Abstract

Literasi keuangan menjadi hal yang perlu ditingkatkan dalam rangka mengembangkan UMKM di Indonesia. Literasi yang perlu dilakukan terutama terkait dengan pencatatan keuangan dasar dan pengelolaan keuangan. Mampu mengenal dan memanfaatkan peluang bisnis baru juga merupakan hal yang dapat meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas UMKM. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengenalan peluang bisnis adalah dengan analisis SWOT. Melalui metode ini peserta dapat mengenali diri pribadi menyangkut kekuatan dan kelemahan serta mampu mengenali lingkungan luar terkait dengan kesempatan dan ancaman. Pengabdian masayarakat ini dilakukan di Desa Kerinjing, Ogan ilir. Peserta terdiri dari 30 orang pelaku UMKM. Jenis usaha relatif berkaitan dengan hasil alam. Rata – rata usia peserta berada pada angka 30 tahun. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberi peserta materi cetak lalu dilanjutkan dengan ceramah dan diskusi serta tanya jawab. Dari hasil penyampaian materi dan diskusi, para peserta masih memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang rendah. Pencatatan keuangan masih sangat sederhana dan tidak konsisten.  Kata Kunci : Literasi Keuangan, Membaca, UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of liquidity ratios and profitability ratios at PT Mayora Indah, Tbk. This study uses quantitative data, namely the report of PT Mayora Indah, Tbk for the 2018-2020 period. Data collection techniques in this study were in the form of documentation and observation of financial statements and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that it is necessary to evaluate the dimensions of the cash ratio, basic earning power, return on assets and return on equity so that in the coming year it will increase.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perkembangan teknologi dan transaksi ekonomi digital mendorong perubahan pola pikir dan perilaku individu dalam pengambilan keputusan ekonomi dan keputusan investasi. Kemudahan dalam akses informasi dan komunikasi melalui media sosial telah memunculkan banyak influencer termasuk dibidang keuangan seperti membagikan tips-tips untuk mulai berinvestasi, cara untuk memilih instrumen investasi, bahkan memberikan saran untuk berinvestasi pada suatu perusahaan. Kemudian akses informasi ini juga dapat meningkatkan literasi keuangan, selain itu menjadikan pengetahuan dasar bagi individu mengenai produk keuangan sebagai acuan pengambilan Keputusan investasi yang memberikan imbal hasil. Selain adanya imbal hasil, investasi juga mempunyai risiko yang menyertainya, disinilah peran individu dalam mengambil keputusan investasi dan melakukan self-control agar tidak terjebak dalam investasi yang merugikan.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Influencer, literasi keuangan, self-control terhadap keputusan investasi di era ekonomi digital.Metode Penelitian: Sampel penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Indonesia yang pernah melakukan investasi minimal salah satu dari berbagai macam produk investasi, yang dilakukan dengan teknik non-probability sampling. Ukuran sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 100 dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil pengujian hipotesis menemukan bahwa Influencer dan self-control terbukti tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan investasi, sedangkan variabel literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi.Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan rujukan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi ditengah gempuran era digitalisasi ekonomi.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the banking industry has driven the implementation of e-business as a primary strategy in realizing green banking, especially in Islamic banking based on the principles of sustainability and fairness. Digitalization through internet banking, mobile banking, and electronic payment systems enables operational efficiency, reduced use of physical resources, and reduced carbon footprint. In addition to increasing financial inclusion, e-business also strengthens transparency and transaction security. However, its implementation faces various challenges, such as digital infrastructure readiness, data security risks, and adaptation to Islamic regulations. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy and policy support are needed to ensure that this transformation is in accordance with Islamic principles and supports sustainability goals. The success of e-business integration in green banking in Islamic banking is highly dependent on technological readiness, supportive regulations, and awareness and active participation from various stakeholders. With proper implementation, Islamic banking can not only increase its competitiveness in the digital era, but also contribute to a more inclusive, efficient, and environmentally friendly financial system. Therefore, further research is needed on the most effective policies and business models to ensure that digitalization in Islamic banking is in line with the principles of green banking and long-term sustainability.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berperan penting dalam ekonomi digital dewasa ini, terutama dalam memasarkan produk dan jasa, termasuk UMKM di Indonesia. Namun masih banyak UMKM yang belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan teknik bisnis digital sebagai media promosi kreatif untuk memperkenalkan dan memasarkan produknya. Salah satu UMKM tersebut adalah UMKM Pokdarwis Desa Agrowisata Sungai Jawi Palembang yang memproduksi minuman herbal. Karena keterbatasan pengetahuan dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi digital, kemasan produk yang dihasilkan relatif masih sederhana dengan tampilan merek yang juga masih sederhana, sehingga kurang menarik pembeli. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital anggota UMKM Pokdarwis Palembang, terutama dalam membuat konten promosi yang kreatif dan inovatif berbasis Canva. Peningkatan kompetensi digital ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan UMKM Pokdarwis dalam melakukan promosi melalui media sosial dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, tutorial/pendampingan, dan diskusi. Peserta melakukan praktek membuat konten promosi digital dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Evaluasi dilaksanakan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman peserta akan materi yang dilatih dalam bentuk pre-test dan post-test serta evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan. Setelah mendapatkan pelatihan dan pendampingan, kemampuan peserta dalam membuat bahan promosi dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva semakin baik. Peserta juga mendapat tambahan pengetahuan tentang promosi digital.

Abstract

This research investigates the influence of users' perceptions of usefulness and ease of use on their intention to adopt digital payment methods, with attitude serving as an intervening factor. By employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study delivers meaningful input for technology developers and decision-makers to understand the key elements affecting users’ acceptance of digital payment platforms. Primary data for this study were obtained from a questionnaire of 200 urban communities in Indonesia that use digital payments in transactions using non-probability sampling techniques. This study used the SEM-PLS method using SmartPLS 3. The findings indicated that Perceived Usefulness (X1) does not exert a significant influence on Attitude (Y). However, Perceived Usefulness (X1) is known to be able to influence Behavior Intention (Z) directly. Attitude (Y) significantly affects Behavior Intention (Z). Perceived Ease of Use (X2) significantly influences Attitude (Y). Still, it cannot directly influence Behavior Intention (Z), which means that digital payments must be easy to use to shape supportive attitudes toward digital payments and increase intention to use. While enhancing perceived usefulness can directly increase users’ intention to adopt these technologies, improving ease of use is essential for fostering positive attitudes, which in turn shape behavioral intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the marketing strategy of Hajj savings products in increasing the number of customers at PT Bank Muamalat Stabat Branch. The research method used is quantitative with a field research approach that involves data collection through questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that Bank Muamalat implemented various marketing strategies that included aspects of product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. Hajj savings products are offered with the principles of Mudharabah Muthlaqah and Wadiah Yad Dhamanah, providing flexibility for customers in depositing funds.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the challenges of sharia accounting in the millennial generation and the digital era 4.0. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a systematic review approach. The results of this research conclusion are the main challenges faced in implementing sharia accounting in the millennial generation and the digital era 4.0 including technology adaptation, data security, education and awareness, product innovation, and compliance with sharia principles in financial transactions. The millennial generation, which is increasingly dominant in the market, plays a role in changing consumer patterns, while digital technology 4.0 influences the way business and financial transactions are carried out.

Abstract

Purpose: The specific objective to be achieved in this service activity is to assist MSMEs in Burai Village in strengthening business legality, so as to increase competitiveness. Methodology/approach: The method used to implementing community service is service and assistance in meeting needs through service assistance and education. The series of methods used consisted of lectures, demonstrations, and mentoring. Results/findings: The implementation of community service activities in Burai Village received high enthusiasm from MSME players and involved support from the Village Head, community participation, enthusiasm of the participants, and assistance by the service team. On the other hand, the obstacles in this activity involve limited training time and distance, as well as obstacles in training follow-up. The impact of this activity involves increased knowledge about ICT-Based Business Legality, increased interest in entrepreneurship, and forum for marketing products through Digital Marketing. Nonetheless, there still challenges related to the lack of ICT usage and low business capital. Phase two mentoring highlighted legality issues and the lack of ICT utilization by MSMEs. Solutions include improving knowledge of business, SWOT analysis of MSME products, and optimization of digital marketing. It is also focus on appropriate digital media channels, maintaining customer loyalty, and innovative marketing strategies. Limitation: The implementation of mentoring requires limited time, causing the results achieved to be not optimal. The legality of MSMEs in Burai Village can be achieved if the mentoring process is carried out continuously. Contribution: The community service activities in Burai showed high enthusiasm and active support from MSME actors and related parties. Although successful in increasing knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship, challenges that need to be overcome involve limited use of ICT and low business capital.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM di Indonesia, khususnya UMKM Pokdarwis Desa Sungai Jawi, Palembang seringkali terkendala oleh terbatasnya kapasitas manajerial keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan UMKM melalui pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Buku Warung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam mencatat transaksi keuangan secara digital. Setelah pelatihan, peserta mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Buku Warung dengan baik, sehingga meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi pencatatan pembukuan. Peningkatan kemampuan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat pondasi keuangan UMKM dan mendukung keberlanjutan usaha mereka di tengah persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat.
