Abstract

Ayam kampung (Gallus gallus domesticus) merupakan jenis unggas yang banyak digemari masyarakat karena rasanya yang unik dan banyak dijual di masyarakat. Di satu sisi permintaan cukup banyak namun di sisi lain peternak mengalami over supply sehingga harga yang diterima berfluktuasi yang berakibat pada berkurangnya minat untuk beternak ayam kampung, hal ini dialami oleh Wirnurauliah Berkah Farm. Permasalahan yang dijumpai dilakukan solusi pemecahannya melalui kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dengan mengambil topik bidang pemasaran. Tujuan dari kegiatan adalah memberi pemahaman kepada pengelola Wirnurauliah Berkah Farm dan mitranya untuk memahami konsep strategi pemasaran terintegrasi meliputi: perencanaan produksi, bauran pemasaran, standarisasi dan grading, pentingnya pengelolaan dan pengolahan pasca panen, promosi, pengembangan kelembagaan usaha, pengembangan wilayah pasar dan contract farming. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilanjutkan dengan praktik pengemasan dan pendampingan usaha. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilaksanakan oleh 9 orang dosen sebagai narasumber yang diikuti oleh 15 orang pengelola dan mitra. Melalui kegiatan penyuluhan ini peserta meningkat pengetahuannya sebesar 70% berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Target kegiatan ini selain meningkatnya pemahaman konsep pemasaran , keterampilan dan pengembangan produk baru guna menunjang keberlanjutan dan meningkatnya volume usaha

Abstract

Sheep have many advantages and have the potential to be developed because they gain profits more quickly, have lower risks, and have higher nutritional value than other livestock. Developing farmers' groups can be a solution to increasing sheep productivity. The Medal Saluyu Farmers Group as one of the sheep breeders shows the need for assistance for the development of their group. Community service activities are carried out starting from initiation and problem mapping in April 2023 until implementation on June 16 - 17 2023. Activities carried out include counseling and training on feed management and mapping the potential for feed business development, digital marketing, administration, processing, and group dynamics. The activity was carried out at the Medal Saluyu Livestock Group in Cisalak Village RT 06 RW 03 Karoya Village, Tegalwaru District, Purwakarta. The activity involved around 15 breeders. From these activities, it was concluded that further assistance was needed to be able to develop livestock groups by involving various entities such as academics, agricultural services, practitioners in larger companies, private companies (in the context of Corporate Social Responsibility), and local government.

Abstract

Gapoktan adalah kelembagaan tani yang menjadi pelaksana PUAP (Pengembangan Usaha AgribisnisPedesaan) dan memiliki peran penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani. Tujuan penelitianadalah untuk mengetahui kinerja kelembagaan tani, mengetahui mekanisme dan realisasipelaksanaan PUAP, dan mengidentifikasi peranan kelembagaan tani dalam meningkatkanpendapatan petani. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan Skala Likert dengan 14indikator dan dibuat klasifikasi (Gapoktan Kurang Baik, Gapoktan Cukup Baik, Gapoktan Baik). Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gapoktan memiliki kinerja baik (skor 1.056). Rekayasa sosial yangdilakukan meliputi penguatan kelembagaan, kegiatan penyuluhan, dan pengembangan SDM. ProgramPUAP mendapat dukungan pendampingan yang “kuat” (rata-rata skor 486). Jumlah peminjam tahun2013 sudah mencapai 131 orang dan dana yang digulirkan sudah berkembang mencapai Rp140.000.000. Program PUAP sudah dijalankan dengan baik tetapi belum efektif dapat meningkatkanpendapatan petani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis karakteristik umum konsumen Bel Mart Bogor, tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja bauran pemasaran Bel Mart Bogor menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), serta tingkat kepuasan konsumen Bel Mart Bogor menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, konsumen yang berbelanja di Bel Mart Bogor didominasi oleh perempuan yang telah menikah dengan pekerjaan sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Berdasarkan sebaran usia, konsumen Bel Mart Bogor berada pada kisaran usia 26-35 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan konsumen sebagian besar adalah Sarjana. Jumlah pengeluaran konsumsi bahan pangan per bulan berkisar ≥ Rp. 4.000.000,00 - Rp. 5.000.000,00. Jumlah kunjungan berbelanja di Bel Mart Bogor sebanyak 3-4 kali dalam sebulan. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran yang harus dijadikan prioritas dalam peningkatan kinerja pelaksanaannya adalah lokasi gerai, sarana parkir, desain, dan layout gerai, serta kenyamanan gerai. Nilai CSI terhadap bauran pemasaran Bel Mart Bogor adalah sebesar 76,83 persen. Nilai tersebut berada pada selang 66,7–83,3 persen, artinya konsumen telah merasa puas terhadap kinerja bauran pemasaran Bel Mart Bogor.

Abstract

Analisis kelayakan peningkatan kapasitas produksi sapi potong ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial peningkatan usaha yang akan dilakukan oleh CV Lembu Mas. CV Lembu Mas bertujuan untuk meningkatkan usaha penggemukan sapinya dari 31 ekor per tahun menjadi 501 ekor per tahun. Penelitian dilaksanakan di  CV Lembu Mas (Kelurahan Kedaung Kecamatan Sawangan Kota Depok Jawa Barat) mulai dari September sampai dengan November  2016.  Analisis finansial dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha yaitu besar manfaat (benefit) dan besar biaya dalam usaha ini, yang dianalisis menggunakan analisis finansial, yang terdiri dari struktur biaya dan analisis cashflow dengan kriteria NPV, Payback period. Hasil NPV yang diperoleh NPV > 0 = 789.314.098. Kriteria Laba-Rugi peningkatan kapasitas produksi memperoleh keuntungan pada tahun pertama sebesar Rp 128.440.450, tahun kedua sampai tahun kelima memperoleh keuntungan  sebesar : Rp 209.408.450. Kriteria R/C Ratio diperoleh 1,1 pada tahun petama dan 1,2 pada tahun kedua sampai tahun kelima. Berdasarkan kriteria payback period yang diperoleh lebih cepat dari umur bisnis, yaitu 1 tahun 11 bulan. Berdasarkan aspek finansial, peningkatan kapasitas produksi dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.KATA KUNCI: analisis kelayakan, sapi potong, pengembangan usaha.  FINANCIAL FEASIBILITY STUDY OF BEEF PRODUCTION CAPACITY EXPANSION ABSTRACTThis study was aimed to analyze the feasibility of production expansion of beef at CV Lembu Mas, Depok. CV Lembu Mas intended to expand their beef production, from 31 beef to 51 beef. The study was conducted at CV Lembu Mas from September to November 2016. Financial analysis was done to assess the benefit and the cost in this business and consisted of  cost structure and cash flow analyzes using NPV and Payback Period parameters. Results showed that the NPV was NPV > 0 = Rp 789.314.098.  With profit-loss parameter, it was shown that the first year profit was Rp 128.440.450 and in year 2 to 5, the profit was Rp 209.408.450,-.  The R/ C ratios were 1.1 in the first year and 1.2 in year 2 to 5.  Payback period was 1 year 11 months, shorter than the age of the business.  Based on the results of financial and non financial analyzes, it was concluded that the expansion of production capacity was feasible.

Abstract

The price gap between farmers and retailers in commercial vegetables like spinach, tomatoes, potatoes and shallots in Bogor City was predicted as a result from the high trading margin. The research aims to analyze income, margin and farmer share obtained by commercial vegetable supply chain actors in Bogor City. The study was conducted in March - October 2017 at the Bogor Traditional Market and the Jambu Traditional Market. The selection of respondents used the purposive sampling and snowball sampling method. Result shows that the R / C ratio of farmers is lower than that of traders. The R/C ratio received by farmers is 1,48, while that received by traders is 2,64. The average Farmer Share (41,2%) is lower than the seller share (58,8%). The average marketing margin is Rp 14,576.5. The supply chain that take side to farmers regarding to the value of R/C, the total margin and the farmer's share value are found in potato commodities because it has a higher R / C ratio than traders, higher farmer shares than traders, and trading margin that lower than the three other commodities compared

Abstract

Papaya Calina (Carica papaya L.) is one of the main commodities in Cidolog Village, Cidolog District, Sukabumi Regency. Since 2020, Papaya plantation in Cidolog has remained static, and production has even decreased in 2020-2021 while national production increased. The research was conducted in December 2021 to identify the internal and external conditions in papaya agribusiness in Cidolog, and formulate strategies to develop the business. Internal and external environment mapping was obtained through observation and in-depth interviews with the farmer group. Assessment of the IFE and EFE matrices, and strategy formulation using SWOT Matrix, were obtained from interviews with five experts. Environment analysis shows that the papaya agribusiness in Cidolog Village has prospects for further development with an IFE value of 2.51 and an EFE of 2.64. The position of Calina's papaya agribusiness in IE matric is in cell 5 with a “guard and sustain” strategy. SWOT Matrix formulates 8 strategies namely 1) Expansion of land, 2) Increasing the role and dynamics of farmer groups, 3) Strengthening capabilities and access to networking, 4) Processing of inferior papaya into processed products, 5) Expansion of information and promotion of Papaya Calina Cidolog on the village website, District website, social media, and exhibitions, 6) Training on pest and plant disease control and cultivation practices in general, 7) Proposing road repairment to the relevant local government, and 8) opening the new market to supermarkets and a fruit shop.

Abstract

Rural areas have abundant potential natural resources, especially in agriculture, which can be developed to strengthen the welfare of the community. The research aims to identify village conditions and business portfolios, analyze possible innovations and adoptions to improve agricultural performance, analyze factors that can strengthen innovation, and analyze processes to strengthen adoption and innovation. The research was conducted in Cipayung Village, Megamendung District, Bogor Regency in May - June 2023. The analysis was carried out through in-depth interviews with 6 (six) representatives of parties involved in the agricultural development process in Cipayung Village, namely farmer group leaders, MSME actors, village extension workers, village secretary, youth group head, and West Java P4S Chair. The data is processed qualitatively. The results of the study indicate that the condition of resources in Cipayung Village can be developed, the business portfolio also supports the existence of a collaborative process for agricultural development. Identification of innovation and adoption indicates that there are opportunities for innovation development in terms of products, processes, marketing, organizations and markets. Innovation is devoted to producing high-quality, unique, and highly potential market products in order to gain a higher profit, considering the limited land due to land conversion. Factors that can strengthen innovation are strengthening human resources, social resources, capital resources, and infrastructure. This research is expected to strengthen agricultural performance and encourage the youth to be part of the agriculture development program in Cipayung Village.

Abstract

The objectives of the study were to determine the export performance and analyze the comparative and competitive advantages of Indonesian bananas compared to competing countries in the ASEAN market. The study used time series observation data from various sources including FAOSTAT and Trade Map which ranged from 2012 to 2021. The analysis method in the research is using descriptive analysis, Revealed Comparative Advantage analysis, and Trade Specialization Index analysis. The result of the research is that Indonesian bananas have a lower export value compared to the Philippines, Malaysia and Vietnam. The Philippines is comparatively superior in banana exports to the ASEAN market, while Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam have lower comparative competitiveness. The role in banana trade in the ASEAN market varies between countries. In banana trade, Indonesia and the Philippines are competitively superior countries with strong exporter values, while Malaysia and Vietnam are not competitively superior as they experience fluctuating values.

Abstract

Sebagai Negara Agraris yang mayoritas besar masyarakat Indonesia menyandarkan kebutuhannya kebutuhannya pada sektor pertanian untuk mata pencaharian maupun kebutuhan pangan. Selain itu sektor pertanian juga dianggap sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Negara karena menyumbang kontribusi besar terhadap Pendapatan Domestik Bruto (PDB). Namun sektor Pertanian di Indonesia dihadapkan dengan berbagai macam tantangan. Salah satu tantangan besar bagi sektor pertanian adalah regenerasi petani yang mengalami kemunduran karena rendahnya minat generasi muda terhadap sektor tersebut. Kekhawatiran akan hal tersebut dirasakan oleh petani di seluruh penjuru Negeri termasuk kelompok tani Tugu Karya Mandiri. Dilatar belakangi oleh permasalahan tersebut maka dibentuklah program Pengenalan Sektor Pertanian Terhadap Anak Usia Dini sebagai resolusi terbaik bagi keberlangsungan danregenerasi sektor pertanian.
