Abstract

Tujuan program MBKM adalah mendorong mahasiswa agribisnis dalam menguasai berbagai bidang ilmu pengetahuan dengan bidang keahliannya, sehingga siap bersaing dalam dunia global. Kebijakan ini memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk memilih mata kuliah yang akan mereka tempuh berdasarkan keinginan sendiri. Pelaksanaan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka mendorong proses pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi semakin otonom dan fleksibel. Pendidikan selalu mengupayakan terciptanya peserta didik yang selalu melakukan pembaharuan setiap waktu. Tidak hanya berpendidikan tinggi akan tetapi mampu menjadi agen perubahan dalam lingkup kecil maupun besar. Dari perubahan dan inovasi yang dihasilkan tersebut mampu memberikan kontribusi yang maksimal bagi kemajuan suatu bangsa yang memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Responden penelitian sebanyak 49 mahasiswa Prodi Agribisnis dari 181 mahasiswa aktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi Program MBKM pada Prodi Agribisnis menurut perspektif mahasiswa berada pada angka 60,2% (rata-rata dari 14 pertanyaan). Hal ini dilihat dari dilihat dari aspek kesiapan dokumen, dukungan program terdahulu, kesiapan mahasiswa menjadi bagian dalam program, perolehan ketrampilan dan kompetensi tambahan dalam penyelesaian permasalahan, kaitan program dengan masa studi, meluasnya perspektif dan bertambahnya kompetensi yang dibutuhkan dengan belajar di prodi lain, kesesuaian program dengan kebutuhan lulusan di masa mendatang, kaitan program dengan kompetensi ketrampilan lulusan setelah lulus dan bekerja, kaitan program dengan persiapan menghadapi masa pasca kampus (bekerja), dan kedalaman pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang program. Implikasi kebijakan baik bagi prodi, fakultas, dan universitas adalah memperkuat terkait penguatan kesiapan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa yang berminat mengambil MBKM Magang Industri melalui penguatan dengan mitra dunia industri dan membentuk Pusat Inkubasi Bisnis untuk kegiatan kewirausahaan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze consumer characteristics, determine the process of making purchasing decisions and determine consumer preferences for local papaya attributes in traditional markets in Bogor City. 30 respondents were determined by using accidental sampling. The method of analysis used are descriptive analysis, Multi-attribute Fishbein and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results showed that the characteristics of local Papaya consumers were quite varied, namely gender, age, education, occupation, number of dependents and monthly income. Purchasing decisions are influenced by five factors, namely need recognition, information search, evaluation of alternatives, purchases and outcomes. Consumer preferences can be identified through the attributes found in local papaya fruit such as taste, skin color, size, shape, water content (juiciness), flesh color, flesh thickness, flesh texture and papaya skin texture. The result of Fishbein's Multi-attribute analysis shows that the most influencing attributes for consumer in making purchasing decisions are the color of the meat and the taste attribute of the local Papaya fruit. IPA Matrix Analysis shows that the attributes that must be maintained are taste and color of the meat, and the attributes that need to be developed are the thickness of the meat and the texture of the meat. Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of freshwater ornamental fish consumers, determine the decision-making process of freshwater ornamental fish consumers, and determine the correlation between consumer behavior and purchasing decisions of freshwater ornamental fish in Bogor. The research held from October to November 2021 at three ornamental fish stores in Bogor (Terang Aquarium, Laladon Ornamental Fish Exchange, Bogor Ornamental Fish Marketing Depot). 50 respondents chosen by accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the consumer characteristics of freshwater ornamental fish varied which were known from the factors of gender, age, education, profession, family of responsibility, monthly income, monthly expenses for freshwater ornamental fish and when they start to buy/keep freshwater ornamental fish. Consumer’s considerations in buying/maintaining freshwater ornamental fish are in terms of how to care, price, ornamental fish’s behavior, size, color, shape, type of ornamental fish and where to buy. The results of the Spearman Rank Correlation analysis show that the cultural variable (X1) has a weak but significant correlation with the purchase decision (Y). The social variable (X2) has a very weak and insignificant correlation. The personal variable (X3) has a weak but significant correlation and the psychological variable (X4) has a strong and significant correlation with a correlation coefficient value is 0.642 and significant value less than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Abstract

The study aims to determine the internal and external factors that influence the development of the Banana (Musa paradisiaca sapientum) farming business in Ruguk Village and to formulate an optimal strategy for developing the banana farming business. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, IFE Matrix analysis, EFE Matrix, Internal – External (IE) Matrix, SWOT Diagram, and SWOT analysis. Respondents were selected purposively. The respondents were 8 (eight) experts in their fields. From the results of In the Internal – External (IE) matrix analysis, it was concluded that the farming business should implement a growth strategy, and from SWOT Diagram Analysis since the farming is in quadrant I, they should use an aggressive strategy. Ten specific strategies have resulted from the SWOT analysis, namely the SO strategy: 1). Expanding the scale of banana production, 2) Expanding marketing to supermarkets, and 3) Diversifying processed chip products. WO strategy: 1) Improving the management and the functions of farmer producers cooperative, 2) Providing facilitation and education on diversification of processed products, 3) Utilizing information technology for marketing, communication, and transaction facilities. ST strategy: 1) Improving cultivation management and maintenance to increase the quality and quantity of production. WT strategy: 1) Education on how to handle the disease, 2) Carry out plant maintenance regularly, and 3) Delivery on time.
