Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang paling umum dialami oleh kelompok lanjut usia dan berisiko menimbulkan komplikasi serius jika tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Penanganan hipertensi tidak hanya terbatas pada pengobatan farmakologis, tetapi juga memerlukan pendekatan non-farmakologis seperti aktivitas fisik dan konsumsi bahan alami. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengendalian tekanan darah melalui senam hipertensi dan demonstrasi pembuatan jus seledri serta mentimun di Puskesmas Sepatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif partisipatif yang melibatkan lansia anggota Prolanis dalam sesi penyuluhan, senam hipertensi, dan praktik langsung pembuatan jus herbal. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya penurunan tekanan darah pada sebagian besar peserta. Sebelum intervensi, sebanyak 62.5% peserta berada pada kategori hipertensi, dan setelah intervensi menurun menjadi 18.8%, sementara prehipertensi meningkat dari 34.4% menjadi 78.1%. Kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap cara mengelola hipertensi secara mandiri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi senam hipertensi dan konsumsi jus seledri-mentimun merupakan intervensi sederhana yang efektif dan layak direplikasi dalam upaya promotif-preventif di masyarakat.

Abstract

Mathematics learning in elementary schools continues to face various challenges, particularly because many mathematical concepts are abstract and difficult for students to understand. Observations conducted in Grade III Bilal bin Rabbah at Muhammadiyah Sang Pencerah Elementary School, Metro City, revealed that students perceive mathematics as a difficult and uninteresting subject and that existing learning media are insufficient to help them understand mathematical concepts concretely. This study aims to develop an interactive mathematics storybook as a learning medium for the topic of length measurement and to determine the validity and practicality of the developed product. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE development model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product was created using Canva as an illustrated storybook equipped with interactive activities, simple challenges, and QR codes linking to instructional videos. The results showed that the developed interactive mathematics storybook achieved an average validation score of 83% (highly valid), consisting of 81% from material experts, 84% from media experts, and 86% from language experts. Furthermore, the practicality test yielded scores of 90% from teachers and 96% from students (highly practical). These findings indicate that the product meets criteria for content validity, media design, language quality, and ease of use, making it suitable and practical for elementary mathematics instruction. Abstract

Neighborhood association is an organizing structure in which the Indonesian government recognizes and fosters to assist administrative tasks in building communities at the village and sub-district levels. But on RT. 003 RW. 001 Ciliwung Kemirimuka Depok City there are various problems in the management of population data and its services which consist of traditional filings into a general ledger used as physical archives so that they are vulnerable to damage and often loss of population data and cause inaccuracies in the number of population data who move, experiencing death, and residents who came. The purpose of this study is to build a population data administration system into an integrated application whose data can be stored into a database to help the service process that can be managed easily. The method used by the Research and Development (R&D) method to create products is in the form of an administrative application for RT.003 RW.001 Ciliwung Kemirimuka Depok City population data collection. The results of this study can be used for population data collection applications by RT.003 RW.001 officers as a user so it does not require more time and data search can be done easily.
