Abstract

Pertanian sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan penduduk terbesar di Indonesia. Pembangunan dari sektor petanian diupayakan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan dalam Negeri dan meningkatkan ekspor, meningkatkan pendapatan pembangunan, memperluas lapangan pekerjaan dan mendorong kesempatan bekerja. Petani jagung yang dijadikan sumber data penelitian karena jagung memiliki umur tanam yang tidak lama dan proses budidaya yang rendah biaya. Sehingga menjadi pilihan bagi sebagian masyarakat Gorontalo untuk menanamnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan petani jagung terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian pada Gapoktan Teratai Indah di Desa Tupa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Bulango Utara, Kabupaten Bone Bolango, sedangkan untuk metode yang digunakan ialah metode survey. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 55 orang petani jagung yang tergabung dalam gapoktan (gabungan kelompok tani). Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan petani terhadap kinerja penyuluh pertanian termasuk dalam kategori sangat puas dengan skor diatas 66,8% dan termasuk antara 67-100%. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepuasan petani adalah; umur, tingkat pendidikan, kepemilikan lahan, pengalaman berusaha tani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sidodadi Kecamatan Boliyohuto Kabupaten Gorontalo. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh modal dan tenaga kerja terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di desa sidodadi kecamatan boliyohuto. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 40 orang. Teknik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada petani di desa sidodadi kecamatan boliyohuto. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi sawah. dengan nilai thitung2.272 > ttabel 1.686 sedangkan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah dengan nilai thitung2.510 > ttabel 1.686. Hasil penelitian uji F menunjukkan Fhitung14.838> Ftabel 3.25. Artinya modal dan tenaga kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi hasil produksi usahatani padisawah di desa Sidodadi kecamatan boliyohuto. Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 61,8%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modal dan tenaga kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap produksi usahatani padi sawah di desa sidodadi sedangkan sisanya38,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

 The social activities service by the student of KKN Tematik program, aim to provide education and direct training to the community regarding the process of making frozen skipjack egg rolls which can provide business opportunities to the community in Buhudaa Village, Batudaa Pantai District, especially housewives as home-based businesses. highly nutritious. The activity location is in the village of Buhudaa, Batudaa Pantai District. Making egg rolls can be used as an additional effort that is very useful and has economic value and is very popular with all walks of life. Based on the results of the activities and training, the community has high enthusiasm for making egg rolls because the manufacturing process is relatively easy and the availability of raw materials is abundant in the village. Abstract

Food MSMEs in this research are businesses that process agricultural commodities into food products that are managed on a micro, small and medium scale. The aim of the research is to determine the management implications of food MSMEs and the differences in management implementation based on food MSME income in Gorontalo Province. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with One Way Analysis of Variance test analysis. Data was collected through interviews with food MSMEs in Gorontalo Province. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with the number of respondents being 42 food MSMEs. The research results are: On average, only 26% of food MSMEs in Gorontalo Province have an organizational structure, 67% have financial records, 69% of MSME owners receive incentives from their business, 81% have business license and 52% have halal certification. The implications of the management model for food MSMEs in Gorontalo Province are 40.48% of the implications of management model 1 (applying 2 management indicators). A total of 21.42% have management implications for model 2 (applying 3 management indicators), and 38.10% have management implications for model 3 (applying 4-5 management indicators). Management implications have a significant effect on the household income level of food MSMEs in Gorontalo Province. The average management implication of 4-5 indicators has a higher level of household income.

Abstract

Introduction: Corn farming faces various challenges from economic, ecological, and institutional aspects. For effective agricultural extension, it is crucial to optimize the role of social capital, which catalyzes optimizing corn farming, particularly concerning the extent to which farmers become innovative in increasing income. Methods: This research employed a quantitative approach. The data were collected through primary sources via the distribution of questionnaires to 175 farmers as per sampling requirements, as well as interviews and field observations. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis and Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results: (1) The effectiveness of extension services significantly and positively influences corn farmers' social capital, with a coefficient value of 43.00%. (2) The effectiveness of extension services significantly and positively affects innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 22.80%. (3) Social capital significantly and positively influences innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 74.80%. (4) The effectiveness of extension services through social capital significantly and positively influences innovative behavior in increasing income among corn farmers, with a coefficient value of 32.20%, resulting in a total effect of 55.00%. Conclusion: Social capital serves as a significant intervening factor, as its enhancement facilitates agricultural extension workers in their tasks by encouraging farmers to become more innovative in increasing both production and income from corn farming in the Bone Bolango Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini Bertujuan Untuk: 1) Menganalisis pendapatan usahatani kemangi di Desa Huntu Kecamatan Bulango Selatan Kabupaten Bone Bolango. 2) Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani kemangi di Desa Huntu Utara Kecamatan Bulango Selatan Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif. Jenis sumber data menggunakan data primer serta data sekunder. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis pendapatan dan analisis keyakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pendapatan usaha tani jagung pulut di Desa Huntu Utara  dengan rata-rata pendapatan/musim sebesar Rp. 5.651.589 dengan total penerimaan Rp. 7.800.000 serta total biaya yang dikeluarkan oleh petani sebesar Rp. 2.165.911. Nilai R/C Ratio usahatani kemangi di Desa Huntu sebesar 3,6, nilai 3,61 hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa usahatani kemangi dikatakan layak untuk di usahakan berrdasarkan hasil kriteria R/C Rasio.

Abstract

Decreasing in sales of Soba Padu products nowadays, has an impact on SMEs that produce this traditional snack. Beside this condition, it is important to see what happen with the social media marketing as one of sales method on Soba Padu SMEs. This study aims to described the use of social media marketing in Soba Padu SMEs and to analyze effect of social media marketing on purchase decisions. Data sourced from primary data using 30 respondents that purchased Soba Padu. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results show that Soba Padu SMEs uses messenger features on Facebook and marketplaces as a communication tool in social media to the customers, and the producer uploaded photos and videos as promotion tools. The research finding are convenience (X1) and trust (X2) variable did not effect the purchasing decisions (Y), whereas information quality (X3) have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions (Y). It was proof that if the quality of information on social media marketing is getting better, then the purchasing decisions of Soba Padu will increase by the interested of consumer to buy. It can made the increase of sales performance so the Soba Padu SMEs will be able to maintain business continuity.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide direct education and training to the community regarding the trade system in the use of ketepeng leaves to be processed into Hand Sanitizer which can provide business opportunities to several communities affected by COVID-19. As a medicinal plant, ketepeng leaves have other benefits therea are choosing anti-bacterial content and can be processed into other products. The location of the activity is in the village of Huluduotamo, Suwawa District. This hand sanitizer from the ketepeng plant can be used as an alternative to waterless hand sanitizer that is easy to make and applied to the community. Based on the evaluation results through discussions with teenagers that the community has a high enthusiasm for implementing the manufacture of hand sanitizers because the manufacturing process is relatively easy and the availability of raw materials is abundant in the village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) Menganalisis evaluasi program penyuluhan sistem tanam padi jajar legowo di Desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. 2) Menganalisis produksi dan pendapatan petani sebelum dan setelah menerapkan program sistem tanam padi jajar legowo di Desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango dari bulan September sampai bulan November 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (Simple random sampling), sehingga jumlah sampel adalah 32 petani. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) yang dipadukan dengan skoring dan analisis pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1) Evaluasi program penyuluhan sistem tanam padi jajar legowo terjadi perkembangan pada penerapan program. Hasil evaluasi program menggunakan model CIPP programnya berhasil dengan nilai 50,44 adalah nilai yang berada pada range 41–52. 2) Hasil produksi petani sebelum menerapkan program sistem tanam padi jajar legowo yaitu 37.770 kg, sedangkan hasil produksi petani setelah menerapkan program sistem tanam padi jajar legowo yaitu 39.865 kg. Serta rata-rata pendapatan petani padi sebelum menerapkan program sistem tanam jajar yaitu Rp.9.547.078, dan rata-rata pendapatan petani padi setelah menerapkan program sistem tanam jajar legowo yaitu Rp. 10.171.063. Kata kunci : Evaluasi program penyuluhan, Model CIPP, Produksi, Pendapatan

Abstract

Beras merupakan salah satu penopang ekonomi pendapatan dibidang pertanian, dimana merupakan salah satu kunci sistem pembagunan yang membantu tercapainya pembagunan nasional. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Motilango  kecamatan Tilongkabila. Penelitian ini dilakukan Di Desa Motilango, Kecamatan Tilongkabila dengan jumlah sampel 15 Petani yang memiliki lahan pertanian padi sawah sendiri. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian survei dengan menggunakan analisis pendapatan. Hasil dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan karakteristik biaya dan penerimanaan petani padi sawah di Desa Motilango, biaya tetap rata-rata adalah Rp. 2.375.332 dengan  presentase 40,64% dan biaya variabel rata-rata adalah Rp. 3.468.123 dengan  presentase 59,36% dengan hasil penerimaan sebesar Rp 267.600.000 sedangkan penerimaan rata-rata petani padi sawah dengan luas lahan 0,68 hektar yaitu sebesar Rp. 17.844.000. Berdasarkan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah di Desa Motilango adalah Rp. Rp. 267.600.000. sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan petani padi sawah dengan luas lahan rata-rata sebesar 0,68 hektar sebesar Rp. 12.000.545.
