Abstract

The expert system is one tangible manifestation of the development of artificial intelligence which can be useful in assisting problem solving to obtain effective results in the process of determining a diagnostic decision. The expert system itself adopts expert knowledge in a field then provides diagnostic output in accordance with the expert's knowledge in solving diagnostic problems. The problems raised are the topic of this research to be resolved using an expert system, namely solving the problem of uncertainty in the diagnosis of Hepatomegaly which is experienced by the general public so that it must require the assistance of an alhi who is called an expert in diagnosing Hepatomegaly. Hepatomegaly is an increase in the size of the liver. This condition generally occurs due to disease in the liver, one of which is hepatitis. But it could also be due to other diseases. The expert system method applied in this study is to obtain accurate diagnosis results in accordance with the expert knowledge of diagnosis of Hepatomegaly, namely the Fuzy Logic Sugeno method. Fuzy Logic Sugeno which is used in expert systems in this study works to find an accurate diagnostic solution to the problem of uncertainty in the initial diagnosis of Hepatomegaly. The expert system for diagnosing Hepatomegaly in this study was built using the Visual Basic Net 2008 programming language and using the MySQL database as a data storage space for this expert system. The results of this study are expected to be an alternative application that can solve the problems of diagnosing Hepatomegaly in the future.Keywords: Expert System, Diagnosis, Hepatomegaly, Fuzzy Logic Sugeno

Abstract

In a company, the choice of vendor cooperation is quite important. The accuracy in choosing this vendor cooperation can affect the level of profit or loss felt by a company. This resulted in the company's management making maximum efforts in determining this vendor's cooperation in order to get the right choice. Because of this, the authors will create a decision support system that can be used as a reference in choosing vendor cooperation. The method that will be used by the writer in this research is using ROC (Rank Order Centroid) and WASPAS (Weight Aggregate Sum Product Assessment). With the application of these two methods, it is hoped that the maximum selection results will be obtained in determining vendor cooperation. Abstract

The strategy used by motorcycle workshop management is through software applications with information systems to obtain a new innovation. In the process of selling goods, it is expected to provide benefits for those who use information technology because it can improve sales quality by providing services and recommendations to sellers and buyers. can even provide promotions. For this reason, the application of the association rules analysis application was developed in finding patterns of the combination of relationships between item-sets and for processing data on the accumulation of sales of workshop tools so far unknown for use so that the accumulated data was mined and information extracted and extracted information which is useful or called data mining is then extracted and interpreted by the pattern of sales trend of tools to improve services that are often sold using the FP-Growth algorithm. FP-Growth is an alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (Frequent Item Set) in a set of data and uses the concept of building trees in the search for Frequent Item Sets. This research was conducted by observing the variable data of equipment repairing equipment to improve service.

Abstract

Online learning is a learning process that is carried out without face to face, but at a distance that utilizes communication and information technology that utilizes the internet. The emergence of the online learning process provides considerable benefits, both for the manager of the information system and for students and students. Currently, the development of online learning is becoming popular among schools and universities. This is caused by the corona virus or what is often called Covid-19. Covid-19 is one of the viruses that first emerged and developed in China, especially in the city of Wuhan. Initially this virus only infects a few people, but in fact this virus can move places or can be transmitted through direct contact with the sufferer. This virus has infected the whole world so this is an international problem that must be addressed. Various efforts have been made, one of which is in the field of education. The closure of schools and colleges is an effort made to break the chain of development of COVID-19, so that the teaching and learning process is carried out online. In this study, an analysis of student satisfaction assessment will be carried out on the online learning process using the existing methods in data mining. Data mining has several algorithms that are used to solve these problems, one of which is the C5.0 algorithm. The result of this study is to find out the results of the satisfaction assessment of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) which is engaged in shipping services. To face this business competition, a company must improve the quality of service to obtain customer satisfaction and maintain the smoothness and progress of the business. The improvement of the service process for the company cannot be separated from the role and contribution of a manager in the company. So that the feasibility of the performance of a manager must of course be considered and also assessed. To see the feasibility of a PT. Pos Indonesia manager doing a performance assessment. To get accurate performance appraisal results, a decision support system is carried out using the WASPAS method. Where the WASPAS method is considered appropriate to determine the best technician because it performs ranking based on predetermined criteria values. It is hoped that this research can help get effective results. In the study, it was found that managers were still eligible to be in the occupied positions

Abstract

Account Officers are the main part that handles credit analysis and are required to have expertise and skills and have mastery of theoretical knowledge. The process of accepting an Account Officer (AO) is often a problem that needs to be dealt with, so far the process of accepting an Account Officer (AO) depends only on the administrative aspects or it can be said to be merely file selection without regard that applicants have the ability in that position. The need to get employees working as Account Officers (AO) is not an easy problem, many problems can be solved by using SPK. The method used in the Account Officer acceptance decision support system is the extended promethee II (EXPROM II) method. Exprom II is one of the methods of determining the order or priority in multi-criteria analysis. Exprom II compares one alternative to another and calculates the distance, the difference in alternative pairs in order to produce an output that is alternative ranking based on the highest flow value. It is hoped that the results of this study can help the bank in North Sumatra in determining the account officer who is suitable to work at the bank in North Sumatra

Abstract

The performance of a teacher is an outcome that is demanded by the School Principal in awarding a teacher who is at a formal level of education. In producing effective decisions on performance ratings, it is, of course, necessary to use a computer-based information system, this is known as the Decision Support System. In order for the resulting decisions to be better, using methods that can process existing data so that the method used is able to produce a final report in the form of a decision. At SD IT Al-Munadi Marelan-Medan, so far not using computer applications to help decision-makers to rank teacher performance. Although all this time the needs of the school principal are reports on the performance of teachers in schools. In the research that the authors conducted using a combination of AHP and WASPAS methods which are expected to improve the results of decisions on teacher performance ranking.

Abstract

Automatic Teller Machine or better known as ATM is a tool used in the banking world for cash withdrawal transactions, cash deposits, balance check transfers and for various types of bill payments made to serve customers who can operate 24 hours a day without the service of a person. teller. However, Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) is very susceptible to damage and it takes a long time to find out the damage. Naïve Bayes is a method for generating parameter estimates by combining various available information from samples and other information that has been previously available and has a high success rate of calculation by taking a statistical approach to inference and induction on classification problems which uses conditional probability as the basis. Based on the results of the application of the expert system algorithm, the Naive Bayes Method is suitable for designing a damage detection system for ATM machines, the system built can help Indonesian Sharia Banks in Diagnosing ATM machine damage using the Naïve Bayes Method.

Abstract

Warehouse staff is a job related to the storage of goods for production or production. Therefore, the person who occupies the position is required to have certain criteria. However, during this time, the warehouse head of PT. Royal Abadi Sejahtera has experienced difficulties in the process of accepting warehouse staff, because there are many applicants who come to apply and do not meet the expected criteria. The problem faced in this research is that the company is still doing the selection by looking at prospective staff willing to work, the work does not only require a level of willingness to work, but has skills, education, work experience, attitude in work and good communication. Decision Support System is a system that is used to assist in the decision-making process in an organization. In the process the Decision Support System uses several methods used in the decision-making process and one of them is the MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method and the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) method for the weighting process. The benefits that the author wants to achieve in this study are to assist the company in facilitating the process of accepting warehouse staff as input for companies in making decisions using a decision support system to provide a more objective assessment resulting from the Decision Support System.

Abstract

This study examines the selection of Generation Planning Ambassadors (GenRe) subjectively assessed so that there are several candidates who have the same weighting criteria values, making it difficult for the committee to determine which one is the best. Generation Planning (GenRe) in Pangakalan Koto Baru District by using a decision support system by applying the profile matching method. The final result of the research will be able to simplify the work of the selection process for the Generation Planned Ambassador (GenRe). This method compares the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that the difference in competence (GAP), the smaller (GAP) ) is generated, the greater the value weight, which means it has a greater chance of being recommended for selection. There are 5 (five) criteria used for this calculation, namely Public Speaking, English, Insight, Attitude, and Initiative. The results of this study were carried out by assessing based on ranking using the Profile Matching method, from the 9 (nine) prospective ambassadors there were 2 (two) male ambassador candidates and 7 (Seven) female ambassador candidates. Of the male ambassador candidates, the highest score was Fadlan Ikhsan with a score of 4.48 and the lowest was Rafli Jasna Aziz with a score of 3.48. And for female ambassador candidates with the highest score is Syakina Aulia with a score of 5 and the lowest score is Gisti Rahmatika with a score of 3.5. The results of the ranking of the planned generation of ambassadors are seen from the highest score
