KKN is an intracurricular activity that provides learning and work experience to students in community development activities. The Implementation Board of the Real Work Program (BP-KKN) of the University of Lampung made the information system an important component in the implementation of KKN. BP-KKN's success in carrying out its duties depends on the extent to which the KKN information system management has been implemented. The use of the KKN information system raises various risks that can interfere with the implementation of KKN and cause losses both non-material and material to BP-KKN. BP-KKN needs to apply risk management to reduce the risks that arise, so that the problems caused do not result in the use of KKN information systems being hampered. The method used is NIST 800-30 which is an information system risk management framework with three stages, namely risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk evaluation. KKN has 9 risks that can interfere with the sustainability of the information system. The final result of the KKN information system risk management is in the form of recommendations given to reduce the risk that will occur in the information system.

Fakultas MIPA merupakan salah satu fakultas di Universitas Lampung yang menjadi pusat perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dasar. Namun, minat masyarakat terhadap jurusan-jurusan di Fakultas MIPA semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu media yang dapat memperkenalkan Fakultas MIPA dan memberikan informasi setiap jurusan kepada calon mahasiswa dan masyarakat pada umumnya. Virtual tour guide merupakan aplikasi yang menggabungkan teknologi virtual tour dengan teknologi virtual reality. Aplikasi ini menampilkan informasi berupa keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh Fakultas MIPA. Pengguna dapat berinteraksi langsung dengan lingkungan serta gedung yang ada di Fakultas MIPA walaupun dalam bentuk 3 dimensi. Selain itu, pengguna juga diberikan akses penuh untuk mengatur informasi yang ingin ditampilkan. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) ini dapat dioperasikan di smarphone android. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi ini membantu masyarakat untuk lebih mengenal lebih detail tentang jurusan di Fakultas MIPA. Namun, aplikasi ini hanya dapat berjalan dengan baik pada smartphone dengan spesifikasi hardware yang tinggi.

PT. XYZ needs information technology to carry out all activities in presenting the latest news. Audit of information technology services is needed to determine the extent of information technology services in PT. XYZ. This study uses Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework to audit domain service operation of PT. XYZ. The focus of this research is on the domain service operation. Data from this study were obtained based on the results of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of the study found that the level of maturity of PT. XYZ in information technology services in the service operation domain of respondents was 3,1 (Defined) and the finding were worth 2 (Managed). This result is different from the expected because IT Lampung haven’t met the SOP criteria standards, especially in management incident reports and resolved. IT division also haven’t conducted user’s statisfaction survey about the IT service provided.

PT XYZ is an agri-food company that has used the information technology for its company's operations. Information technology management at PT XYZ requires an audit to determine the level of information technology capability on PT XYZ and it provides a recommendations for business process improvements to achieve the business objectives of the company. Since this audit is intended to assess the managerial and technical aspect of information technology, audit of PT XYZ is conducted by applying COBIT 5 framework. Procedure of COBIT 5 consists of audit plans, audit preparation phase, the implementation phase of the audit, and audit reporting stage. This audit measures the capability level of information technology management at the sub-domain Manage Strategy (APO02) Manage Enterprise Architecture (APO03) Manage Relationships (APO08) Manage Suppliers (APO10) Manage Requirements Definition (BAI02) Identification Solutions Manage and Build (BAI03), and Manage Knowledge (BAI08). Based on evaluation using COBIT 5, PT XYZ is in the level 2.6 out of 5. Due to the rounding index value, the measurement results are at level 3 (Established Process) while the company's expectation level is at level 5. The level difference occurs because PT XYZ has not conducted a review, evaluation, and report of the settlement. Therefore, companies need to improve information technology management in achieving the company's business goals.

Telecommunication industries are experiencing substantial problems related to the migration of customers due to a large number of competing companies, dynamic circumstances, as well as the presence of many innovative and attractive offerings. The situation has resulted in a high level of customer migration, affecting a decrement toward the company revenue. Regarding that condition, the customer churn is one well-know approach that can help in increasing the company's revenue and reputation. As to predict the reason behind the migration of customer, this study proposed a data mining classification technique by applying the C4.5 algorithm. Patterns generated by the model were implemented using 10-fold cross-validation, resulting in a model with an accuracy rate of 87%, precision 87.5%, and a recall of 97%. Based on the good performance quality of the model, it can be stated that the C4.5 algorithm succeeded to discover several causes from the migration of telecommunication users, in which price holds the top place as the primary reason

Cooperatives have purpose to prosper their members. Cooperatives are expected to play an active role in raising their standard of living. A cooperative has several types of business units in order to fulfill the purpose, for example rental business. Rental occurs because of short-term and urgent needs of consumers. Rental business has been promoted online but there are a lot of ordering phases done manually. Cooperative needs a rental marketplace application so cooperative can be more productive. This rental marketplace is a web based application and developed using Extreme Programming method which perceptive to user’s need. Laravel framework with PHP programming language was used to build this application. The conclusion of this research is this system is able to facilitate the process of renting goods, providing accurate information about rental goods, and expanding the cooperative business sector.

Indonesia sebagai salah satu negara tropis memiliki potensi hayati yang sangat besar. Salah satu potensi yang banyak dimiliki di Indonesia adalah tumbuhan obat. Salah satu cara mengenali jenis tumbuhan obat yaitu melalui bentuk fisik daun. Implementasi teknologi yang saat ini banyak berkembang, maka masyarakat akan banyak terbantu dalam mengenali tumbuhan obat disekitarnya. Gambar atau citra daun tanaman obat digunakan sebagai data yang mewakili jenis tumbuhan obat tertentu. Data yang digunakan merupakan data yang telah diberikan perlakuan khusus dalam pengambilan gambar atau citra. Praprosesing dilakukan pada data yang didapat sebagai langkah awal pemrosesan data. Pada penelitian ini, data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dengan total 2000 data. Data yang digunakan dibagi menjadi 1800 data latih, 160 data validasi dan 200 data testing. Data training digunakan untuk membentuk pola model. Model selanjutnya di validasi dengan menggunakan data validasi. Model dibangun menggunakan Convulution Neural Network yang merupakan varian dari Artificial Neural Network. Hasil akurasi penelitian 82.5% dengan kecepatan pembangunan model dengan 10 epoch adalah 139 second per epoch.

The online shopping process in Bandar Lampung is facilitating by mobile commerce online shopping. The factor of using online shopping mobile commerce has never been analyzed based on the public perception in Bandar Lampung. This research discusses using mobile-commerce online shopping using the UTAUT2 model with Perceived Risk manifestations, namely Security Risk and Privacy Risk. The mobile commerce applications analyzed were Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, and Blibli. The purpose of this research was to determine the UTAUT2 variable with the manifestation of Perceived Risk, namely Security Risk and Privacy Risk, which affect the use of online shopping mobile commerce. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The total number of respondents obtained was 183 respondents. The data tested were 373 data. This research results from the factors that most influence the behavioral intention and use behavior of mobile commerce online shopping is a habit.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disease characterized by the body's inability to metabolize carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, resulting in increased blood sugar (hyperglycemia) due to low insulin levels. Diabetes is due to a combination of heredity (genetics) and unhealthy lifestyles. Hemoglobin A1c is a blood test used to diagnose and manage diabetes patients when measuring blood sugar levels. This study aims to analyze predictive models for the classification of people with diabetes using R Shiny and evaluate the results of the support vector machine method's classification performance. There are many ways to diagnose diabetes, and the support vector machine is one of the machine learning algorithms used in this study's classification case (SVM). This study uses data from Diabetes 130-US Hospital For Years 1999-2008, which was sourced from the UCI Machine Learning Repository and consists of 34 variables and 84900 records, with dataset distribution and testing techniques using the 10-fold cross-validation method and three kernels in modeling using SVM, namely linear, Gaussian, and polynomial. The results obtained are a simple predictive model analysis system for classifying people with diabetes with shiny, making it easier for users to find out the prediction results and obtain the highest accuracy result, which is 82.76 percent of the gaussian kernel.

Dalam pembelajaran sejarah secara konvensional, siswa sering merasa proses belajar membosankan sehingga dibutuhkan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menarik. Role Playing Game (RPG) cocok untuk menjadi genre game pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan game edukasi pembelajaran sejarah berdirinya kerajaan Majapahit yang interaktif, menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa SMA. RPG adalah game yang pemainnya memiliki peran dalam sebuah alur cerita. Pengembangan game ini menggunakan RPG Maker dengan metode Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC). Tahapan dalam GDLC yaitu initiation, pre-production, production, testing, beta dan release. Pada tahap beta testing, diperoleh hasil 92% (sangat baik) sehingga game ini interaktif, menarik dan mudah dipahami. Pengujian pretest dan posttest terhadap 20 responden yang terdiri dari siswa SMA menyatakan nilai setelah bermain game sebesar 88% dan nilai pembelajaran konvensional hanya 31%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa game ini lebih efektif digunakan untuk media pembelajaran. Game dapat diunduh pada situs itch.io dan diinstal pada desktop yang menggunakan sistem operasi Microsoft Windows.
