000 dan nilai anti image korelasi 0,5. Terbentuk 3 faktor yang dapat menjelaskan 59,435% dari variabilitas. Muatan faktor (factor loading) dari setiap item lebih besar dari 0,5. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CBMCS dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen yang valid dan reliabel untuk pengukuran kompetensi multikultural pada guru bimbingan dan konseling di Indonesia. Kata Kunci: analisis faktor, CBMCS, cronbach's alpha, kompetensi multikultural, bimbingan dan konseling
