Abstract

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to examine how Sentosa Motor customers’ purchasing decisions are influenced by pricing and service quality. This is a result of intense competition in the automobile industry, particularly in motorcycle repair and spare parts sales. The factors that influence customer choices are critical to the company’s survival. Methods: One hundred individuals who have made purchases at Sentosa Motor were given questionnaires as part of this study’s quantitative methodology. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data, and t-tests, F-tests, reliability and validity tests, and traditional assumption tests were used to make sure the model was valid. Results: The findings demonstrate that service quality significantly and favorably influences purchasing decisions, while price has no effect. Despite both factors having a significant impact on purchase decisions, the coefficient of determination indicates their contribution is negligible. These results suggest that when consumers make decisions, service is more important than price. The study’s findings indicate that Sentosa Motor needs to keep enhancing service quality and take into account more aggressive pricing tactics in order to boost customer attraction and loyalty. Abstract

In the digital gaming industry that is becoming increasingly competitive, content marketing strategies play a crucial role in shaping players’ perceptions of a game’s quality and usefulness while influencing their decision to adopt it. As one of Riot games’ most prominent titles, VALORANT faces market dynamics that require digital marketing strategies that are informative, engaging, and sustainable. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital content marketing strategies on perceived usefulness and game acceptance using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework. The research employs a quantitative approach through an online survey of active VALORANT players, and the data are analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine causal relationships within TAM. The findings reveal that digital content marketing strategies have a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, while Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) also enhances Perceived Usefulness (PU) and overall game acceptance. Relevant and consistent content strengthens players’ perceived value, whereas ease of use supports a more comfortable and enjoyable gaming experience. This study highlights that strong digital content marketing strategies combined with a user-friendly game design are key factors in increasing player acceptance and engagement. The findings offer essential insights for developers and marketers in formulating effective content strategies to expand adoption, boost retention, and sustain the game’s community ecosystem.

Abstract

The persistent digital divide remains a critical challenge for rural governance, particularly in developing regions where disparities in infrastructure, digital literacy, and institutional capacity hinder equitable access to public services. This study aims to evaluate the impact of mobile-based public services on improving governance outcomes, specifically in terms of accessibility, efficiency, transparency, citizen participation, and public trust within rural contexts. A quantitative research design is employed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), based on survey data collected from 250 rural respondents and supported by national digital access indicators to ensure empirical robustness. The results reveal that mobile-based public services significantly enhance governance performance, with strong positive effects on accessibility (β= 0.72), efficiency (β = 0.68), and transparency (β = 0.70). These improvements subsequently foster higher levels of citizen participation (β = 0.75), which plays a critical mediating role in strengthening public trust (β = 0.80). Additionally, the measurement and structural models demonstrate strong reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and overall model fit, confirming the robustness of the proposed framework. This study contributes to the digital governance literature by offering an integrated socio-technical and empirical SEM-based framework that explains how mobile-based services can effectively bridge the digital divide and enhance rural governance outcomes. Furthermore, it provides practical and policy-relevant insights aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 9, SDG 10, and SDG 16), supporting inclusive and sustainable digital transformation strategies.
