Abstract

PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is a distributor company engaged in the marketing of goods sales, the goods sold or marketed are heavy equipment types such as the Shark Komprssor machine. Maintenance on the compressor machine is usually carried out by a technician, in which case PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa selects the best technicians and also rewards technicians who will be the best alternative. The selection of the best compressor technician is done to help improve the technician's work power so that it becomes even better than the previous one. To assist the determination or selection in determining someone who deserves to be the best compressor engine technician, a decision support system is needed, and there are lots of criteria that every technician must have as a condition to become the best compressor engine technician. In this study, a case will be raised, namely looking for the best alternative based on predetermined criteria by applying the Profile Matching method. This method compares the actual data value of a profile to be assessed with the expected profile value, so that the difference in competence (GAP) can be seen. selected alternative, so that it can be used by each party in supporting the progress of the organization or company in achieving its goals through making the best decisions. The result of the Decision Support System for the Selection of the Best Mechanical Technician at PT. Mitra Tunggal Perkasa is alternative A2 with a value of 4,755 in the name of "Satish Kumar".

Abstract

This e-module was developed based on problems that occur during the learning process, the teaching materials used are still not optimal and some materials are not following the characteristics of students and learning objectives. Students are also less active in participating in the learning process and cannot collaborate in solving a problem, so it is necessary to develop relevant and innovative Project-Based Learning-Based Interactive E-Modules to help students more easily understand learning materials, be active in the learning process, and improve independence in learning. The method used in this research is research and development (R&D) by adopting the 4D (Four-D) development model which includes 4 steps, namely: define, design, develop, and disseminate. By definition five activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Initial analysis, 2) Student analysis, 3) Task analysis, 4) Concept analysis and 5) Formulation of learning objectives. In the design four activities must be carried out, namely: 1) Preparation of test standards, 2) Selection of media, 3) Selection of formats, and 4) Initial design. In development two steps must be done, namely: 1) Expert assessment, and 2) Development trial. And the last is dissemination, this stage is the dissemination stage to promote the product developed so that it is accepted by users, individuals, groups, and systems. The results of the research and development of project-based learning-based interactive e-modules can be seen from the validity tests of both media and materials that have been carried out with an average media validity value of 0.86 (valid), and an average material validity value of 0.78 (valid).

Abstract

The rapid development of technology today is very possible for the occurrence of various forgeries and frauds that are carried out to take profits unilaterally. One of them is the falsification of a certificate of appreciation that canbe easily carried out by irresponsible parties. An award certificate is an important file that proves theachievements of a person in a particular activity or competition. This is what gives rise to a lot of people who tryto forge certificates of appreciation for their personal interests, both work and education. Therefore, a system isneeded to test the authenticity of the award charter. With a series of testing steps carried out, it can be concludedwhether the award certificate is authentic or not. To avoid falsification of document files, it is necessary to applya digital signature with a cryptographic method. Digital signatures or better known as digital signatures can helptest the authentication of a document, especially a certificate of appreciation. When the digital signature has beenapplied to the award certificate, the award recipient can check whether the file is authentic or has been modified.The application of digital signatures goes through 2 stages, namely the signing and verification process. Signingis the stage of forming a digital signature by combining the SHA-3 and ElGamal algorithms. The authenticity ofthe file can be seen by carrying out the verification process, which is the process of comparing the hash value ofthe received file with the actual file hash value. This research produces an analyzation about process ofauthentication using digital signature.

Abstract

Document files with the .RTF format are files that are quite often used but have a fairly large size. Large file sizes often experience problems when sending files where the sending process can take a long time and can consume a lot of storage space because too much large data is stored. This is certainly very difficult if there are many files that must be stored, while the storage media has a size limit. To overcome this problem it is necessary to do compression to compress the data. To choose the optimal algorithm for compressing document files, it is necessary to compare the Huffman algorithm and the Levenstein algorithm by measuring performance based on the Ratio Of Compression (RC), Compression Ratio (CR), Redundancy (Rd) and Space Saving (SS). After the calculation, the results of the most optimal algorithm in compressing document files are obtained, namely the Huffman algorithm with higher space saving and lower compression results compared to the Levenstein algorithm. This is because the greater the space saving (ss) the compression is getting better and faster.

Abstract

Tourism ambassadors are one of the means for one region to promote what tourism potential is owned by each region, especially the Deli Serdang regency area. With the existence of tourism ambassadors, it is hoped that there will be a figure or role who is able to become a promoter and be able to promote the tourism potential in the area well. The event for the selection of tourism ambassadors as a means of developing the potential talents, creativity, intelligence of the younger generation to become figures who can play a role in promoting the richness of art, culture and tourism. To help identify or select a decision support system using the PROMETHEE (Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enricment Evalution) method. Promethee is a method for solving a decision-making case to solve a decision-making case that falls into the MCDM (Multi-Criteria Decision Making) category with the principle of outranking. After using the promethee method, a ranking of each alternative can be obtained. Alternatives A3 and A4 "M Sakha Admaja" and "Nabila Putri Ramadhani".

Abstract

I the current era of development,tecgnology is increasingly sophisticated,one of wich is investing online.Online Investing applications or olso called online platforms are appliactions that investors use to invest with the aim of getting future profits th are carried out line anytime and anywhere.There are many types of investment apliactions that develop according to human needs.However, the lack of knowledge of the community or investor in choosing the best investment, namely,a system that will solve these problems using the OCRA method(Operational Competitivieness Rtaing) and ROC (Rank Order Centroid) wich produces the best decision based on predetermined criteria and data ,so that the conclusion is that best online investment application is OVO Invest in alternative A3 with a score 1.568.

Abstract

Seeing the rapid development of science and technology in today's world requires us to keep up with the development of science and technology. Especially in the field of informatics technology such as computers and websites, computers are the most advanced technological development media that are widely used by the general public for processing data with supporting software contained in the computer itself. In this era of globalization, the progress of information technology is very rapid, we can find information easily by utilizing internet facilities. The website is one of the clear evidence of the development of computer technology, where the website is a service that can be accessed by any media. Kerawan Trade Village is a village located in Tanjung Morawa sub-district, Deli Serdang district, North Sumatra province, where in the Kerawan trade village there are several hamlets in it. Many activities are carried out by the people who live in the Kerawan trade village such as youth organizations, UKM activities or products and handicrafts produced by the local community. Every activity, product or handicraft produced should be published to the general public in order to increase the selling value of the Kerawan Trading Village or the sale of products or crafts. Kerawan trading village apparatus has planned the development of rural areas as one of the foundations for village economic growth in the long term by relying on the resources available in the village, one of which is the existence of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). So we need a media called the village website as a place or promotional media about all forms of activities carried out by people who live in the Kerawan trade village. The village website is an online-based portal or site in which there is public information about village activities, both in terms of administrative, social, cultural, institutional and other information related to the village. The implementation team has succeeded in creating and also building a Website for Desa Dagang Kerawan. Village officials and also the people of Dagang Kerawan Village have a website as a medium for promoting activities, products and also crafts produced by the local community. Village officials and also the people of Dagang Kerawan Village can manage and understand the benefits of the website.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic that is felt by the community is the paralysis of all daily activities. As a result, the cessation of work for a long time causes the company's economy to cripple and results in many companies losing money and making Termination of Employment (PHK) for employees or employees. For the heads of families, the termination of employment (PHK) experienced, of course, has a fairly heavy impact. There are many bad impacts caused by Termination of Employment (PHK) such as not being able to continue education for children, especially in college due to not being able to pay tuition fees every semester. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the government created a Single Tuition Assistance (UKT) program. However, the UKT assistance provided by the government was not able to cover all the financing needs for students who were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Limiting quotas for recipients of Resident Tuition (UKT) assistance for Budi Darma University is a new problem, of course. Decision Support System is a computerized system on a computer that is used to support decision making in organizations. The Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method is a combined method consisting of the WP method and the SAW method, the WASPAS method is expected to provide better results in helping to determine the decision support system. To support obtaining optimal and objective results, a weighting method is needed, namely the ROC method. Based on the above discussion, the research that will be carried out is to select students who receive Single Tuition (UKT) assistance. The results showed that the four alternatives with the highest preference scores received UKT assistance, namely A6, A5, A4, A3

Abstract

In the world of work, competition certainly exists. Especially in the selection of the location of the business being run. The better the location of the place of business, of course, the more competition. In this study, we will discuss the selection of a strategic and appropriate business location. The location of the business greatly affects the development of the business being run, many businesses do not develop (loss) so they have to stop their business because the location of the business is far from residential areas, the location is narrow and so on. To avoid this, we need a system that can solve the problem which is called a decision support system. Decision support system is a structured system in making effective business location selection decisions using methods such as WASPAS, SPI, TOPSIS, WP, SAW, MOORA, MOOSRA, EDAS and many others. The selection of business locations used the MOOSRA and MOORA methods. Both methods are very simple and easy to understand with the assessment based on the criteria used, namely Number of Competitors, Crowd Center, Location Size, Place Rent Price and Location Cleanliness. The results obtained after applying the two methods in the selection of business locations, namely the highest alternative or the first rank is Alternative A1 with a reference value of 0.564

Abstract

Acceptance of new employees at PT Exprvet Nasuba Medan is one of the routine activities carried out every year, in order to find reliable candidates. The problem that occurs is that the selection is still random, not objective and impure, because it is caused by a third party in the recruitment of new employees. So that the decisions taken can trigger a tendency towards subjectivity in one of the prospective registrants which results in brokering at the selection stage. To overcome this problem, a Decision Support System (DSS) was developed that used a combination of the ANP-TOPSIS method in selecting and accepting new employees by finding the best solution based on that method. In this study, the ANP was used to assign a weight to each criterion. The weight is calculated by the TOPSIS method of ranking. Based on the results of the ranking calculations obtained using a combination of the ANP-TOPSIS method. The highest score obtained based on alternative criteria and data, showing the highest preference value is Sukur Jaya Sinaga with an average score of 0.9182 as a rank 1, Hemansyah with an average value of 0.6666 as a rank 2. And Rudi Kesuma with an average score The average is 0.6648 ranking 3. So that it can be concluded from the results of the calculations of the two combinations of the ANP-TOPSIS method, that Sukur Jaya Sinaga is ranked first and the highest value is based on the results of the weighting of the ANP method and then calculated by the Topsis method for ranking.
