Abstract

Dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir, kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai bidang, termasuk pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Salah satu inovasi yang menonjol adalah e-learning, yang kini menjadi pilihan populer dalam pelatihan karyawan karena menawarkan fleksibilitas serta efisiensi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengevaluasi penerapan e-learning dalam konteks pengembangan karyawan. Dari hasil telaah terhadap delapan artikel jurnal, ditemukan bahwa e-learning mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan kompetensi karyawan secara efektif. Meskipun masih terdapat hambatan seperti resistensi terhadap teknologi dan keterbatasan infrastruktur, e-learning memiliki sejumlah keunggulan, antara lain penghematan biaya pelatihan dan kemudahan akses terhadap materi. Kesimpulannya, e-learning merupakan metode pelatihan yang efektif dan efisien dalam mendukung pengembangan SDM di era digital, selama pelaksanaannya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan peserta dan didukung oleh sarana yang memadai.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah salah satu bentuk pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi disamping pengajaran dan penelitian. Diharapkan dengan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perkembangan dan penerapan keilmuan dalam masyarakat. Hal lain yang hendak dicapai melalui kegiatan PKM ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi kesempatan bagi para pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk berdiskusi dengan narasumber terkait strategi dan cara memperoleh pendanaan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja keuangan UMKM disaat pandemi Covid-19. Materi PKM disampaikan melalui metode presentasi dan diskusi, pada awal presentasi narasumber  lebih banyak menggali kebutuhan dari para pelaku UMKM. Setelah mengetahui apa saja kendala dan kebutuhan para pelaku UMKM, narasumber kemudian melanjutkan dengan memberikan problem solving atas kendala dan permasalahan yang dialami oleh para pelaku UMKM, termasuk didalamnya sosialisasi terkait cara, proses, syarat dan prosedur dalam memperoleh pendanaan UMKM.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Pendanaan, Pandemi Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to examine and explore the factors that could influence behavioral tendency of potential client to choose sharia banks and existing client to loyal toward sharia banks, the paper focuses on college student of STAI DDI Sidenreng Rappang, which located in the regency of Sidenreng Rappang of South Sulawesi Province. This paper employs a qualitative approach, using a case study. This paper gathers data through open interview, which is to explore the factors that influence behavioral tendency to choose sharia banks among college students. The result of this paper indicates that there are three main aspect that influence college student to choose sharia banks, which is knowledge, since the student of STAI DDI Sidenreng Rappang, learn so much about the Islamic education, one of it explains the Islamic ethic in conducting business, further promotion factor also plays important role, as some student states that some of them choose sharia banks because they know, but some also stated that they didn’t know, which is why they didn’t use sharia banks service, indicating promotion plays important role in order to gain clients. The finding of this paper indicates promotion factor plays important role in influencing tendency to choose sharia banks, which this serves as critique and recommendation for sharia banks, to develop more aggressive strategies and approach to promote their firm. The Originality of this paper is the random takes on exploring probability of numerous factors that may influence tendency to choose sharia bank, while some research determines their focuses on what aspect they about dive in, this paper discovers the factor that influence behavioral tendency to choose sharia bank throughout the process of this research.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of optimizing social media usage on community education and its impact on enhancing Islamic financial literacy among students at Islamic Banking Schools. Social media optimization is considered a strategic tool for disseminating financial knowledge and promoting Islamic values that align with the needs of younger generations. The research employed a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data were collected through surveys administered to 93 purposively sampled students from Islamic Higher Education Institutions in South Sulawesi. The results reveal that social media optimization has a significant positive effect on community education. Furthermore, community education is important in improving students’ Islamic financial literacy. Another key finding indicates that community education partially mediates the relationship between social media optimization and Islamic financial literacy. In conclusion, the study highlights the importance of integrating well-managed social media platforms with structured educational programs to strengthen Islamic financial literacy in academic environments. Practical recommendations suggest that Islamic Banking Schools should invest in developing interactive and culturally relevant digital content, while also enhancing the capacity of educators and media managers to maximize engagement and ensure effective knowledge dissemination.

Abstract

This research is rooted in the phenomenon of the Barbie movie trend in 2023, which embraced feminist themes or aspects related to women such as beauty standards. The Barbie icon has long been ingrained as a representation of an idealized woman. The objective of this study is to understand the influence of Barbie movies on the perception of physical beauty standards among teenagers in West Jakarta. This is a quantitative associative study conducted through a survey method. The sampling method employed purposive selection using questionnaires distributed among the teenage population in West Jakarta. 100 respondents were selected and analyzed using statistical software SPSS version 26. The researcher employed various tests for this study, including instrument testing, validity testing, reliability testing, normal distribution testing, and further data analysis using simple linear regression tests, explaining the R-squared and t-tests. The results of this study show that Barbie movies have a positive and significant impact on the perception of physical beauty standards among teenagers in West Jakarta. The conclusion drawn from this research is that Barbie movies influence the perception of physical beauty standards through narrative elements, film concepts, film purposes, and cinematic elements such as cinematography, mise en scène, editing, and sound. Penelitian ini berlatar belakang dengan adanya fenomena Film barbie yang trending pada tahun 2023 yang mengusung tema feminisme atau hal mengenai perempuan seperti standar kecantikan, ikon barbie merupakan ikon yang melekat dari dulu untuk menggambarkan perempuan yang lebih ideal. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar peneliti dan para pembaca dapat mengetahui pengaruh Film barbie terhadap bagaimana persepsi standar kecantikan fisik pada remaja di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Asosiatif dengan metode survei. Metode pengambilan sample secara purposive menggunakan alat kuesioner kepada populasi remaja di Jakarta Barat. 100 responden dipilih dan dianalisis menggunakan software statistik SPSS seri 26. Uji yang digunakan peneliti untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari uji instrumen, lalu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas , uji distribusi normal , dan dilanjutkan analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan penjelasan uji r square dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Film barbie berpengaruh positif dan juga signifikan terhadap persepsi standar kecantikan fisik remaja di Jakarta Barat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Film barbie mempengaruhi persepsi standar kecantikan fisik lewat unsur naratif ide cerita, konsep film, tujuan film dan unsur sinematik film cinematography, mis en scene, editing, dan suara.

Abstract

Social media emerged to be one of the business platforms nowadays, at first social media was introduced to connect people from around the world, the rising of technology and knowledge made people discover many methods and ways to conduct business, social media become one of the platforms to conduct business. The efficient of social media as business platform can be identify by many users, the minimum requirement of capital expense, the minimum effort of direct shipping, and social media business doesn’t require the shop owner to own a physical store, this advantage has made possibilities for countless people to conduct business even for those who have little to no capital resources. Nowadays the competition of business has become more and more by the day, one of many ways to survive the chance of bankrupt is to adapt. Small business especially MSMEs is often found in the village also in the city, therefore its is important to harness the potential of this aisle-based business for chance of improving household financial condition. The purpose of this study is to introduce and train locals to use social media as marketing platform and adapt to the business competition nowadays and ensure economic productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of bank health indicators, external factors and profit growth on stock returns. Bank health indicators are reviewed based on risk profile, earnings and capital. Risk profile is measured using the non-performing loan (NPL) proxy, earnings are measured using the return on assets (ROA) and net interest margin (NIM) proxies, capital is measured using the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) proxy. The external factor in this research is inflation. measured by changes in inflation each year, the BI Rate and profit growth are measured by proxies for changes in profits each year. The object of this research is banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2016-2020 period. The sample selection technique is the purposive sampling method, research data is secondary data obtained from annual reports and financial reports of banking companies. which has been published on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id) and the company website during the 2016 - 2020 period. The research results show that macroeconomic factors, namely interest rates, have no effect on company value, while inflation has a positive effect on company value. Microeconomic factors, namely sales growth, company size and capital structure have no effect on company value.

Abstract

Background. This research discusses the digitization of the Prince Cakrabuana Museum through the development of a website-based cultural asset management information system. The background of this research is that the accessibility and efficiency of museum information management remain limited in conventional ways, which affects the dissemination of information and public museum promotion. Aims. This research aims to design and implement a website-based information system that supports the processes of cultural asset inventory, collection documentation, and digital museum information delivery. Methods. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive case study, conducted at the Cirebon Regency Culture and Tourism Office. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation during Field Work Practice (PKL) activities. Result. The results of the study show that the developed system can manage cultural asset data more structurally, increase public access to information, and support the digital promotion of the Prince of Cakrabuana Museum. Conclusion. The conclusion of this study shows that the application of a website-based information system can improve the efficiency of museum asset management and public interest in the preservation of cultural heritage.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of Islamic business management in the digital era and its implications for the development of the halal industry. The rapid advancement of digital technologies has reshaped managerial practices across sectors, including Islamic business, where technological innovation must be aligned with Islamic values and principles. The primary objective of this study is to analyze patterns of digital transformation in Islamic business management and to explore how such transformation supports sustainability and competitiveness within the halal industry. This research adopts a literature review approach by synthesizing peer-reviewed academic publications indexed in reputable databases. The review integrates systematic literature review as the main method, supported by scoping review and bibliometric perspectives to map research trends, dominant themes, and conceptual developments in Islamic business management and digital transformation. The findings reveal that digital transformation in Islamic business management is characterized by the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital platforms to enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and accountability while maintaining compliance with Islamic principles. Digitalization also drives innovation in business models, strengthens organizational resilience, and facilitates inclusive financial services within the halal industry. Furthermore, the integration of Islamic values, including justice, compliance, and social benefit, positions digital business practices as instruments for achieving the objectives of maqashid shariah and long-term sustainability. This study concludes that digital transformation provides a strategic opportunity to advance Islamic business management beyond normative discourse toward a value-based and technology-enabled managerial framework. Theoretical contributions include the conceptualization of a maqashid shariah-oriented digital management framework and an ecosystem perspective on halal industry development. These insights offer practical implications for policymakers, practitioners, and academics, while also highlighting the need for future empirical and cross-country research to strengthen theory and practice in Islamic business management.
