Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat Gampong Padang Sakti, Kecamatan Muara Satu, Kota Lhokseumawe, dalam melaksanakan shalat jenazah. Shalat jenazah merupakan salah satu kewajiban kolektif (fardhu kifayah) bagi umat Muslim, namun pengetahuan terkait tata cara pelaksanaannya seringkali terbatas di kalangan masyarakat umum. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta akan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang teori dan praktik shalat jenazah, mulai dari niat, takbir, hingga doa-doa yang harus dibacakan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan kemampuan masyarakat, terutama tokoh agama dan pemuda, dalam melaksanakan shalat jenazah secara mandiri. Para peserta mampu melakukan shalat jenazah dengan benar dan sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat Islam. Dampaknya, pelatihan ini berhasil menciptakan kader-kader baru yang siap membantu pelaksanaan shalat jenazah di lingkungan Gampong Padang Sakti, sehingga meminimalkan ketergantungan pada segelintir individu yang memiliki pengetahuan tersebut. Selain itu, program ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran keagamaan yang lebih kuat di tengah masyarakat, serta mempererat hubungan sosial dengan adanya gotong royong dalam melaksanakan kewajiban fardhu kifayah tersebut.

Potensi benih bayam cukup tinggi di Desa Tangkit Kecamatan Sungai Gelam Muaro Jambi tetapi penguasaan teknologi di bidang produksinya oleh petani masih rendah. Penerapan teknik produksi dan pengelolaan yang baik diyakini dapat menghasilkan benih bayam unggul komersial sehingga bisa menjadi sumber pendapatan baru bagi petani bayam. Permasalahan berupa rendahnya pengetahuan, penguasaan teknologi, dan ketrampilan berusaha diatasi dengan cara (1) transfer ilmu dan teknologi produksi benih bayam unggul bernilai ekonomis tinggi; (2) meningkatkan minat masyarakat berwirausaha benih bayam; (3) melakukan komersialisasi terhadap benih bayam unggul yang berhasil dikembangkan, (4) memberdayakan kelompok tani melalui kegiatan berwirausaha; (5) memantapkan bentuk dan disain grafis kemasan menjadi lebih menarik dan berorientasi pasar sehingga dapat meningkatkan nilai dan harga jual produk; dan (6) melakukan promosi melalui internet dengan menyertakan unsur edukatif kebaikan produk dietary fiberberbasis sayur bayam bagi kesehatan. Setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan, pengembangan produksi benih bayam unggul menjadi suatu keniscayaan bagi masyarakat dan petani di Desa Tangkit yang memang merupakan sentra produksi bayam. Produksi benih bayam unggul merupakan alternatif jalan keluar bagi persoalan jenuhnya pasar dan tekanan hukum permintaan dan penawaran komoditas bayam segar. Pengembangan usaha ini telah menciptakan lapangan kerja baru bagi mitra dan masyarakat sasaran.

Pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut guru untuk memiliki keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi guna menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Salah satu aspek penting dalam pembelajaran adalah penyusunan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD), yang berfungsi sebagai media untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, serta kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Namun, calon guru sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menyusun LKPD yang efektif, seperti keterbatasan keterampilan desain dan pemahaman teknologi. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan "Edukasi Canva dan AI bagi Calon Guru Profesional dalam Menyusun Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) Secara Daring" dilaksanakan untuk membekali calon guru dengan keterampilan dalam menggunakan Canva sebagai alat desain grafis dan AI sebagai teknologi pendukung pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga sesi utama: pengenalan Canva, pemanfaatan AI dalam penyusunan konten, dan praktik langsung dalam merancang LKPD. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 90% peserta berhasil menguasai dasar-dasar penggunaan Canva dan dapat mengintegrasikan AI dalam penyusunan LKPD secara efektif. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan pemahaman awal dan koneksi internet yang tidak stabil, metode pendampingan intensif serta penyediaan materi hybrid membantu peserta mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan ini memberikan dampak positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi calon guru, sehingga mereka lebih siap menghadapi tuntutan pendidikan digital di masa depan.

This community service aims to improve digital marketing competencies of communication science students which are carried out through Canva training. The background is the gap between industrial demands and graduate skills in the digital age, especially in the aspect of visual communication for digital marketing. The implementation method includes intensive training in the use of canva, including the basic theory of visual design and direct practice of making digital marketing content. The expected result is an increase in the ability of students to create interesting and effective visual content for digital marketing strategies. This activity also aims to increase awareness of the importance of this skill in the communication science curriculum. Follow -up includes evaluating the impact of training on academic performance and student career projections, as well as the potential integration of similar training into the regular curriculum. Through this initiative, it is expected to strengthen the relevance of communication education to industrial needs in the digital age.

The utilization of purple yam flour is expected to enhance the functional value of cookies. This study aims to determine the effect of processing techniques of purple yam flour (Dioscorea alata) on the characteristics of mocaf-based cookies. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design. Complete with treatments of various processing technique for yam flour: P1 (yam tubers are cut, then steamed, sliced, and dried), P2 (yam tubers are sliced, soaked in 1% citric acid for 30 minutes, steamed, and dried), P3 (yam tubers are cut, then soaked in water for 24 hours, sliced, and dried), P4 (yam tubers are cut, steamed, mashed, mixed with mocaf, and dried), and P5 (yam tubers are soaked in 1% citric acid for 30 minutes, steamed, mashed, mixed with mocaf, and dried). The research shows that the processing techniques affect the hedonic quality of color and flavor of the produced cookies. The encapsulation with mocaf able to retain the color of purple but appear to be darker and not preferred by the panelist. Based on the sensory analysis, the selected cookies from treatment P3 was chosen to produce yam-mocaf cookies. This cookie has color values L*, a*, b* of (37.95; 9.30; 2.10), hardness 77.76gF, moisture content 6.75%, ash content 2.22%, fat content 17.28%, protein content 6.81%, fiber content 5.48%, carbohydrate content 66.79%, and anthocyanin content of 47.01 mg/100g.

Students' interest and involvement in mathematics learning, particularly at the elementary school level, is often low due to the nature of the material that is considered difficult and less interesting. The gamification approach, which integrates elements of play into learning, emerges as a potential strategy to increase students' motivation and understanding of mathematical concepts. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of gamification in increasing learning interest and understanding of mathematics in elementary school students. This literature review was carried out by collecting, filtering, and analyzing various relevant previous research, using keywords such as "gamification", "elementaryschool mathematics learning", "student motivation", "educational technology", and "student collaboration". The results of the study show that the application of gamification in mathematics learning has a significant positive impact on student motivation and engagement, improves understanding of mathematical concepts, and facilitates collaborative skills. The implication of these findings is that educators should consider integrating technology-based gamification in the math curriculum, in order to create a learning experience that is more adaptive and relevant to students' needs.

This study aims to describe the educational policies issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and the decisions taken by Senior High School 1 Rupat (SMAN 1 Rupat) as an effort to continue education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected by means of literature study, interviews, documents and observations. Data analysis was carried out by adopting an interactive model from Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that flexibility is the goal of the issuance of policies and decisions taken by the government and schools with the aim of maintaining student safety from Covid-19 and minimizing the impact of learning loss. The challenge in the future is to find a model of resilience that can be maximized to restore Indonesian education.

The aimed of this study is to explore how fake news through the media can disrupt socio-political stability and impede the implementation of various government policies that are being introduced, and how significant efforts are being made by all parties to ensure that hoax coverage does not spread through all lines of social life by providing a literacy education formula in the context of knowledge challenges that are difficult to address. It also analyzes how social media are used to construct strategies that can cloud the atmosphere of socio-political life and public morality, which seem to give priority to pro-people ethics, as is the case in Indonesia. In this study, a qualitative approach and post-truth theory are used as analytical perspectives in the interpretation of topics such as Covid-19 news and details in the presidential election contest of 2019. This study will also document how, through the mediation of hoax reporting through social media, online social media representations such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other personal messaging applications are explored. So, of course, based on the findings of the preliminary observations, there needs to be a strategy for creating new, shifting narratives about different government policies based on relevant references, since modern media have an influence on the social, cultural, and political landscape of life. A proper media literacy and literacy analysis must also be carried out to see if offline communities with limited internet connectivity no longer accept the notion of 'hoax opinion' established in Indonesia. Therefore, literacy education would be able to reveal false knowledge that has spread through society and will correct any myths in social life.

This study has described how the pattern of political communication between government institutions and its impact on public confidence in development in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study focuses more on the analysis of communication patterns between the executive (ie: Governor of Aceh Province) and the legislative (DPR) in carrying out their respective duties and functions in the context of development in Aceh Province, Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach aimed at describing the pattern of political communication between government institutions and analyzing the level of trust of the Acehnese people. The benefit of this study is to provide a formula for good and effective political communication with elites at various levels of institutions from the executive to the legislature. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the patterns of political communication between government institutions, namely the executive and legislative institutions, are personal communication patterns, informal communication patterns, family communication patterns, party or organizational communication patterns. All types of communication patterns are carried out between parties in carrying out interest lobbying and development policies in the Aceh Province, Indonesia. This type of communication pattern, based on the results of research, has been carried out by both parties in running government institutions in Aceh, namely the Aceh Government and the Aceh Legislature.
