Abstract

This study aims to be able to reveal various phenomena that arise regarding the implementation of primordialism, the factors that influence the resilience of Hindu ritual primordialism and analyze the implications of ritual primordialism for Balinese ethnic Hindus in Lombok, according to the traditions, customs and culture of Balinese Hindus in implementing religious rituals or ceremonies. Social dynamics and technological developments have an influence, both directly and indirectly, on attitudes, values, and patterns of behavior, as well as the perspective of each individual in a community as part of the larger society. Likewise with the Balinese Hindu community in Lombok. The influence of ideology that comes from sampradaya which offers all new and different things and is considered to have more value, than what has been believed so far, can lead to changes in the thinking or ideology of each individual. So it is necessary to study the ritual primordialism of Balinese Hindus in Lombok. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type with data sources in the form of non-participant observations, structured interviews and documents. The location of the temple was determined purposefully. The data is then classified, reduced, and interpreted, then the results of the analysis are presented in a narrative manner. The results obtained in this study are firstly the implementation of ritual primordialism for Balinese Hindus still applying customs, culture and traditions, regarding the series of ceremonies and ceremonies used, by applying the yadnya level as a form of ritual adaptation. Second, Hindu ritual primordialism has strengths in the form of social interaction and acculturation of Balinese and Sasak ethnic cultures, as well as community economic turnover. The three ethnic Balinese Hindus still have high primordial resistance, which has implications for the maintenance of ritual traditions and the existence of temples in Lombok based on religious emotions, belief systems, rite systems and religious ritual equipment, and religious groups and their systems that are still maintained.

Abstract

The purpose of life in Hinduism is Moksha which can achieve through the fulfillment of kama (needs), the use of artha (assets), and the path of dharma. This study aims to explore the public's understanding of Artha as a religious moderator, analyze the concept of Artha as a spiritual moderator, and analyze the challenges and strategies of the Hindu community of Mataram City regarding Artha as a religious moderator. Through a qualitative approach by combining primary and secondary data as well as data collection techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation of the community, community leaders, and Hindu community leaders in the city of Mataram. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Hindu community of Mataram City understands religious moderation as a moderate perspective on religion. Artha is meant, in this case, both material and non-material. Will realize This reasonable condition if it has a national commitment, tolerance, and non-violence. Therefore, the Hindu Community of Mataram City already understands what religious moderation means, but it has not been maximized in practice. In addition, the concept of artha has a very close and interrelated relationship with religious moderation. To obtain and use it must always be based on dharma by following the ideas and sources of Hindu teachings, which are also in line with the values ​​contained in Pancasila. The implementation challenges are related to limited human resources, and it is hoped that in the future, they can carry out strategies through religious leaders and community leaders who continue to provide understanding and enlightenment, strengthening the importance of religious moderation.

Abstract

Perubahan orientasi ekonomi global ini, yang menekankan pentingnya aset sumber daya manusia, menghasilkan persaingan yang ketat dalam ranah kreativitas (kompetisi bakat global). Peningkatan kapasitas desa dapat meningkatkan kemandirian masyarakat pedesaan dengan mempromosikan potensi yang luar biasa, memperkuat institusi, dan memberdayakan masyarakat. Peningkatan daerah pedesaan melalui industrialisasi pertanian atau peningkatan produksi pangan bergantung pada kemajuan lokal dan ekspansi ekonomi. Terletak di dusun Nusa Sari, Desa Mekar Sari, dicirikan oleh ekonomi berbasis pertanian dan perkebunan, yang dapat menjadi sumber daya dalam membangun industri kreatif Usaha Mikro dan Kecil. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan tentang pemanfaatan sumber daya dari hasil pertanian dan perkebunan sehingga menjadi industry kreatif yang dapat dijalankan oleh Masyarakat pada lokasi pengabdian. Metode yang digunakan pada pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang pertama adalah dengan melakukan observasi sasaran yang dituju untuk diberikan pelatihan pengembangan industry kreatif. Selanjutnya, sumber daya pelatihan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat, meliputi identifikasi prospek ekonomi dalam masyarakat, menanamkan dorongan kewirausahaan, dan mengawasi administrasi keuangan bergulir. Ini diikuti dengan eksplorasi semua aset yang layak dalam masyarakat yang dapat berfungsi sebagai dasar untuk kegiatan bisnis. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa dusun Nusa Sari, memiliki potensi yang besar untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber daya yang dikelola oleh masyarakat yang menjanjikan untuk perdagangan dan memperoleh bahan-bahan yang diperlukan. Tingkat pendidikan para ibu dan remaja di Dusun Nusa Sari mempengaruhi kemampuan mereka untuk maju dan berkembang. Kurangnya modal ventura di antara mitra menghambat motivasi mereka untuk meningkatkan situasi ekonomi mereka. Meskipun demikian, mitra menunjukkan dedikasi yang kuat untuk secara efektif mengelola dana bergulir yang disediakan oleh tim proyek, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung modal kerja mereka

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Entrepreneurship Business Model Canvas innovation in building a sustainable economy in the Hampers business in Mataram City. The method in this research uses a qualitative approach using literature review methods and non-participant observation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by carrying out data reduction, data presentation, inference and data verification. The Business Model Canvas is a strategic tool in an effort to build a holistic sustainable economy that allows an organization to map, analyze and redesign business models by considering sustainability aspects comprehensively. The BMC strategy with nine important elements, namely Customer Segments, Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Relationship, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnership, Cost Structure can help identify opportunities to increase resource efficiency, reduce environmental impacts, and be able to create value social. BMC can not only improve a company's individual competitiveness, but can also contribute to broader changes towards a sustainable economy. Therefore, the BMC concept is an important instrument for aligning business goals with environmental and social needs in shaping a more responsible and regenerative future economic landscape.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the urgency of written agreements in land management in Oman Nyambu Hamlet, focusing on their benefits in providing legal certainty, preventing disputes, and supporting social stability. Although oral agreements are still commonly used, this research identifies their weaknesses, such as the high risk of conflict and legal uncertainty. Through a juridical-empirical approach involving interviews and document studies, it was found that the main barriers to the implementation of written agreements include low legal literacy, economic constraints, and the influence of local culture. The results show that written agreements not only strengthen the legal position of the parties, but also support the efficiency of land administration. The findings emphasise the importance of legal education, facilitating access to written documents, and digitisation to overcome existing constraints. The study concludes by recommending an integrated approach to improve community legal literacy and promote a more transparent and accountable transformation of land management, to support socio-economic development in rural areas. This study contributes to the development of local needs-based agrarian policies.

Abstract

The success of pawnshops in achieving their goals is very dependent on marketing strategies so that their products can be accepted and sold in the market. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, pawnshops, especially the Sweta branch, need to continue to improve product quality to attract and retain customers in order to achieve sales targets. In introducing and promoting sharia KUR products to prospective borrowers PT. Pegadaian Sweta Branch implements an effective marketing strategy, namely canvassing. Activity canvassing is a direct marketing activity in the form of promotions as carried out by PT employees. Sweta Branch Pawnshop by visiting potential customers directly to introduce and offer products available at the pawnshop. This research aims to test the effect canvassing on sales of sharia KUR products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop and test how big the influence is canvassing on sales of sharia KUR products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. This research uses an associative quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 47 respondents who were employees of PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence on canvassing regarding sales of sharia KUR products, this can be proven from the results of the t test that the t-calculated value is 10.628 > the t-table value, namely 1.6794. And the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Furthermore canvassing has a strong influence on sales of KUR sharia products at PT. Sweta Branch Pawnshop. It can be seen from the R Square value that it is 71% and the remaining 28.5% is influenced by other variables that were not studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze entrepreneurial innovation in building a sustainable economy in the Hampers business in Mataram City. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, direct documentation and continued with the distribution of questionnaires to hampers business actors Bloomy.bloo, Gift_Thetic, Buket_Lombok / Mitha Florist, The Floral Waves, Galleryartistik, and Kamihandycraft. Data analysis techniques are carried out by reducing data, presenting data, concluding and verifying data with SWOT analysis. Sustainable economy can be interpreted as an economic activity that focuses on common welfare that can contribute positively and benefit producers and consumers, and not only pay attention to economic growth. Business actors must be able to pay attention to sustainable development economic activities by considering social, economic and environmental aspects. SWOT analysis is an effective strategic tool in encouraging entrepreneurial innovation for a sustainable economy. This approach enables the creation of business models that are adaptive to market changes, support long-term economic growth, and contribute to sustainable development. The entrepreneurial innovation strategy results in a SWOT matrix strategy, namely by identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, businesses can develop innovative strategies that are not only economically profitable, but also pay attention to social and environmental aspects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to bridge the research gap in order to provide solutions to the problems of financial management of MSMEs. This study uses a qualitative approach by using various financial, marketing and performance literature in order to provide answers to research objectives, which are carried out with an Interpretive Phenomenological Approach that emphasises interpretation in the context of novelty Geocentric Finance Equity and Ergo-Iconical Value for MSME performance. The locus of this research is MSMEs operating in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The following are the stages of the process carried out This research also conducts Observation and Interview activities for MSMEs whose locations are easily accessible and meet the criteria. The criteria referred to in this research are fulfilling the requirements of MSMEs as regulated by the current laws in Indonesia. The survey results show that financial literacy among MSMEs is still low, with only 36% demonstrating an adequate understanding of financial management. The importance of adopting effective financial management strategies, including the development of unique product attributes that align with local culture and needs through Ergo-Iconical values. Financial Justice Geocentric has the potential to provide a framework for contextualising financial practices in line with local cultural identity, thereby promoting sustainable growth. A key finding is that many MSMEs do not have a separate emergency fund, and often fail to set aside profits for reinvestment or growth. Product differentiation is also lacking, leading to a competitive disadvantage in a dynamic market. In addition, survey results show that financial literacy among MSMEs is still low. The implication of the research is that the government should support MSMEs' access to finance and training is crucial in addressing these challenges. This multifaceted approach can lead to better outcomes for MSMEs, contributing to Indonesia's broader economic stability. Overall, the study emphasises the importance of financial literacy, innovative management practices, and strategy adaptation to improve MSME competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market

Abstract

Anak usia dini merupakan kelompok usia strategis dalam pembentukan karakter dasar, termasuk karakter kewirausahaan yang sangat penting dalam menyiapkan generasi mandiri, kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab di era kompetitif. Di Dusun Oman Nyambu, anak-anak telah menunjukkan potensi keterlibatan dalam aktivitas produktif keluarga, namun belum mendapatkan pendekatan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara sistematis. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat nilai-nilai karakter kewirausahaan pada anak usia dini melalui pendekatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan kontekstual berbasis lingkungan belajar lokal. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan metode pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan, serta melibatkan guru pasraman, orang tua, dan tokoh masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Strategi pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui pemberian materi dasar kewirausahaan, pembiasaan harian, praktik kerajinan tangan (anyaman dan ketupat), serta simulasi market day mini. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan karakter anak dalam aspek kemandirian, kepemimpinan, kreativitas, dan tanggung jawab. Selain itu, terjadi perubahan positif dalam sikap anak terhadap tugas dan interaksi sosial. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis lokal efektif untuk menanamkan karakter kewirausahaan sejak usia dini.

Abstract

Tri Hita Karana is a philosophy of balance originating from Bali. From a banking perspective, Parahyangan can be interpreted as ethical and responsible governance. Pawongan reflects the balance of interests between various interested parties, from shareholders to management, employees, and customers. Palemahan is the bank's commitment to supporting sustainable and environmentally friendly economic development. This study aims to explore the harmonization of bank ownership through the cultural principles of Tri Hita Karana. The method in this article is a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature review that explores local wisdom theory specifically. Implementing Tri Hita Karana principles can create a more harmonious, transparent, and sustainable bank ownership structure. This can be achieved through strong governance policies, balanced ownership distribution, and commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Harmonizing the bank ownership structure through Tri Hita Karana can improve bank performance, strengthen public trust, and comprehensively contribute to the financial system's stability. Through the Tri Hita Karana Concept, the Bank Ownership Structure is a financial matter and a vehicle to realize harmonization between religious values and spirituality, common welfare, and environmental sustainability. The harmony model of the Tri Hita Karana-based bank ownership structure illustrates that by integrating Tri Hita Karana, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Triple Bottom Line, organizations can balance spiritual, social, environmental, and economic aspects and ensure long-term sustainability.
