Abstract

The aims of this research were 1) to determine designing process of developing teaching materials used the Indonesian Realistic Mathematical Approach for students grade V SDN Kertosono and 2) Produce the effective teaching materials using the Indonesian Realistic Mathematical Approach for students of SDN kertosono. This type of research is Research and Development Using the Instructional Development Model (MPI). The population of this research were all fifth grade students of SD Negeri Kertosono, there 25 students as the sample. Data collection was carried out by using interview techniques, questionnaires, and tests. The teaching material was effective based on the completeness of learning outcomes and the positive response of students. In conclusion, practical to use as seen from the expert's assessment which shows that the teaching material has very good criteria with a percentage of 82.95%. There were 22 students who showed positive responses and 3 students who showed negative responses, the student learning outcomes test showed 84% of students scored above the minimum criteria.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul dengan menggunakan konteks kota Lubuklinggau pada material geometri sisi datar yang valid dan praktis serta efek potensial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Model ini terdiri dari 5 tahap, yaitu: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini meliputi validator (ahli bahasa, ahli media, ahli materi), guru matematika, dan siswa kelas 8. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, pengisian lembar kuesioner, dan tes. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, e-modul yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas bahasa 0,75 dengan kategori valid, validitas media 0,75 dengan kategori valid, dan validitas materi 0,91 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan e-modul berdasarkan respon guru adalah 84% dalam kategori sangat praktis dan respon siswa (kelompok kecil) adalah 97,2% dalam kategori sangat praktis. Sedangkan efek potensial e-modul terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 75,9% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul dengan menggunakan konteks Kota Lubuklinggau pada material geometri sisi datar yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan sangat valid dan praktis serta memiliki efek potensial yang baik sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran pada bahan bangunan sisi datar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of learning mathematics in class VIII SMP Ar-Risalah Lubuklinggau after using the pair check learning model based on ethnomathematics on word problems. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research type. The population in this study were all class VIII of SMP Ar-Risalah Lubuklinggau for the 2022/2023 academic year. The sample taken was class VIII.A Al-Jabar with a total of 24 students. The data collection technique in this study was a test technique by giving five questions to students. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes experience mastery of 79% with an average value of 82.71. Based on the research using the t test with a significant level = 0.05 with the results of the hypothesis test analysis showing the final ability of students with tcount (3,180) > ttable (1.713), so it can be concluded that the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students at SMP Ar-Risalah for the 2022/2023 academic year after applying the model Pair Check based on Ethnomatematics on Story Problems increases.

Abstract

The culture that develops in society can be used as material for learning mathematics. This scientific article was prepared using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. SLR is a method for identifying, reviewing and concluding several studies related to the themes discussed. The articles studied were 18 articles related to the development of LKPD based on an ethnomathematics approach in mathematics learning, which came from the Google Schoolar database from 2015-2024. The results of the article review show that ethnomathematics is a study that can be applied to LKPD in mathematics learning. This is from research that ethnomathematics can improve students' abilities. Several cultural variations can be displayed in ethnomathematics, such as traditional games, building forms, traditional food, traditional houses and activities from traditional villages.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a digital mathematics learning module based on an open-ended approach to mathematics learning. This type of research is development research with an Open - Ended model. The steps include presenting the problem, designing the lesson, paying attention to and recording student responses, guiding and directing students and making conclusions. The subjects in this research were class VII junior high school students. The results of this research show that digital learning modules based on an open-ended approach can improve students' creative mathematical thinking, this is based on the test results obtained.

Abstract

This research aims to improve elementary school students' mathematical problem-solving abilities by using a Problem Based Learning Model. This research was carried out at SD Negeri 54 Lubuklinggau. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the research subjects being 25 students in class Vb of SD Negeri 54 Lubuklinggau. Data collection techniques use test, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative descriptive and quantitative descriptive. The research consists of two cycles and each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of this research show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities, namely from cycle I to cycle II by 24.25% from the poor to good category. With this it can be concluded that the Problem Based learning model can be used as an alternative learning model.
