Abstract

The purpose of thɩs study, to present regɩstratɩon ɩnformatɩon members of the cooperatɩve, the procedure save, borrow and the procedure for payment of loan ɩnstallment as well as provɩde ɩnformatɩon the remaɩnder of the loan on the members of the cooperatɩve. The research method used wɩth the data collectɩon methods ɩnclude lɩterature study, observatɩon, and ɩntervɩew, and then desɩgn method used ɩs the SDLC (System Development Lɩfe Cycle) wɩth the waterfall model. The results of research conducted by the author ɩn Cooperatɩve Employees of PT Ɩnfɩneon Batam ɩs a need for an applɩcatɩon-based ɩnformatɩon systems VB.Net 2008 to support the actɩvɩtɩes of the cooperatɩve, especɩally ɩn the servɩces on ɩts members. Based on the research results, ɩt can be concluded that the present ɩnformatɩon regɩstratɩon of members of cooperatɩves, the free use of savɩng and credɩt Cooperatɩves of Employees of PT Ɩnfɩneon Batam whɩch was done by hand wrɩtɩng ɩn a large book, but wɩth thɩs applɩcatɩon ɩs not requɩred return and the presence of the database as well as ɩntegrated on the app VB.Net 2008.

Abstract

Today the development of technology is growing very rapidly. The existence of the development of information technology is able to facilitate the activities in daily life. In every agency in general has applied information technology to help improve the performance of its activities. PT Asus Service Indonesia Batam is one company engaged in the field of electronic customer Service. The company only serves repair and component testing, such as motherboards on laptops and PCs as well as maintenance and development of electronic components. PT ASID still lacks responses about the complaints of its employees, such as limited requests for tools (tool) and some Service companies that are less adequate, resulting in hampering work processes and employee performance. To overcome this problem, the author designed a web-based m-Feedback application to facilitate employees in giving complaints and to find out how to implement m-Feedback application on PT Asus Service Indonesia Batam . The research method used is waterfall method consisting of needs analysis , design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance. The result of this research is web design m-Feedback application at PT Asus Service Indonesia Batam, where the application can facilitate the company in obtaining Feedback information provided by the employees quickly and accurately and facilitate the employees to deliver Feedback to the company.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out is in the form of fostering the preparation of financial reports and marketing empowerment based on e-commerce for small and medium-sized enterprises of bank sampah Mandiri. Based on the results of interviews in the field, this Mandiri Garbage Bank UKM has problems in marketing production and financial records. The methods used in coaching the SME Bank Sampah Mandiri that will be provided are survey methods, The results of the SME service feel that there is still a need for adjustments to the preparation of financial statements with financial accounting standards for entities without public accountability, there has been a separation of financial reports that have been commonly prepared by SMEs through business profits and personal cash and the availability of SME social media pages that are run by participants and understand it. about what to do with the page to maximize sales.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang kondisi tata kelola teknologi informasi di Kantor Pemerintahan Kota Tanjung Pinang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Kantor Pemerintahan Kota Tanjung Pinang telah menerapkan tata kelola TI yang baik. Fokus Penelitian ini hanya pada 2 dominan COBIT 5.0 yaitu PO dan ME terdiri dari 80 detailed control objective sementara domain AI dan DS telah dinilai memenuhi standar pengelolaan teknologi informasi yang baik yaitu pada level 3 (defined). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner, wawancara dan obervasi secara langsung. Ketiga metode tersebut berpatokan pada model COBIT 5.0. Hasil pengolahan data akan digunakan untuk mencari kelemahan-kelemahan yang terdapat pada setiap domain. Temuan kelemahan atau masalah akan di bandingkan dengan kondisi ideal  yang telah di  tetapkan  COBIT 5.0 pada setiap levelnya, sehingga dapat diketahui rekomendasi yang cocok untuk diterapkan. Masalah utama yang ditemui adalah manajemen belum memahami arti pentingnya investasi pada bidang teknologi informasi, manajemen risiko yang belum dikelola dengan baik, dan kemampuan SDM yang masih kurang. Sehingga mengakibatkan kontrol teknologi menjadi lemah, biaya teknologi informasi yang tinggi tidak disertai dengan nilai balik dalam menigkatkan  efektifitas, efisiensi dan keuntungan.

Abstract

The development of the world of technology and information today requires us to always have information and manage the information itself, no wonder if now many organizations pay attention to the processing of information systems they have. Coupled with the support of technology such as computers that become supporters in data processing to produce information needed an organization quickly and accurately, as well as the increasing number of human resources capable of performing data processing. In PT Indosat Mega Media Regional West can not be said to manage the information well because the processing of data disturbance reports and calculation of customer restitution is still considered very slow in the presentation of information. In addition, the resulting information is less than optimal, ineffective and inefficient. This happens because the data processing data disturbance at PT Indosat Mega Media Regional West still use semi-manual system, where there is no information system that can perform data access, delivery of information and data storage in a database, in this case data disturbance and customer restitution . It is on this basis that the authors do research and design a database oriented application program capable of performing data interruption of the internet on the work function of NOC (Network Operation Center) in PT Indosat Mega Media West Regional.

Abstract

Survey dilapangan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keahlian atau skill dibidang akuntansi serta memakan biaya untuk pembelian peralatan komputer dan software pada sistem komputerisasi pada badan-badan usaha kecil tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembinaan Usaha Kecil Menengah Snack Dan Cookies Kota Batam yang akan diberikan yaitu metode survei, metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode latihan. Tujuan dari hasil kegiatan pembinaan yaitu diharapkan UKM Snack dan Cookies mampu memahami pencatatan serta tujuan dalam catatan laporan keuangan, mampu menganalisis dan membuat laporan keuangan secara mandiri sesuai dengan siklus akuntansi setiap periodenya, mampu menyusun laporan keuangan dengan bantuan program ABSS, dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UKM Snack dan Cookies. Hasil dari pengabdian UKM merasakan masih perlu penyesuaian terhadap penyusunan laporan keuangan yang berstandar akuntansi keuangan entitas tanpa akuntabilitas publik untuk penginputan data keuangan dengan aplikasi ABSS Accounting untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UKM.

Abstract

Community service for tofu and tempeh SMEs provides knowledge and direction in formulating strategies for facing competition and being able to anticipate various conditions. The goal is that the business to be run has a competitive advantage, creates and maintains superior performance, and knows competitors' strengths; we should be aware of internal and external conditions. The method carried out through the balanced scorecard strategy will look at business performance from various perspectives: financial (financial), customer strategy, process, learning, and growth strategies. This strategy is made in the form of a SPACE matrix with several variables in the evaluation matrix of internal factors such as financial strength and competitiveness while evaluating external factors such as environmental stability and industrial strength. So that we can find out what types exist in SMEs, whether they are aggressive, conservative, defensive, or competitive, this is the first step for SMEs to determine a long-term strategy. This step is made as a process to generate alternative strategies, choosing what strategy to do so that the goals of SMEs know this is going well. His research on tofu and tempeh SMEs have made conditions for external and internal factors so that 2.6 is obtained for the EFE matrix while the IFE matrix is 2.53. Furthermore, the internal is in moderate condition. --- Pengabdian masyarakat terhadap UKM tahu tempe memberikan ilmu pengetahuan dan arahan menyusun strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan dan mampu mengantisipasi dalam berbagai kondisi. Tujuannya diharapkan usaha yang akan dijalankan memiliki keunggulan kompetitif, menciptakan dan mempertahankan kinerja unggul, dan mengetahui apa kekuatan pesaing, hendaknya kita menyadari kondisi internal maupun kondisi eksternal Metode yang dilakukan  melalui strategi balance scorecard akan melihat kinerja usaha berbagai perspektif Keuangan (finansial), strategi Pelanggan, proses, selanjutnya strategi pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Strategi ini dibuat dalam bentuk yang matrik SPACE dengan beberapa variabel  yang  ada  pada  matrik evaluasi faktor internal seperti kekuatan finansial, kompetitif sedangkan evaluasi faktor eksternal seperti  stabilitas  lingkungan  dan kekuatan industri. Sehingga kita bisa mengetahui tipe apa yang ada pada UKM tahu tersebut apakah termasuk agresif, konservatif, devensif ataupun Kompetitif. Ini merupakan langkah awal UKM untuk menentukan strategi jangka panjang, langkah ini dibuat sebagai proses untuk menghasilkan strategi alternatif, memilih strategi apa yang akan dilakukan sehingga tujuan dari UKM tahu ini berjalan dengan baik.  Pelaksanaan pengabdian pada UKM tahu tempe ini sudah dibuatkan kondisi faktor eksternal maupun internalnya sehingga diperoleh 2,6 untuk matrik EFE sedangkan pada matrik IFE diperoleh 2,53 dapat dilihat kondisi ini terletak pada kuadran V yaitu sedang yang artinya bahwa respon UKM tahu dan tempe terhadap factor eksternal maupun internal ini dalam kondisi sedang.

Abstract

Indonesia confirmed its first case of infection with the corona virus that causes Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various countermeasures have been carried out by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. Indonesia's economic activity was hampered due to Covid-19 which ultimately had an impact on state revenues. Likewise, the city of Batam, which is one of the cities in the Riau Archipelago district, the city of Batam, which incidentally is located on the border with neighboring Singapore and Malaysia, is of course an advantage, one of which is in the economic sector, but since Covid-19 hit and access has become limited in various fields. and the situation is that the income of Batam residents has greatly decreased which has had a huge impact on the people's economy coupled with the increase in layoff rates which has exacerbated the situation. This community service activity aims to provide digital marketing training to young men and women who are starting a home industry in one of the residential areas in the city of Batam. Due to the impact of the pandemic, the activities of residents engaged in home industry businesses have also been affected, therefore we, as educators, through community service activities, go out into the field with the aim of providing knowledge in the form of digital marketing training with the aim that this home industry can awaken and develop return to business that had died down.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe material provided in this guidance is divided into 3 groups, there are Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Paint. Activities are carried out based on the division level of the ability/skill of each teacher. Teachers who have been adept grouped separately from the teacher who still lay on the computer so that the coaching is intensive. Teachers who still lay be guided and accompanied by the instructor ranging from the procedure turn on the computer, opening files, saving files, using the mouse, typing basic, introduction computer parts up on the procedure to turn off the computer. The methods applied in this activity is the Method of Presentation, Demonstration and Practice. The method of Presentation used for the introduction of software using Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. The results of this study are: First, the Training provided some of the materials associated with efforts to improve the quality of learning by giving knowledge about the use of the Program PowerPoint to create interactive games as learning media multimedia ICT-based attractive and interactive, Second, the Material presented can be accepted, digested, and understood the participant well, the Third, the Activity takes place smoothly, on time and as expected. Keywords: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Paint. ABSTRAKMateri yang diberikan dalam pembinaan ini terbagi menjadi 3 kelompok, yaitu kelompok  Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint dan Microsoft Paint. Kegiatan dilakukan berdasarkan pembagian tingkat kemampuan/skill masing - masing guru. Guru yang telah mahir dikelompokkan tersendiri dari guru yang masih awam tentang komputer supaya pembinaan lebih intensif. Guru yang masih awam dibimbing dan ditemani instruktur mulai dari prosedur menyalakan komputer, membuka file, menyimpan file, menggunakan mouse, mengetik dasar, pengenalan bagian-bagian komputer sampai pada prosedur mematikan komputer. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah Metode Presentasi, Demonstrasi dan Praktik. Metode Presentasi digunakan untuk pengenalan software menggunakan Microsoft PowerPoint 2010. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Pertama, Pelatihan memberikan beberapa materi yang terkait dengan upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan pemberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan Program PowerPoint untuk membuat game interaktif sebagai media pembelajaran multimedia berbasis TIK yang atraktif dan interaktif, Kedua, Materi yang disajikan dapat diterima, dicerna, dan dipahami peserta dengan baik, Ketiga, Kegiatan berlangsung lancar, tepat waktu dan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Kata Kunci: Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, dan Microsoft Paint.

Abstract

Pertambah jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah tetapi lahan yang tersedia untuk hunian semakin berkurang, munculkan alternatif rumah susun sebagai tempat tinggal. Rumah susun dianggap lebih mudah untuk dijangkau untuk kalangan menengah karena mampu mefasilitasi tempat tinggal dengan harga yang lebih murah. Biasanya dalam satu kompleks rusun biasanya diisi oleh banyak keluarga. Pada kondisi covid ini adanya alih fungsi rumah dari tempat tinggal yang juga dimanfaatkan menjadi tempat kerja memerlukan banyak sekali penyesuaian termasuk memerhatikan kondisi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) pada lingkungan rumah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan situasi dan wawancara dengan mitra, terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra seperti urangnya pemahaman mitra tentang budaya K3 pada lingkungan rusun seperti resiko bahaya yang dapat ditimbulkan. Selain itu minimnya fasilitas yang dapat digunakan pada lingkungan rusun apabila terjadinya kecelakaan atau bahaya lainnya. Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilakukan pada januari sampai maret 2021. Dengan serangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan mulai dari pemberian materi hingga kegitan evaluasi. Meskipun terlihat aman masih saja ditemukan beberapa potensi bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian dan kecelakaan bagi penghuni rusunawa
