Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of psychological capital on organizational commitment of employees of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The hypothesis of this research is that there is an influence of psychological capital on the organizational commitment of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The subjects of this study were 55 employees of PT. Allianz Life Indonesia Insurance Malang City branch. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire adapted from 2 scales, namely the psychological capital scale and the organizational commitment scale. The psychological capital scale consists of 21 items adapted by the researcher based on the psychological capital questionnare by Luthans and Avolio (2007), the organizational commitment scale consists of 22 items adapted by the researcher based on the Three-Component Model (TCM) Employee Commitment Survey by Meyer and Allen (1990). Analysis of research data for hypothesis testing using linear regression, the result is that there is an influence of psychological capital on the organizational commitment of PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia Malang branch of 20.5% with a significance value (p) 0.011 <0.05. Of the four dimensions that have the greatest and most significant influence on organizational commitment is optimism. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia cabang Kota Malang. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia cabang Kota Malang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 55 karyawan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia cabang Kota Malang. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang di adaptasi dari 2 skala, yakni skala psychological capital dan skala komitmen organisasi. Skala psychological capital terdiri dari 21 aitem yang didaptasi oleh peneliti berdasarkanberdasarkan psychological capital questionnare oleh Luthans dan Avolio (2007), skala komitmen organisasi terdiri dari 22 aitem yang diadaptasi oleh peneliti berdasarkan skala Three-Component Model (TCM) Employee Commitment Survey oleh Meyer dan Allen (1990). Analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier, hasilnya terdapat pengaruh psychological capital terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan PT. Asuransi Allianz Life Indonesia cabang Kota Malang. sebesar 20,5% dengan nilai signifikansi (p) 0,011 < 0,05. Dari keempat dimensi yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi adalah optimism. Hasil menunjukkan optimism memiliki sumbangan pengaruh sebesar 8% kepada komitmen organisasi dan signifikansi sebesar 0,029 yang menujukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan Kata kunci: psychological capital, komitmen organisasi, karyawan

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of PT. X’s outsourcing employees. This research hypothesis is that job satisfaction and job insecurity affect the turnover intention of outsourcing employees of PT X. The subjects of this study are 54 PT. X’s outsourcing employees. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire consisting of 3 scales, namely job satisfaction scale, job insecurity scale and turnover intention scale. The job satisfaction scale consists of 16 items constructed by the researcher based on the job satisfaction aspect proposed by Luthans et al. (2021), the job insecurity scale consists of 10 items constructed by the researcher based on the job insecurity aspect proposed by Rowntree (2005), and the turnover intention scale consists of 10 items constructed by the researcher based on the turnover intention aspect proposed by Mobley (2011). The result of the analysis of research data for hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression is that there is a simultaneous and significant effect of job satisfaction and job insecurity on the turnover intention of PT. X’s outsourcing employees of 56.2% with a significance value of (p) <0.05. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan outsourcing PT X. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 54 karyawan outsourcing PT X. Metode pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 3 skala, yakni skala kepuasan kerja, skala job insecurity dan skala turnover intention. Skala kepuasan kerja terdiri dari 16 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek kepuasan kerja yang dikemukakan oleh Luthans et al., (2021), skala job insecurity terdiri dari 10 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek job insecurity yang dikemukakan oleh Rowntree (2005), dan skala turnover intention terdiri dari 10 butir aitem yang dikonstruksikan oleh peneliti berdasarkan aspek turnover intention yang dikemukakan oleh Mobley (2011). Analisis data penelitian untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, hasilnya terdapat pengaruh simultan dan signifikan kepuasan kerja dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention karyawan outsourcing PT X sebesar 56,2% dengan nilai signifikansi (p) < 0,05. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hedonic well-being pada mahasiswa yang mengalami food insecurity. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan kriteria partisipan, yaitu mahasiswa yang mengalami food insecurity. Data diperoleh melalui proses wawancara semi terstruktur. Informasi yang telah diperoleh kemudian di-coding dan dikategorikan ke dalam lima tema terkait hedonic well-being pada mahasiswa yang mengalami food insecurity. Tema tersebut meliputi tiga komponen utama hedonic well-being, yaitu life satisfaction, positive affect, dan negative affect (Diener, Lucas, & Oishi, 2018; Joshanloo, Jovanović, & Park, 2021; Ryff, Boylan, & Kirsch, 2021), serta dua tema lainnya yang meliputi mengejar kesenangan dan menghindari kepedihan (American Psychological Association, 2015; Nelson-Coffey & Schmitt, 2023). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa meskipun akar permasalahan yang menyebabkan partisipan mengalami food insecurity serupa, tetapi terdapat perbedaan dalam langkah yang dilakukan partisipan dalam menyikapi dan menghadapi masalah yang dialami.

Abstract

Environmental behavior is essential for maintaining environmental quality and human life. According to the rational perspective from Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), belief, personal norm, and perceived behavioral control (PBC) affect actions through behavioral intention. In the past two decades, TPB has become the most extensively discussed concept in explaining pro-environmental behavior (PEB) but still needs re-examination in the Indonesian context. Therefore, this research aimed to investigate how subjective norm (SN), attitude (ATT) towards PEB, and PBC influenced PEB through pro-environmental behavior intention (PEBI). An explanatory quantitative method was used including 264 students from Malang State University with the data analysis conducted and structural equation modeling path analysis. The results showed that attitude, SN, and PBC significantly and positively influenced PEB, primarily through behavior intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu 70 pegawai di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional. Metode pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua skala, yaitu skala keadilan organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Skala keadilan organisasi yang terdiri dari 24 butir aitem yang telah diadaptasi oleh Purba berdasarkan teori Colquitt dan skala komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 40 aitem yang telah disusun oleh Ingarianti berdasarkan teori Mowday, Steers, Porter. Seleksi aitem skala keadilan organisasi berkisar antara -0,664 – 0,792 dan memiliki reliabilitas sebesar 0,933, sedangkan seleksi aitem skala komitmen organisasi berkisar antara -0,633 - 0,847, dengan reliabilitas sebesar 0,965. Analisis data penelitian untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Pearson’s product moment correlation, menghasilkan koefisien korelasi antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU adalah 0,762 dengan signifikansi atau nilai p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05) yang masuk dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi di PT Indonesia Power Grati POMU.

Abstract

The earthquake occurring in Yogyakarta in 2006 left long term consequences, especially to those who experienced disability as a result of the disaster. Post traumatic growth is an individual’s positive interpretation of negative experiences or feelings as result of his struggles in overcoming life challenges. This research aims to explore the role of social support in post traumatic growth on diffable survivors of Yogyakarta earthquake. The subjects were survivors of Yogyakarta earthquake in 2006 (N = 51) who suffered upper and lower limbs disability in arms, feet, and spinal cord. Data were collected using Post Traumatic Growth Scale and Sosial Support Scale. The multiple regression analysis suggested that social support significantly contributed to posttraumatic growth among survivors with disabilities of the Yogyakarta earthquake.

Abstract

Humans are social creatures who need the help of others. The behavior of support is known as prosocial behavior. One form of prosocial behavior for Muslims is to pay zakat. Some studies show that people who dutifully pay zakat can bring happiness. This study aims to examine the effect of compliance with zakat on happiness. The sample of this study amounted to 270 people using the purposive sampling technique with the criteria, namely 1) the lecturers and educational personnel; 2) Muslim; 3) have an income of overall Rp 5.585.400/month after being reduced to basic needs. Data collection was done using a compliance scale to pay zakat, which the researcher developed based on Blass's[1] theory and the oxford happiness questionnaire developed by Hills and Argyle[2]. The results of hypothesis testing show that compliance with zakat significantly affects the happiness of the muzakkii from among the lecturers and educational personnel to the value of R = 0,326 and the value of RTwo = 0,106. The Value of RTwo shows that compliance with zakat determines happiness by 10.6%, while other variables cause 89.4%. The implications of this research for muzakkii are 1) do not make the zakat a burdensome deed; 2) pay zakat directly; 3) interact with the zakat receiver. For further research, 1) expand the scope of the respondents; 2) use other relevant respondents; 3) investigate the role of the independent variable of another.

Abstract

Peran orang tua sangat penting dalam mendukung, mendidik, dan memberikan pengasuhan yang sesuai yang juga akan berpengaruh pada setiap proses tumbuh kembang anak. Namun, pada kenyataannya tidak sedikit orang tua yang masih minim pemahaman akan pentingnya pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak, khususnya terkait dengan kemampuan motorik halus pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Hal tersebut menjadikan kurangnya dukungan orang tua dalam memberikan stimulasi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan motorik halus yang nantinya akan dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan anak. Untuk itu Psikoedukasi ini dilakukan guna meningkatkan pemahaman orang tua dalam menstimulasi kemampuan motorik halus pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Adapun metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan terkait pentingnya keterampilan motorik halus serta pemberian video demontrasi kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan guna menstimulasi keterampilan motorik halus. Hasilnya, adanya peningkatan pemahaman orang tua terkait keterampilan motorik halus setelah diberikan psikoedukasi. Kata kunci— Psikoedukasi, Orang Tua Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, Keterampilan Motorik Halus Abstract The role of parents is very important in supporting, educating, and providing appropriate care, which will also influence every child's growth and development process. However, in reality, quite a few parents still have a minimal understanding of the importance of children's growth and development, especially in relation to fine motor skills in children with special needs. This results in a lack of parental support in providing stimulation to develop fine motor skills that will later be needed in the child's life. For this reason, psychoeducation is carried out to increase parents' understanding of stimulating fine motor skills in children with special needs. The method used is in the form of counseling regarding the importance of fine motor skills as well as providing video demonstrations of activities that can be carried out to stimulate fine motor skills. Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of gratitude in the life satisfaction of adolescents in orphanages in Malang City. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design, using simple linear regression analysis techniques. The population of this study was adolescents in orphanages in Malang City. The sample used in this research was 223 people selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data collection used the Gratitude Questionnaire-Six-Item Form (GQ-S6), which was adapted into Indonesian by Grimaldy and Haryanto (2020) and adapted the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) in Adolescents based on the concept of Diener et al. (1985). The results obtained show that gratitude plays a role in the life satisfaction of orphanage youth in Malang City, with an F value of 32.817 and a significance of (3.289 ×10-8) more than 0.05, so the gratitude variable can predict the life satisfaction variable for adolescents in orphanages in Malang City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between hardiness and the psychological well-being of special needs school teachers in Malang City. This study used a quantitative method with a correlational type with a sample of 163 special school teachers in Malang City. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. The scale used is Kobasa's Dispositional resilience scale (DRS-45) (1979) which was later modified by Bartone (1995) and adapted by Muhammad Haidar Rizky (2022) to measure hardiness and Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-Being which has been adapted by Eva & Bisri (2018) to measure psychological well-being. Hypothesis testing in this study used the Pearson correlation test. The results showed that hardiness has a relationship with psychological well-being in special education teachers in Malang City (r = 0.448 and p-value = 0.0000000020754). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the higher the hardiness, the higher the psychological well-being of special education teachers in Malang City. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini ialah menguji hubungan antara ketangguhan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru Sekolah Luar Biasa di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis korelasional dengan sampel sebanyak 163 guru SLB di Kota Malang. Teknik sampling yang dipilih di penelitian ini berupa teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling. Skala yang digunakan yaitu Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-45) milik Kobasa (1979) yang kemudian dimodifikasi oleh Bartone (1995) dan diadaptasi oleh Muhammad Haidar Rizky (2022) untuk mengukur ketangguhan dan Ryff's Scales of Psychological Well-Being yang telah diadaptasi oleh Eva & Bisri (2018) untuk mengukur kesejahteraan psikologis. Uji hipotesis di penelitian ini memakai uji korelasi pearson. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwasanya ketangguhan memiliki hubungan dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru SLB di Kota Malang (r = 0,448 dan p value = 0,0000000020754). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, bisa ditarik kesimpulan bahwasanya semakin tinggi ketangguhan, maka akan semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis pada guru SLB di Kota Malang.
