Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of identity crisis on adolescents due to online games in Simberuna Village, Sitellu Tali Urang Jehe District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive type of research that describes and explains in the form of an in-depth description and analysis of a real situation and situation, namely regarding "Identity Crisis in Adolescents Due to Online Games in Simberuna Village, Sitellu District, Tali Urang Jehe, Pakpak Bharat Regency". This type of descriptive research is more concerned with explaining the relationship between the symptoms and targets studied. The results obtained from this study are (1) Adolescents experience an identity crisis because they have problems with their ability to control emotions, have problems placing themselves with their peers, have problems with their appearance, and do not get the right figure to achieve a good self-identity because it is fun to play games online. (2) The impact caused by online games is being unable to make important decisions about themselves, reduced interest in learning from teenagers who are already addicted, often procrastinating work, and not socializing with the surrounding environment because they are engrossed in playing online games.

Abstract

By making it as content, this study sees the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game as a means for students who are undergoing muroja'ah and helps them in memorizing the Qur'an. The students can then improve their memorization of the Quran because they are so excited or entertained. The design and implementation of learning games about the Qur'an and the reasons for the establishment of the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Islamic Boarding School Citereup branch are the problems that are being researched. The idea and implementation of the Qur'an hafizh educational game at the Daarul Huffadz Indonesia Islamic Boarding School Citeureup branch is the subject of this qualitative research. Field research is this type of research. Data collection methods include documentation, interviews, and observations. The steps of Miles and Huberman data analysis are data collection, data reduction, and data presentation, which are then used in data analysis techniques. The findings of the study show that the educational game of hafizh Al-Qur'an is in the form of a guessing game including the title of the surah and related verses. Entertain, eliminate boredom, improve memory, engaging, and much more. During the implementation of the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game, students use laptops to solve puzzles to compose the names of the surahs in the Qur'an. In the verse continuation game, the ustadzah read one verse first, then continued by the Citeureup branch students in turn. The purpose of the Hāfizh Qur'an educational game is to keep students engaged, facilitate memorization, and encourage the next generation to remember the Qur'an through its content.

Abstract

This article discusses social values ​​in the Qur'an and their implications for character education in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. In the context of Islamic education, the Qur'an provides various values ​​that serve as a foundation in the formation of students' character. Through an analysis of the Al-Hujurat surah, especially verses 11-13, this study found that values ​​such as monotheism, morals, social responsibility, compassion, brotherhood, justice, and mutual respect are highly emphasized. These values ​​play an important role in shaping the character of students in madrasahs, which not only focus on academic aspects but also on moral and social development. This study identifies values ​​such as monotheism, morals, social responsibility, compassion, and tolerance as key elements in character education that can help students face moral challenges in modern society. Through a qualitative descriptive approach and literature review, this article analyzes how these values ​​can be internalized in the education curriculum in madrasahs. The results show that the application of Qur'anic values ​​not only improves students' intellectual intelligence but also strengthens their moral and social dimensions. Thus, character education based on the Qur'an has the potential to create a generation that is not only knowledgeable but also has noble morals and a commitment to goodness.

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the strategic role of political education in fostering an inclusive and participatory civil society in Indonesia. Political education is one of the important instruments to develop civic awareness, increase active citizen participation, and strengthen civil society as a democratic foundation. Through literature analysis and library research, it highlights the political education's role in shaping an autonomous, critical and contributive society towards sustainable democratic development. However, political education in Indonesia remains exposed to various challenges, such as limited participatory curricula, limited educational access, and pedagogical barriers. Consequently, innovative strategies and government policy support are needed to strengthen the effectiveness of political education as an effort to empower civil society in Indonesia. In doing so, the study proposes practical recommendations for policy makers, educational institutions and civil society organizations to strengthen citizens as agents of social change and enhance democracy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum based on thematic interpretation as a comprehensive strategy in responding to contemporary social problems. The research method used is a literature review, which includes the collection, analysis, and synthesis of various relevant theoretical and empirical sources. The results of the study indicate that the PAI curriculum based on thematic interpretation, which integrates a deep understanding of the verses of the Qur'an with actual social issues, can improve students' competence in mastering verse interpretation and strengthen educational science competence. This study reveals that the thematic approach in learning the Qur'an makes it easier for students to understand the material. In addition, this study offers strategic steps in implementing thematic interpretation learning, which is suitable for students with a general education background. The novelty of this study lies in the combination of the concept of thematic interpretation with contemporary social problems, which have not been widely explored in the context of the PAI curriculum.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengelola referensi model Mendeley dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa dalam mengutip referensi dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan mix method dengan desain eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perkembangan pemahaman mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Syiah Kuala dalam mengelola referensi model Mendeley dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil pendampingan mahasiswa dan survei yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa setelah mengikuti kegiatan coaching clinic, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 77,8% mahasiswa menjawab paham dan hanya sekitar 22,2% yang menjawab kurang paham. Hal ini berimplikasi terhadap mahasiswa agar terhindar dari plagiarisme dalam penulisan karya tulis ilmiah.
