Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Beauty Vlogger and Brand Image on Emina's Cosmetic Product Purchase Decision in Malang City. The population in this study were all students of the economics and business faculty of the Malang Islamic University class of 2018 who used Emina cosmetic products. The sample in this study were 85 female students. This study uses quantitative data and the method of collection is by using a questionnaire via google form and measured using a likert scale. The results of the study partially show that: 1) Beauty vlogger has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2) Brand image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. All independent variables have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Beauty Vlogger, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstrak Financial decisions related to capital or funds in the company. Capital is business capital that is the basis for running a business. Decisions that are closely related to the selection of financing sources that come from and can affect the value of the company. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity on capital structure. The object of this research is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018-2020. This type of research is causative. The population in this study are food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period as many as 26 companies and a sample of 14 companies. The sampling method is purposive sampling, so the number of units of analysis is 42 observations. The method of data analysis is through multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size, asset structure, and liquidity simultaneously had a significant effect on capital structure. Partially, liquidity has a significant effect on capital structure, while profitability, firm size and liquidity have no significant effect on capital structure. Keyword : Profitability, Size COmpany, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Capital Structure

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted in order to determine and analyze the influence of brand, price, and product quality on the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. The population in this study were active undergraduate students at the Islamic University of Malang Batch 2018. The approach method used non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling which is a sampling technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to 85 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results of this study indicate that partially brand, price, and product quality variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While Simultaneously stated that the brand. price, and product quality together influence the decision to purchase Telkomsel internet packages. Keywords: Brand, Price, Product Quality, Purchase Decision

Abstract

 ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on employees of the UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance. This type of research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The target population in this study were UPT Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Air Tumpang, amounting to 51 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. Data collection methods used are by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that the variables of the work environment, work motivation, and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance. This can be proven by the magnitude of the F value of 0,000 (0,000 < 0.05). The work environment partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.002. Work motivation partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.020. Work discipline partially influences employee performance with a significance value of t of 0.032. Keywords: Work Environment, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted at the Minimarket Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. The type of research chosen is explanatory research with quantitative methods. The purpose of this study is to see the impact of store atmosphere, product diversity and service quality on buying interest. The independent variables used are store atmosphere, item diversity, and service quality, while the dependent variable is buying interest. The sample used in this study were 90 participants who were buyers in Klungkung District, Klungkung Regency, Bali. With a questionnaire as data collection. The evaluation method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, instrument test, determination test, t test and f test using SPSS 16.0 computer software for data processing. The results of this study state that product diversity, service quality and store atmosphere partially affect buying interest and product diversity, store atmosphere and service quality simultaneously affect buying interest. Keywords: Product Diversity, Service Quality, Store Atmosphere and Buying Interest.

Abstract

The existence of a minimarket network, the proliferation of 24-hour shop chains and the Covid 19 pandemic cannot be denied, that it has increasingly the complicated problems of micro business capital, especially grocery store in urban areas. Will grocery store exist when their business capital relies on fake cooperatives that are increasingly taking advantage of these conditions? Through a phenomenological qualitative approach, its tries to explore the problems surrounding the decision to borrow capital from fake cooperatives by urban grocery store entrepreneurs in Malang City. The results of the study found that the capital problem for grocery store is very complex. Many factors underlie the act of borrowing from fake cooperatives. The bondage of fake cooperative loans creates a capital burden and a wide-reaching impact not only on the urban grocery store business operators, most of whom are women, but also on their families.

Abstract

Abstract The telecommunications and banking sector industries continue to compete by creating various electronic money products that prioritize speed, convenience and efficiency when making transactions. Competition in various kinds of digital wallets in Indonesia certainly results in various fintech brands continuing to carry out marketing strategies, including Go-Pay.This research is to find out and analyze the perceived usefulness, ease of use and cashback on interest in using Go-Pay. The population in this study were students of the 2019 Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria with 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the perceived usefulness (X1), Ease of use (X2) and cashback (X3) variables contribute to the variable  behavioral intention Go-Pay by 67.5% and the remaining 32.5% is explained by other independent variables that are not included in the study. And simultaneously and partially the perceived benefits, convenience and cashback have a significant effect on the intention to use Keywords: Perceived usefulness, Ease Of Use, Cashback, Behavioral intention.
