Abstract

The hybrid learning model has become a key strategy in higher education post-COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing student satisfaction in hybrid learning through a systematic literature review of 10 articles published between 2019 and 2024. The thematic analysis reveals five main factors determining student satisfaction: the quality of instructional services, ease of technology use, effectiveness of learning methods, institutional support, and students' adaptability to the blended learning system. These factors are interconnected in creating an inclusive, efficient, and adaptive learning ecosystem that meets the needs of the digital generation. This study contributes theoretically to the development of a more responsive and applicable hybrid learning model in the Indonesian context. Its practical implications suggest the need for designing data-driven hybrid learning strategies, enhancing digital literacy training, and strengthening educational technology infrastructure. Future studies are required to empirically test the effectiveness of hybrid learning models across various institutional contexts and student characteristics. ABSTRAKModel pembelajaran hybrid telah menjadi strategi utama dalam pendidikan tinggi pasca pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran hybrid melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis terhadap 10 artikel terbitan 2019–2024. Hasil analisis tematik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima faktor utama yang menentukan kepuasan mahasiswa, yaitu kualitas layanan pembelajaran, kemudahan penggunaan teknologi, efektivitas metode pembelajaran, dukungan institusional, dan kemampuan adaptasi mahasiswa terhadap sistem pembelajaran campuran. Kelima faktor tersebut saling berkaitan dalam menciptakan ekosistem pembelajaran yang inklusif, efisien, dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan generasi digital saat ini. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis terhadap pengembangan model pembelajaran hybrid yang lebih responsif dan aplikatif di konteks Indonesia. Implikasi praktisnya mengarah pada perlunya perancangan strategi hybrid learning berbasis data, pelatihan literasi digital, serta penguatan infrastruktur teknologi pendidikan. Ke depan, dibutuhkan kajian empiris yang lebih luas untuk menguji efektivitas model hybrid learning di berbagai konteks institusi dan karakteristik mahasiswa secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Penelitian pra riset ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan fenomena awal terkait pola asuh orang tua dalam membentuk karakter anak dan ketahanan mereka menghadapi dampak media sosial, baik yang bersifat positif maupun negatif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini akan mengeksplorasi pengalaman anak-anak dalam menggunakan media sosial dan bagaimana peran pola asuh orang tua memengaruhi perilaku digital mereka. Penelitian pra riset ini juga akan memetakan variasi pola asuh yang diterapkan serta implikasinya terhadap kesiapan anak menghadapi tantangan digital. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan dasar empiris untuk penelitian lanjutan dalam merumuskan strategi pengasuhan yang adaptif di era digital. Selain itu, hasilnya juga dapat menjadi pijakan awal dalam menyusun program edukasi bagi orang tua terkait pentingnya literasi digital dalam keluarga. Dengan adanya kerja sama antara orang tua, pendidik, dan pihak terkait, diharapkan terbentuk ekosistem digital yang lebih sehat dan aman bagi anak-anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecenderungan minat profesi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Administrasi Perkantoran (PAP) Universitas Negeri Jakarta angkatan 2023 dalam memilih antara karir sebagai guru atau pegawai kantoran. Metode kualitatif eksploratif digunakan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur terhadap lima mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden lebih memilih bekerja di sektor perkantoran dengan alasan: (1) kecocokan kepribadian dengan pekerjaan administratif yang terstruktur, (2) pengalaman praktik yang memberikan gambaran positif tentang dunia kerja perkantoran, dan (3) persepsi tentang prospek karir yang lebih menjanjikan. Faktor intrinsik (minat dan kepribadian) terbukti lebih dominan memengaruhi pilihan karir dibanding faktor eksternal (lingkungan keluarga). Temuan ini memperkuat kajian sebelumnya tentang kompetensi ganda lulusan PAP sekaligus memberikan rekomendasi penting bagi pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih responsif dan layanan bimbingan karir di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Digitalization has now become a key factor in improving the efficiency and quality of public services in various sectors, including banking. This study aims to analyze the effect of digitalization on public services at Bank Xyz. The research method used is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to customers and interviews with the bank. The main variables analyzed include ease of service access, transaction efficiency, customer satisfaction, and challenges in implementing digitalization. The results of the study show that digitalization contributes significantly to increasing the speed and convenience of banking services, but still faces obstacles such as mobile application constraints, data security and customer trust. Thus, this study provides insight for banks in optimizing digital transformation to improve the quality of public services. Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance financial literacy and family financial management skills among fishing communities in Karangsong Village, Indramayu Regency, to support the implementation of blue economy principles. Low levels of financial literacy have contributed to the inability of fishers to manage their highly fluctuating incomes, increasing household economic vulnerability, particularly during the lean season. This program involves various activities, including socialization sessions, basic financial record-keeping training, budgeting workshops, education on emergency funds, and improving understanding of access to formal financial services. The outcomes of this initiative include improved knowledge and skills among fishers in managing household finances, developing budgeting habits, adopting basic financial record-keeping practices, and initiating a savings culture. In line with the sustainable development goals of the blue economy, this effort is expected to strengthen the economic resilience of fishing families, reduce their dependency on middlemen, and promote smarter financial behavior.

Abstract

This study explores how parenting styles shape children’s character and resilience against social media influence in the digital era. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews and observations involving 10 parents and 10 children from various backgrounds in Jakarta, Depok, Jelambar, and Bekasi. The findings show that authoritative, permissive, authoritarian, and uninvolved parenting styles affect children’s discipline, responsibility, honesty, and digital ethics differently. Strategies include supervision, access limits, open dialogue, and digital literacy. The study contributes to adaptive parenting approaches and supports the development of family-based digital literacy programs. Collaboration among parents, educators, and stakeholders is essential to foster a safe and supportive digital environment for children’s character development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Indonesia Smart College Card (KIP-K) assistance on student motivation to study at the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Jakarta. KIP-K as an educational assistance program from the government is expected not only to ease the financial burden, but also to increase motivation both intrinsically and extrinsically. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey approach through a questionnaire to 84 respondents who are KIP-K recipients. The regression analysis results show that there is a positive and significant influence between KIP-K assistance and student learning motivation, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05) and a coefficient of determination of 24.6%. This finding reinforces that financial support can be a driver of enthusiasm for learning, both from within students (intrinsic motivation) and due to external factors such as family expectations and rewards (extrinsic motivation). This study recommends that the KIP-K program should continue to be developed, not only in terms of financial assistance, but also with approaches that encourage the growth of sustainable learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the emotional experiences of undergraduate students in online learning, focusing on academic anxiety and the Fear of Missing Out (FoMO) phenomenon. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this study involved nine students from various universities in Indonesia who had different experiences of online learning. In-depth interviews revealed key challenges such as decreased motivation, lack of interaction, and psychological pressure due to academic demands and social comparison on digital platforms. The findings show that students not only face academic burdens, but also internalized pressures related to digital presence and peer comparison achievements. Despite this, most informants demonstrated emotional resilience through adaptive strategies such as time management, self-reflection, and emotion regulation. The novelty in this study lies in its holistic perspective, which combines academic, emotional and social aspects to understand students' experiences during digital learning. Unlike previous research that tends to separate these factors, this study highlights the interconnectedness of these elements and encourages educational institutions to consider emotional sustainability as an important component in designing online learning systems.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas layanan pengelolaan lahan haji umrah menjadi salah satu fokus utama dalam rangka memperkuat pengalaman spiritual dan kenyamanan jamaah di tanah suci. Salah satu unsur kunci yang turut mendukung kualitas layanan tersebut adalah kinerja tour leader yang berperan sebagai penghubung utama antara jamaah dengan berbagai pihak penyelenggara di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kinerja Tour Leader dalam peningkatan kualitas layanan tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan analisis data dari pengalaman empiris serta wawancara mendalam, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kinerja Tour Leader pada sektor layanan umrah mampu meningkatkan kualitas operasional layanan pengelolaan lahan haji di Arab Saudi. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa kinerja Tour Leader tercermin melalui empat dimensi utama, yaitu Kompetensi Profesional, Keterampilan Interpersonal dan Organisasi, Empati, dan Pemecahan Masalah. Integrasi kinerja Tour Leader memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk landasan yang kokoh bagi peningkatan kualitas layanan pengelolaan lahan haji umrah. Maka dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pengelolaan lahan ibadah umrah di tanah suci, kinerja Tour Leader dituntut tidak hanya menguasai aspek teknis saja, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan empati yang kuat, serta keterampilan dalam memecahkan masalah secara cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan inklusi keuangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Karangsong, Indramayu, melalui penerapan QRIS (Quick Response Code Standar Indonesia). Dengan memanfaatkan metode empat tahap, yaitu sosialisasi, identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung, inisiatif ini berhasil mendorong 20 dari 30 UMKM untuk mengadopsi QRIS. Hasilnya, rata-rata peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 25–30% terlihat dalam tiga bulan pertama. Dampak lain yang dicapai adalah efisiensi transaksi, integrasi dengan e-commerce, dan penguatan pengelolaan keuangan berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini secara langsung berkontribusi pada Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan (SDG) 8, yang berfokus pada pekerjaan layak dan pertumbuhan ekonomi, serta menggarisbawahi pentingnya pendampingan intensif di daerah pedesaan.
