Abstract

Abstract – This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, Work From Home (WFH) policies, and effective communication on the performance of employees in the Quality Assurance division at PT. Kobus Smart Service. The research adopts a quantitative descriptive approach, targeting all 44 permanent employees through a saturated sampling method. Data were collected using surveys and structured questionnaires. The findings reveal that job stress has a significant negative impact on employee performance, indicating that heightened stress levels reduce focus and effectiveness. Conversely, the WFH policy and effective communication exhibit a significant positive influence on performance, suggesting that flexible working arrangements and clear communication enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of stress management strategies, the integration of WFH practices, and fostering effective communication to optimize employee performance. The study contributes both theoretically and practically to human resource management by identifying key factors influencing employee performance in the outsourcing sector. Keywords: Job Stress, Work From Home Policy, Effective Communication, Employee Performance

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important parts of an organization. Leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate are needed to support employees to increase productivity and complete work in accordance with company procedures. With the implementation of an effective leadership style, a maintained work-life balance, and a conducive organizational climate, the quality of human resources will further improve and have a positive impact on employee performance. Basically, quality human resources will help PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama in achieving its strategic goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work-life balance, and organizational climate on employee performance at PT. Mitra Sarana Purnama. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population and sample of 95 permanent employees, because using a saturated sample technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey with a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach with the SmartPLS analysis tool version 4.0. The results of the study show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work-life balance also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Similarly, the organizational climate exerts a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract – This research examines the impact of female leadership styles, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee discipline within the Finance and Asset Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs. The study involves two types of variables: the dependent variable (Employee Discipline) and the independent variables (Female Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation). The research population consists of all 73 employees at the Finance and Asset Bureau, with the entire population serving as the sample (saturated sampling). Data were collected using quantitative methods, including questionnaires and literature reviews. The data were analyzed descriptively and through Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0, incorporating validity and reliability tests. Findings indicate that Female Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Work Motivation each have a positive and significant influence on Employee Discipline at the Finance and Asset Bureau of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Home Affairs. Keywords: Employee Discipline; Female Leadership Style; Organizational Culture; Work Motivation
