Abstract

Tinjauan ini mengkaji dampak budaya hierarkis, tanggung jawab berwibawa dan disiplin kerja terhadap presentasi perwakilan di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, Usaha Kecil Menengah dan Tenaga Kerja (Perindakop) Provinsi Papua. pengujian dilakukan pada sampel 82 responden. Teknik contoh yang digunakan adalah contoh mutlak/contoh terendam. bermacam-macam informasi diselesaikan dengan tinjauan langsung. Pengujian teori dicoba secara eksperimental dengan memanfaatkan berbagai kekambuhan langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya hierarkis mempengaruhi pelaksanaan perwakilan, tanggung jawab otoritatif tidak mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pekerja, disiplin kerja mempengaruhi pelaksanaan pekerja dan budaya hierarkis, tanggung jawab otoritatif dan disiplin kerja secara keseluruhan mempengaruhi pelaksanaan perwakilan di Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi, Kecil. Abstract

This study examines the determinants of accounting information system performance (a study at PT. PLN Persero, customer service unit, Jayapura district). Testing was carried out on a sample of 71 respondents. The sample method used was purposive sampling. data collection was carried out by direct survey. Hypothesis testing is tested empirically using moderated regression. The results show that the technical ability of personnel has no effect on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, user involvement affects the performance of the accounting information system on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, the sophistication of personnel technology affects the performance of the accounting information system. The performance of the accounting information system at PT. PLN Persero Pelanggal Service Unit Kab. Jayapura, training and education moderate the technical capabilities of personnel on the performance of the accounting information system at PT. Abstract

This study was a replication of conceptual model of empirical studies aimed to analyze the effect of professional skepticisms, auditor experience, competency, independence and time pressure on the fraud detection of financial statement. The result of this study was expected to be able reducing the gap among the so many empirical studies existing. This study could be categorized as explanatory research. The samples in this study were all the auditors in BPKP Maluku and Papua consisting of 88 auditors. The analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis with questionnaire instrument as data collection instrument. The result of this study showed that (1) Professional skepticism and auditors experience hand significant impact on the author ability in detecting fraud on financial statement. (2) Competence and independence of auditors had not significant effect on the auditors ability in detecting fraud. (3) Time pressure affected the auditors ability in detecting fraud but it was not significant.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi pencegahan penyalahgunaan narkotika bagi penggiat komunitas di Kabupaten Jayapura melalui pendekatan partisipatif berbasis konteks lokal. Sebanyak 40 peserta mengikuti pelatihan satu hari yang mencakup materi pengenalan jenis narkoba, identifikasi gejala pengguna, dan strategi pencegahan, disertai simulasi komunikasi publik serta evaluasi pre–post test skala 0–100. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang bermakna (Pre = 62,42 ± 3,87; Post = 82,40 ± 5,83; ? = 19,98 ± 4,36; t(39) = 28,94; p < 0,001; d = 4,58), dengan perbaikan terbesar pada pengenalan jenis narkoba dan strategi pencegahan. Selain aspek kognitif, peserta melaporkan penguatan keterampilan komunikasi untuk menyampaikan pesan anti narkoba di komunitas. Keterbatasan utama kegiatan adalah durasi singkat dan cakupan peserta yang terbatas; rancangan pelatihan ini berpotensi direplikasi di wilayah lain dengan karakteristik sosial-budaya serupa. Preventive Education for Anti-Drug Advocates: Strategies for Preventing Narcotics Abuse in Jayapura Regency This community service program aimed to strengthen drug-prevention literacy among community activists in Jayapura Regency through a participatory, context-sensitive approach. Forty participants completed a one-day training covering drug typologies, recognition of user symptoms, and prevention strategies, complemented by public-communication simulations and a 0–100 pre–post test evaluation. Findings indicate a statistically meaningful improvement (Pre = 62.42 ± 3.87; Post = 82.40 ± 5.83; ? = 19.98 ± 4.36; t(39) = 28.94; p < 0.001; d = 4.58), with the largest gains observed in drug-type recognition and prevention strategies. Beyond cognition, participants reported enhanced communication skills to disseminate anti-drug messages. Despite the short duration and limited coverage, the training design is replicable in other locales with similar socio-cultural characteristics.

Abstract

Rekrutmen dan fasilitas kerja merupakan hal penting dalam menentukan kinerja karena proses rekrutmen yang efisien dan efektif disertai fasilitas yang memadai akan mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh proses rekrutmen dan fasilitas kerja  yang diberikan Kepolisian Daerah Papua terhadap kinerja personilnya. Sampel yang digunakan untuk menguji dan menganalisis kedua variabel tersebut sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa rekrutmen mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja personil Kepolisian Daerah Papua dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 sedangkan fasilitas kerja tidak berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikansi 0,366. Kinerja personil Kepolisian Daerah Papua dapat dijelaskan dengan variabel rekrutmen dan fasilitas kerja dengan prosentase sebesar 59,4%.
