Abstract

Pendekatan menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang difokuskan pada platform Shopee dan Instagram diharapkan dapat meningkatkan jumlah pembelian dan kemampuan berkomunikasi. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada APK Platycerium Bali yaitu dalam segi fasilitas budidaya tanaman yang dimiliki hanya dengan greenhouse tanpa penerangan, strategi pemasaran dan penjualan yang digunakan masih kurang efektif karena pemasaran yang telah dilakukan tersebut kurang gencar dan kurang ter-update serta kurangnya kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh SDM pada mitra dalam bidang pemasaran dan komunikasi bisnis. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dibagi menjadi 6 tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu sosialisasi awal kegiatan dan penentuan waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan, pembuatan akun Instagram dan Shopee, pengadaan dan pemasangan alat grow light dan panel surya, memberikan sebuah pelatihan kepada mitra tentang cara penggunaan Instagram dan Shopee serta fitur live streaming, pelatihan strategi pemasaran dan komunikasi bisnis, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian modul serta terakhir yaitu dengan melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi dari penggunaan grow light meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman anakan baru selama 3 bulan sebanyak 1-4 tanaman. Hasil dari pelatihan komunikasi bisnis dan digital marketing yakni mitra bisa menerapkannya dalam penjualan produk melalui Shopee dan live streaming, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari adanya pembelian online melalui Shopee serta jangkauan pembeli hingga ke daerah Gianyar dan Tabanan.

Abstract

The waste problem is a problem that plagues the world. Various programs and methods have been carried out in processing waste. Until now, Bali has become the area with the most waste production in Indonesia, where every day the waste produced reaches 4,281 tons or in other words 1.5 million tons per year. In early 2021, a campaign on the separation of organic and non-organic waste has been initiated in several districts/cities in the province of Bali. The next problem is that people do not know how to process organic waste other than being compost for plants. Black Soldier Fly (BSF) or black soldier fly is an order of diptera whose physical characteristics are similar to wasps. BSF itself has an average life cycle from egg to adult of 45 days. Where the main consumption of BSF itself is organic waste. In Pelaga village, Petang sub-district, Badung district, there is an effort to breed BSF. Where in this effort, it can produce no less than 100 kg of BSF larvae within 15-20 days. The problems encountered by these entrepreneurs are often difficult to predict the amount of BSF larvae production, because around the area there are quite a lot of catfish and chicken farmers who need BSF larvae as feed. The use of linear regression method can overcome these problems. The results obtained between the application of this method include the accuracy value which reaches 62.5% for prediction of sales and 32.5% for prediction of production.

Abstract

COVID-19 has had a major impact on all sectors of society, starting from health, the economy, and tourism. The outbreak of the spread of this disease causes a lack of public awareness of the importance of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). PHBS is an effort that can be made by the community to improve the quality of health through individuals, groups, or society at large. As well as the restrictions on community activities, especially in the economic sector, the people's purchasing power decreases for MSME products, precisely in Dalang Village. Therefore, in this community service, UKM KSR-PMI Unit ITB STIKOM Bali held community service in the form of health socialization and socialization of the use of technology. Broadly speaking, this activity is divided into health socialization which aims to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining a Clean and Healthy Lifestyle (PHBS) and socialization of the use of social media technology and e-commerce which aims to improve and help the economy and MSMEs in Dalang Village. . This activity that has been carried out by UKM KSR-PMI Unit ITB STIKOM Bali has a fairly large and good impact on people's understanding which can be seen from the results of the percentage of questionnaires. From this activity 88% showed that participants had understood the socialization material that had been given directly.

Abstract

Simpodial Bali Bambu is a company that uses laminated bamboo as a furniture base. The company is located in Banjar Dinas Bengkel, West Selemadeg, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Through previous research, this effort uses a lamination technique to avoid powder lice, which is the main enemy of bamboo. Laminate itself is a transparent layer and is useful for protecting bamboo so that it is resistant to water, dust mites, and sunlight. A number of products that have been made by this business include chairs, tables and parquet from laminated bamboo. However, this company has problems selling its products. In addition, the management of financial transactions related to the company is still not structured so that the company's profit and loss is not clear. This community service activity aims to overcome partner problems, namely by providing a website as a promotional and educational media about laminated bamboo, providing website management training, and providing training to manage company finances using Microsoft Excel. Monitoring is done by monitoring the development of traffic on the website. Based on the evaluation results, this activity has a satisfaction index of 80.81% with a very good interpretation of the results.
