The two great paradigms typically seen as two opposing are Islam and Psychology, which accumulate the cultural paradigm associated with mental health. Depending on the history, personality inside Islam and psychopathology has been present for centuries. Nowadays, Indonesia well-known as a great Muslim population, which means, the need for mental health service among Muslim society is paramount. Arising awareness of mental health issues and services has increased in the use of mental health services. Therefore, it is substantial that the psychological society at richly understand how Islamic principles can be integrated into psychotherapy. This observation tries to outlining strategies to incorporate the Islamic values into psychotherapy with adults, which the research concerning utilizing Islamic psychology principles with children and adolescents not properly utilizing.

In this era, information technology is growing rapidly and applied to almost aspects of life, including transportation. One of the applied technologies is the Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network (VANET). VANET defines as a smart transportation system, where a vehicle communicates with other vehicles to exchange information and recognizes road conditions simultaneosly in real time. VANET network is an ad-hoc network that does not have a fixed infrastructure and a rapidly changing network topology. This makes VANET network security vulnerable to various attacks both from inside and outside the network. This paper is intended to explain several comparison analysis of the AODV routing protokol without any attacks, with Blackhole and Jellyfish attacks, and was carried out with various speed of the node, that contains 80, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 220 km/hour. This research is simulated using Network Simulator 2 to model the network and use random mobility on nodes. The analysis is reviewed by using QoS parameters, such as Packet Delivery Ratio, Throughput, and Delay. The results of the simulation shows that the scenario of changes in speed of the node affects the performance of the VANET network. In normal scenario without any attacks, the highest PDR value is 98.00%, the Throughput is 128.16 kbps and the Delay is 39.05 ms. In scenario with the Blackhole attacks, it shows the highest PDR value is 64.25%, the Throughput is 84.03 kbps and the Delay is 521.14 ms. Furthermore, there is a scenario with Jellyfish attack, the highest PDR value is 61.39%, Throughput is 80.28 kbps and Delay is 641.47 ms. This can be concluded that the addition of attacks on the AODV routing protokol can affect its performance, as evidenced by the decrease in QoS quality on the VANET network that has been built.

This study aims to find out how the influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style on the Loyalty of Tobungin Village Officials, Tinangkung Selatan District, Banggai Kepulauan Regency. The research approach used is a quantitative qualitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 16 people. The type of data in this study is primary data. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all Tobungin Village Officials. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis, namely Y = 10,293 + 0,593 X, this shows a positive and unidirectional relationship. Calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.510 this value shows the closeness relationship between the independent variables, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style (X) with the dependent variable, namely the loyalty of village officials (Y) which is quite strong. The coefficient of determination (????2) is 0.260%, this figure indicates that the contribution of the independent variable, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style (X) to the dependent variable (Y) is 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Testing the hypothesis shows that the t value is 2.216 > from the t table is 2.145. This proves the independent variable, namely the Village Head's Leadership Style, has a significant (significant) effect on the loyalty variable of village officials

Students have different characteristics and a diversity of learning needs. Educators need to map students' learning needs according to students' learning abilities, interests and learning talents. Cognitive and non-cognitive diagnostic assessments make it easier for teachers to map students' learning needs through tests or expanded questionnaires. Diagnostic assessments are carried out with the aim of reviewing students' initial abilities in learning readiness. So it can be a solution in applying differentiated learning. The purpose of this observation is to analyze the number of diagnostic assessments as a benchmark for differentiated learning for Pancasila Education subjects in class IV. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This data was collected using non-participatory observation from carrying out cognitive diagnostic assessment tests. Data analysis techniques use the Milles and Huberman models, including value reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Research in class IV A. The results of the research show that educators have mapped groups based on students' learning readiness using cognitive diagnostic assessment tests. Groupings are made from developing, and advanced groups. Content differentiated learning can be applied to provide learning material based on proficiency level so that students' learning needs are met.

Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro Middle School is a private school that is currently developing in Metro City. There is a need to increase student achievement in academic matters, especially science olympiads, Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro Middle School has implemented olympiad guidance specifically for students who are talented in the field of science. Students' achievements in their respective science olympiads are very minimal, this is the focus point in the assistance we provide. The aim of accompanying the Olympics at Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro Middle School is to maximize the students' training process. This Olympic guidance is a manifestation of the school's collaboration with the service team. The school considers that there is a need for development of the dedication for olympiad guidance that has been implemented, namely in aspects of science problem solving strategies that teachers and students themselves need to know. This problem solving strategy is important to support students in participating in the Science Olympiad. The expected output from this service activity is an Olympic material module based on the Polya strategy as well as notes on the results of developing Science Olympiad Material for Muhamamdiyah Middle School At-Tanwir Metro.

This research investigated the engagement of fourth-grade students in Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning at SDN 5 North Metro. Findings revealed that a significant majority of students (21 out of 25) exhibited high levels of engagement, characterized by enthusiastic participation, focused attention, and a strong desire to learn. These students demonstrated resilience in overcoming challenges, actively sought clarification, and displayed positive learning habits. The teacher played a crucial role in fostering student engagement through the implementation of diverse and engaging instructional strategies, including creative learning activities and a well-structured reward system. However, a small subset of students (4 out of 25) displayed lower levels of engagement, struggling with complex concepts and finding IPAS learning less interesting. This research highlights the importance of creating a dynamic and inclusive learning environment that caters to the diverse needs and learning styles of all students. Strategies such as connecting abstract concepts to real-world applications and incorporating more flexible learning approaches are crucial to enhance the engagement and understanding of all students in IPAS learning.

This research was conducted to determine the influence between CRM and the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient unit of Majalengka Regional Hospital. This research is quantitative research using a questionnaire. The research results are explained using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The research results show that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of patient satisfaction in the inpatient room at Majalengka Regional Hospital. Meanwhile, the quality of health services has a significant positive influence on patient satisfaction. These findings indicate that hospitals need to improve CRM implementation, especially in the technology and communication aspects. Hospitals are advised to continue to concentrate and ensure that each staff carries out their role optimally. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara CRM dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien di unit rawat inap RSUD Majalengka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Customer Relationship Management (CRM) bepengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di ruang rawat inap RSUD Majalengka. Sementara itu, kualitas pelayanan kesehatan bepengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rumah sakit perlu memperbaiki implementasi CRM, terutama dalam aspek teknologi dan komunikasi. Rumah sakit disarankan untuk terus memantau dan memastikan bahwa setiap staf menjalankan peran mereka secara optimal.

Conjunctivitis is an inflammation of the conjunctiva commonly affecting individuals of all ages. In Indonesia, its rising prevalence raises concerns due to its impact on quality of life and potential for community transmission. This program aimed to improve public awareness and prevention of conjunctivitis, particularly in the Puskesmas area. Cause analysis was conducted using Blum’s Paradigm, with data collected via a mini-survey. Problem prioritization applied the non-scoring Delphi method, and root causes were identified using a fishbone diagram. The intervention focused on health education and proper handwashing demonstrations. Evaluation was conducted using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle and a continuous monitoring system. Results showed an increase in post-test scores following education sessions, indicating improved community understanding of proper hand hygiene to prevent conjunctivitis transmission. The initiative is expected to continue as part of community health promotion and prevention efforts.
