Abstract

This study aims to determine the openness to experience and knowledge sharing on certified teacher learning innovations in Banyuwangi. This research was non-experimental quantitative research with a survey design. A total of 110 public and private Madrasah Aliyah teachers in Banyuwangi selected by purposive sampling participated in this survey research. The collected data were then analyzed using the WARP PLS 7.0 application and the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23. Using WARP PLS 7.0 found that: 1) openness to experience affected knowledge sharing by 77 and 3%2) openness to experience affected the innovative learning model by 48.0%. 3) knowledge sharing affects the innovative learning model by 40.6%. 4) openness to experience the innovation learning model through knowledge sharing is 13.5. It shows that openness to experience in the form of ideas through the desire to be creative with the ideas and ideas that teachers have in various madrasa activities has an impact on the active attitude of teachers in writing books, articles, or research to share their knowledge with other teacher colleagues so that teachers have habituation which is indicated by learning patterns that are developed more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas derajat Hadis tentang orang buta yang bertawassul dengan Nabi. Uji otentisitas Hadis tentang orang buta yang bertawassul dengan Nabi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode content analysis. Dilihat dari segi sanadnya, seluruh periwayat Hadis ini adalah berkualitas tsiqah. Seluruh sanadnya berstatus ittishal al-sanad. Dilihat dari segi matannya, walaupun matan Hadis riwayat Ahmad ini dianggap bertentangan dengan beberapa ayat Al-Quran, tetapi pada hakikatnya tidak ada satu ayatpun yang melarang tawassul, maka matan Hadis ini dinyatakan bebas syudzudz. Matan Hadis tentang orang buta yang bertawassul dengan Nabi ini juga tidak mengandung unsur illat yang mencederainya. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Hadis tentang orang buta yang bertawassul dengan Nabi ini mempunyai 5 (lima) jalur periwayatan yang berujung pada 1 (satu) periwayat tingkat sahabat. Kata Kunci: Hadist, Kualitas Tawassul.

Abstract

The article describes the management of Islamic philanthropy-based education financing in increasing access to free education for orphans and poor children at the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic boarding school, Sumberanyar Village, Lumajang Regency, East Java. This research uses qualitative research obtained by researchers based on data in the field. The research period starts from December 2023 to February 2024. The data source in this research is primary data obtained through interviews and direct observation with informants. The data analysis steps used in this research are the Interactive Analysis Model from Miles and Huberman: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results after being dialogued with the results of the conceptual study, it can be described as Islamic philanthropy-based education financing management in Islamic boarding schools. Raudhatul Ulum Lumajang Regency includes three activities: planning sources of philanthropy-based education financing (waqf and infaq), allocating and distributing philanthropic fund financing, and monitoring and accountability (auditing) of philanthropic funds.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of self-management and empathy on the tendency of bullying behavior among teenage students through the mediating role of the school well-being variable for students in the three largest Islamic boarding schools in Jember Regency, East Survey Province. This research is a non-experimental quantitative research with a survey design. A total of 160 randomly selected students participated in this survey research. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the WARP PLS 7 application and the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23 application. The analysis results using WARP PLS 7. Found values that show that: 1) self-management influences the sixth tendency of bullying through school. Well-Being is 13.5%. This result means that the higher the student’s self-control, demonstrated by the ability to control their emotions when teased by friends, the better the social relations between students, teachers, and school employees, which will impact their behavior in avoiding the use of bad words. Put down friends you do not like. 2) empathy influences the tendency for bullying behavior through School Well Being by 23.8%. This result means that the higher the perspective shown by the attitude of trying to see a problem from another person’s point of view, the better the social relations between students and teachers and school employees so that it has an impact on behavior to avoid using bad words to demean friends who are not liked.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan paradigm budaya dan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam kajian tafsir al-qur'an pendekatan tematik. penelitian ini berjenis penelitian pustaka (libraryresearch) yang yang menggunakan data kualitatif berupa kata-kata, gambar, bukan angka-angka. Tafsir al-Qur'an yang akan digunakan sebagai sumber data adalah tafsir adabi-ijtima'i menggunakan metode mawdhu'i (tematik). Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis teks dengan pendekatan explanatory analysis, yaitu mendeskripsikan struktur kisah dalam kitab-kitab tafsir yang diteliti dan menganalisis hubungan struktur kisah dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasar analisis sumber temua, maka disimpulkan bahwa nilai-nilai kearifan budaya local dalam kajian pendekatan tafsir tematik, antara lain; a) berbakti kepada orang tua yang terdapat dalam; QS Al- Baqarah:83, Al-Nisa':36, Al-An'am:151, dan Al-Isra':23. b) Menghormati yang lebih tua dan menyayangi yang lebih muda yang tertuang dalam surat al-isra ayat 23. c) saling memberi dan bersedekah yang tertuang dalam QS Al-Baqarah:261, d) tradisi silaturahmi sebagaimana QS Ali 'Imran:133-134. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji epistemologi dan strategi pendidikan Islam multikultural. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, meliputi reduksi data, penyajian, dan verifikasi. Kami memeriksa keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan dilaksanakannya upaya pendidikan agama berwawasan multikultural adalah untuk menciptakan pemahaman beragama yang humanis, inklusif, dan penuh toleransi serta saling menghormati antar pemeluk agama lain. Dengan demikian, dari upaya tersebut, kerukunan dan kedamaian akan terwujud dalam kehidupan masyarakat dengan cita-cita dan tujuan esensial dari ajaran universal agama.

Abstract

This article describes the development and management model of podcast media evaluation in improving reading skills at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School in Lumajang Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection uses in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the stages of data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The results of the study indicate that the development and management model of podcast media evaluation for learning in improving the ability to read books without punctuation at the Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School is assisted by expert assessors of material media and subject teachers related to aspects of planning, presentation, language, and language material.

Abstract

This article results from field research that reveals the educational strategy of the Raudhatul Ulum Lumajang Islamic Boarding School so that students have a spirit of entrepreneurship. In this study, data analysis was carried out since data collection as a whole was rechecked. The research results conclude; The strategy is carried out in four dimensions: first, the mental independence of the santri is instilled in them being diligent, including in terms of managing finances. The second strategy is to bring in experts in the agribusiness field, Third by introducing business units in the agribusiness sector. The goal is to let students know what business units are around the pesantren because many pesantren business units are located in Sumberanyar villages. So that it can be a reference for opening a business after graduating from the pesantren. The fourth strategy is by providing apprenticeship opportunities to participate in managing the business units owned by the pesantren . From there, the creativity and innovation of students in experimenting with presenting their ideas to the teacher / ustadz. Keywords: strategy. Abstract

Bittuang Geothermal area has manifestations consisting of hot springs and alterations rock with reservoir temperature estimated about 200°C. The previous research and field observations lead us to carry out continuing research in this area, which is aimed at determining its resistivity structure to a depth about 2-4 km. This paper demonstrates the utilization of two -dimensional (2D) magnetotelluric (MT) inversions, which leads to characterizing the electrical resistivity structure of geothermal reservoirs. For this purpose, we carried out field measurements using Magnetotelluric (MT) methods. The study results reveal the existence of a strike as indicated from the geological data and a low resistivity zone at a shallow surface to a depth about 1-1.25 km that is most probably associated with alteration rock or claycap. The zone below the claycap with higher resistivity (50-250 ohmm) is indicated as reservoir zone.
