Abstract

Semakin ketatnya persaingan di pasar global, kebutuhan untuk menguasai dan menggunakan teknologi menjadi semakin mendesak. Selain itu, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang sistem informasi dan komputer juga menjadi hambatan dalam menghadapi persaingan global, terutama melalui platform pemasaran e-commerce yang lebih dikenal dalam usaha dan pasar konvensional. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk membina dan memberdayakan kelompok UKM dengan pendekatan teknologi dan pemasaran digital.Mitra pada kegiatan ini yaitu UKM KUBE Jasmine yang berlokasi di Jl. Raya Kav. Lama, Sungai Lekop, Kec. Sagulung, Kota Batam, dengan jumlah peserta pelatihan sebanyak 25 orang, metode yang akan diterapkan meliputi survei, ceramah, diskusi, dan latihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa pembinaan pemberdayaan kelompok UKM berbasis teknologi dan pemasaran digital untuk UKM KUBE Jasmine memiliki beberapa pencapaian yaitu Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan, Peningkatan Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi, Peningkatan Efisiensi dan Akurasi Pencatatan Keuangan, Pengembangan Strategi Pemasaran yang Efektif dan Peningkatan Daya Saing dan Pertumbuhan Usaha. Melalui pembinaan, anggota UKM KUBE Jasmine memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi dan pemasaran digital, serta memahami pentingnya pencatatan keuangan yang akurat.

Abstract

Persaingan dalam menjalankan bisnis saat ini sangat ketat, instansi yang tidak menggunakan teknologi akan tertinggal dari pesaingnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengadopsi teknologi, termasuk penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam proses bisnis toko, ini akan membantu operasi bisnis untuk bekerja secara efisien dan efektif, termasuk menyimpan, mengelola dan memperoleh informasi seperti data pesanan, data penjualan. yang membantu pengambilan keputusan, mendukung secara signifikan. Kelola keputusan dan bantu calon pelanggan mendapatkan informasi yang lebih akurat dan lebih cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu toko yang sedang berkembang di Kota Batam bernama Nato PC. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem yang disebut waterfall dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework Codeigniter, metode ini untuk mengelola proyek pengembangan aplikasi, sangat populer dan sangat berguna untuk membangun aplikasi dengan cepat, tidak lupa membuat grafik hasil proyek dan melekat pada desain rinci, perencanaan implementasi, pembuatan kode dan pengujian sistem. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Sistem Informasi Penjualan Komputer Berbasis Codeigniter Framework Pada Nato PC yang saat ini dibutuhkan untuk penjualan terbukti lebih efektif dan efisien daripada sistem pengarsipan lama dalam hal proses bisnis untuk pengarsipan, pengolahan data dan mendapatkan informasi yang relevan. Informasi saat membuat keputusan bisnis dan membantu prospek untuk dapatkan informasi dengan cepat, akurat, dan akurat yang dibutuhkan bisnis. Abstract

Abstrak Perusahaan ini telah memiliki system informasi absensi untuk mencatat kehadiran karyawannya menggunakan mesin sidik jari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan untuk mencari permasalahan yangmuncul dalam proses system informasi absensi untuk memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk memperbaiki manajemen TI yangada. Selama penelitian, penulis menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 4.1, dengan fokus pada domain ME, yangterdiri dari subdivisi ME1, ME2, ME3 ME4. Hasil Survei Frekuensi Maturitas System Informasi menggunakan proses-proses yangterdapat pada subsektor ME1 yangmemiliki nilai pembulatan sampai dengan 3, subsektor ME2 yangmemiliki nilai pembulatan sampai dengan 3, ME3. subdomain dengan nilai 3 dibulatkan subdomain ME4 dengan nilai 3 dibulatkan. Pada kematangan TI Level 3, perusahaan harus mengevaluasi setiap proses atau prosedur system; solusi perbaikan harus dilakukan secara konsisten sampai system dalam kondisi optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat kematangan TI saat ini (sebagaimana adanya), dengan rata-rata peringkat 3 (proses yangdisetujui), hanya 2 (proses yangdikelola) kematangan domain pemantauan. Deliver, Service Support domain, kemudian Friends hasil kematangan teknologi informasi untuk memberikan saran perbaikan perusahaan. Perusahaan menerima benchmark kematangan TI berdasarkan COBIT 4.1, serta rekomendasi yangdapat diikuti dalam perusahaan untuk perbaikan di masa mendatang. Abstract

Technological advancements have significantly transformed the way people seek information, including in choosing electronic products such as laptops. However, consumers often face difficulties in making decisions due to the wide variety of laptops available, each with different specifications and price ranges. This study aims to design and implement a chatbot based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) that can automatically provide laptop recommendations according to users' needs. The chatbot is designed to understand users' queries in natural language and deliver relevant responses, such as laptop recommendations based on price ranges or specific needs like gaming, graphic design, or daily work. The development process utilizes NLP methods with machine learning algorithms to train the model to understand the context and intent of user inputs. The testing results show that the chatbot can provide recommendations that align with user requirements with a high level of accuracy. Moreover, the chatbot simplifies the process of obtaining information efficiently, thereby enhancing user experience in selecting electronic products. Future development may include expanding the laptop dataset, adding comparison features, and integrating with e-commerce platforms to deliver a more comprehensive solution.

Abstract

One of the benefits of information technology in developing SMEs for entrepreneurs is to accelerate business processes, where the use of information technology is done because technology is able to overcome the problem of distance and time needed in a business process. Where in the implementation of its work is still simple in the form of application manuals and assisted by Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for documents. This resulted in the supply chain management process being ineffective and inefficient. As a solution to the problem, the author makes an application and integrated supply chain system based on the car in the M Sembako case study. The research method used is a system development approach which consists of a feasibility study and system design. The results obtained from research in the form of supply chain information systems using Android-based Programming on SMEs in Batam where this system can be more easily implemented and more easily understood by users so that it can produce information that is fast, precise and accurate.

Abstract

The implementation of community service activities that will be carried out in the form of fostering E-Commerce-Based Marketing Empowerment which is located at Rindang Garden Blok B2 No. 04 Buliang Batu Aji Village, Batam. Based on the results of interviews in the field that Rafflesia SMEs have problems marketing their products. In general, SMEs have limitations in mastering the use of information technology facilities plus marketing media that are less well known by the public. SMEs or conventional entrepreneurs consider accounting records to be a hassle. The training method used is to provide training on training using an online website. The methods used in the development of Rafflesia UKM that will be given are survey methods, lecture methods, discussion methods and training methods. The sustainability of the results of the coaching activities is that Rafflesia SMEs are expected to be able to manage marketing through web-based e-commerce.

Abstract

The development of Early Childhood Education institutions in various forms of Early Childhood Education services such as: TK, KB, TPA, SPS shows the increasing awareness of the community about the importance of education according to the stage of development from an early age. The increase in the number of Early Childhood Education service institutions is followed by the need for an increase in the number of PAUD educators. The need for educators is not only related to the number but also related to quality. Coaching educators in relation to increasing the ability of educators to provide early childhood education services that are in accordance with the needs of children's growth and development is a step taken by the Directorate of Early Childhood Education Development. Coaching is carried out through various strategies and practical activity programs. One of the patterns of fostering PAUD educators and education personnel is through the Early Childhood Education Cluster (PAUD Group). The Early Childhood Education Cluster is a strategic forum built from, by and for educators and education staff. Management, programs, forms of activities are planned, developed, and implemented to meet the needs of improving the teaching profession in accordance with the needs of members.

Abstract
